Stay away from here. Worst Mcdonalds ever! Even with no people inside we waited 30 mins for cold food that had to be replaced. After waiting further 20 mins we had to ask for our food that we finally recieved 5 mins later. That's 50 mins of wait time inside an almost empty restaurant. Slowest "fastfood" in France. Just close this franchise.

We had a good experience. Waiting time for our food was a little bit longer (~15 min.) as there seemed to be only two staffers in the kitchen. However the food was really good. One of the better Mc Do‘s!

Ordered 2 menus at the digital screen. +Service was quick. +Food was warm, +quality was as to be expected. +plenty parking. +reusable cups. -not very clean, many flies inside. -staff was smoking right outside the entrance, people couldn't enter without walking through a cloud of smoke.

I have to give one star in order to review, if I could I would have given 0 stars. Service is really slow. It was not busy at all and after 30 minutes I still did not have my order. This is not what you call fastfood. I asked for the reimbursement and went to a competitor, I was tired of waiting and if it had had to be changed because if it were cold I would have lost another 30 minutes. Don't go here.

Don’t go there! Warning! The worst I have ever eaten for a long time. Reheated dry burger and fries. Cappuccino tasted like soap. No excuses for this bad food. The one star is for me being not hungry anymore!

Nice Mc Donald's in Houssen Alsace. A good choice for families with small children, the have a nice playground with slides. For 10 EUR per person you will have a signature burger with drink, fries or salad. The signature burger is an upgraded version with better bun, meat and french cheese slice.

Road trip snack. They only had one ordering machine open which was kind of dumb. There were no napkins. The store was not messy but also not super clean. The food took quite some time to get as well. The inside was not busy but there was a line at the drive thru window. The staff was friendly.

Top. In Deutschland und überall auf der Welt gibt's noch Einweg Geschirr. Hier wird auf Nachhaltigkeit gesetzt und Kunststoff Geschirr angeboten.

Schlechtestes Restaurant ever! Smoothie, Iced Latte und Eistee wird bei der Bestellung mit einer Bechergröße angezeigt und bei der Ausgabe bekommt man dann einen halbvollen Becher Smoothie, etwa 0,2l! Dazu hat es ewig gedauert, ohne dass es übermäßig voll war und dann beobachtet man, dass die bestellten Getränke umgefüllt wurden, weil wir zum mitnehmen bestellt hatten!

Poor food. Not best location plus items missing...wrong Fries. No sauces plus everything cold :/

The worst McDonald's I ever saw. More than 30 minutes for 2 expressos and 1 sunday. Nobody talked English, we just got our order asking directly to one employee, but they brought us twice two fake coffee, just yellow hot water. There were people waiting for more than 1 hour for a FAST-food meal. This is ridiculous. This place is a shame for macdonald's, not even the manager could speak English. This should be closed!
