    Hello Mr. Büsch, we have a comment about the bread of the month: the crispy crust bread is soooo delicious, we, our extended family, have chosen it as the bread of the year and would be happy if we had it on September 1st. could buy! Our grandchildren, 2 and 4 years old, like this bread mixture just like their great-grandmother, who is 88 years old! This bread tastes so good, we don't want to change it anymore. Thanks for that!!!!

    Unfortunately the quality is getting worse from year to year. Rolls are becoming smaller and smaller and sometimes baked for far too long because they are easily burned. Very borderline
