Options are great , price also look good and everyone is friendly. However the after sales service can be greatly improved. We ordered sofa, it took them 5 attempts to get it the right color legs. At the time of booking, I believe more than 50% or so which was paid. So every time the new legs will appear - the staff will demand money first instead of fixing the sofa. This was not fair , as I want to be sure that Sofa is complete. This is so much of a seller's market that they need 100% money transfer before delivering the product, so I had to pay all the money for getting the wrong color legs on sofa. After numerous call within the ranks of this store, we finally got our sofa fully delivered on the 5th attempt. Initial waiting time is about 2 months , and conclusion was done over a period of more than 5 months. They also promised 10% discounts as the sofa was late but I guess that was just lip service. I would not have used it as I do not intend to buy again from the store.

Very pleasant experience to get Topper mattress ordered, waiting time was expected to be long 8-10wk. but at the end we were very satisfied with new product.

"Eye catching nice designed furniture with a somewhat deceptive quality look. I think when you pay many thousands od Euro for furniture, the quality should match the price. Yes, it is up to the producers to deliver the product of certain quality, but once the sales is done, I don't feel they really care anymore about customer satisfaction. Of course they came for the second time to "fix it", the entire new bed header was even worse than the first and arrived damaged. Not to go further into details, finally we accepted the voucher?! as a compensation because we could not wait several weeks more and Monteurs coming again. I guess that is how things work here. Now I understand people buying in IKEA. I will think triple before buying more of the "quality" furniture."

Large scale setup with lots of options in comparison to the limited Swiss market. Customization possibilities are endless. Customer service is top-notch. Planning, execution and delivery are all done in a very organized and professional manner. We made a very large value purchase for our new house from Wohnwelt Rheinfelden, and have not been disappointed at all.

I live in Zurich, have bought some furniture from Wohnwelt Rheinfelden and I'm very satisfied. They have reasonable prices and do a lot for it. If you live in Switzerland, they will take care of customs and even deliver and do the furniture montage for you. Their price-value and quality is unbeatable by the Swiss market. In one instance I bought an expensive closet and due to a montage mistake a small mark was left in the frame and they came again and replaced the full part. All in all, I'm very satisfied and will continue shopping at Wohnwelt Rheinfelden. Keep up the good work. UPDATE: As of 01.02.2021 I got the delivery and installation of a new order. The whole process was very smooth and to the highest quality as always. They work flawlessly and timely even in the middle of a pandemic which is quite remarkable.
