    Rude, disrespectful service, total disregard for the patient. The attendant gave me the worst service I have ever received in my life, she was rude from the moment she answered the phone until the moment she hung up, she had even distracted my mother who had just left the office with a delicate diagnosis. We had the request for the authorized exam in our hand with protocol and everything, we had already spoken twice to the office who assured us that it was authorized and she said that she could not find the authorization, she mocked our problem both times we called, she said that It was our problem that was none of her business and she couldn't do anything, as it was an emergency exam we insisted but she refused to try to resolve the problem, when we asked to speak to the person responsible for it she refused to go through. I don't recommend it to anyone.

    Terrible reception! I arrived to pick up my grandmother and the receptionist said she was undergoing an exam. I stayed in the room in front of reception waiting for 40 minutes, when I asked her about the delay, she asked me to look in the other room! And there was also my grandmother waiting for me for 40 minutes.     From the moment the appointment was made (in my case via WhatsApp), which was super simple and quick, I felt well taken care of. There is now a large parking lot directly connected to one of the receptions, which helps a lot (especially if the patient has mobility difficulties). I found it extremely punctual. The place has wifi, several places and, most importantly: very human, attentive and friendly staff service. Above all, Dimen is the reference place for nuclear medicine in the city. If I could, I would give it 6 stars.
