On the 14th of February I went there for a massage I said in average but I think it was strong until it hurt and left me with some problem with my shoulder blades and neck, as a result since that day I have had severe back pain. Looks like I got spanked with a stick. very bad I feel really bad. they never lost a client again and if it continues like this I will have to resort to a physiotherapist because instead of being a massage in my view it did damage to see if I come back but never again, I advise against it 100%.

Be Warn. You are charged deposit without a booking in place. The website enables you to book online, chose an available slot then they demand you deposit! Yet there is a small print that the booking is not actually made till either we call them or they call us. I travelled there to be disappointed as there were no slot avail from the beginning (though there were still many on the web site) I gave the owner the feed back, the website is misleading and unkind, nice to improve it. Either rephrase to ''booking request'' than ''make a booking'' and charge deposit only when a booking is actually made. Otherwise if they want to charge promptly, then enable the website to actually make a booking. The owner refused to acknowledge of the space of improvement but argued repeatedly that there is a small print on the site. They gave my deposit back. I reported to trading standard. Also the quality of massage is varies from a therapist to a therapist. You cannot stay with your favourite. They do not stay long in UK. I have used them for 4 years (booked on phone till now). I was not keen on recent ones. My friends stopped using them after several disappointed massages, just painful and forceful.

Staff member very unprofessional, outburst laughing and falling a sleep during 90minute session to add leaving doors wide during the sessions and in the end. Very weak massage even after requesting to have pressure stronger staff was just stroking and no effort made whatsoever! Very disappointed and after complaining they only cared to partially refund you to suit their needs. Avoid at all cost!

Absolutely fantastic massage! She spent extra time on my tense shoulders to really work out the knots and the pressure was perfect. Highly recommend this place for a great Thai and deep tissue massage!

WOW I’m amazed at the professionalism from the staff .Welcome drinks with herbal tea. I really enjoyed the massage. She was absolutely amazing I felt so comfortable and relaxed from the quality of care she took when she was massaging me. Definitely coming again.

I booked a classic Thai massage and would like to really recommend it to everyone who suffers from muscle stiffness. The therapist was highly skilled and made me feel completely at ease. The massage itself was a combination of deep tissue massage, stretching and acupressure. The pressure applied was just right and the therapist was able to identify areas where my energy was blocked and worked to release them. I feel now completely rejuvenated and refreshed . My experience was fantastic and I highly recommend this place 🙌✨🙌

Me and my partner visit every 2-3 months for about 90 minutes deep tissue massage. Please get a new bed my partner is really tall and im sure he is not the only one. Everyone is really good there just book!

DON't GO. I had been to this shop for couple times last year. Thai ladies skills are good. That's why I suggested my son to do Thai massage. I asked the shop on 12/2 whether my son is allow to do massage (cos he is only 15). Then, they replied and I booked the appointment for him on 12/2 (the date for my son to do massage was 13/2). The website asked for 20pounds deposit. I paid it online and they SMS to confirm my son's booking. On 13/2 afternoon, my son has almost finished his massage, I arrived the shop to pick him up and pay for his bill. I was very surprised that I need to pay 5 extra pound if I pay by my debit card (totally 75 now and not the website said 70). I am very disappointed and angry cos if they could tell me early, I could bring cash, or I could pay by paypal or I could transfer money directly to their account. No one warn me/tell me about that. The shop assistant (I'm not sure whether she is the owner) keep arguing to me that said she wanted to call my son this morning without answer). In my opinion, she is not helpful and I think the extra charge is unreasonable. If she could not reach my son phone call in the morning, why didn't she warn/tell my son when he arrive? They have my email, why didn't she email me? Why didn't she suggest me to get cash when I arrive to the shop fand get cash nearby from ATM? I do not have unhappy experience before in Kingston and in UK. They are not honest. A company could make an extra charge without any warning/written message to their customer. You don't know when they will change their policy without telling you. Their way of doing business is not right and honest. If you are a smart customer, please make your right decision. I think customers should deserve better.

Amazing Thai massage, would recommend to anyone! One of the best I have had, very professional and feel so relaxed after.

Great massages here, there are 2 ladies in particular that are absolutely excellent although I don’t know their names. Price is a little high but this is about average everywhere in the area really. It is worth it though as the massage is really relaxing, I always enjoy it!

Just had my first massage at Yingwan with a wonderful lady named Natalie. It was an incredibly relaxing experience. I would thoroughly recommend!
