Der Betreiber scheint alles andere als ein Kaufmann zu sein, eine Tüte Popcorn oder was auch immer hätte die Situation entspannt. Selbst wenn der mir entstandene Schaden komplett mit zwei kostenlosen Kindereintrittkarten abgegolten worden wäre, (wären genau die 12 € gewesen) hätte dem Betreiber klar sein müssen das Kinder mit anderen Kindern, den Eltern oder Verwandten ins Kino gehen und dort auch wieder Popcon und Getränke etc. konsumiert werden, was Umsatz bringt.
