I went in to have my eyebrows tamed for an upcoming vacation and was tended to by a woman named Connie. Normally, I wouldn't leave a review for something of this nature, but the service that I received was singular and deserves attention. The attendant was engaging and seemed to derive genuine pleasure from ensuring that I was happy with the results.

Sensation spa has been our family staple for many years now. I always go to Connie for my facial threading and body waxing. There is no one better in the Richmond Hill area but Connie. I trust her for consistent results each time.

Connie is my go-to lady for all my threading and waxing needs! I will not go anywhere else but to Connie. She's the best at what she does. I travel all the way from Scarborough for her in Richmond Hill. She's always funny, polite, and so kind. My entire family was also introduced to her for threading, waxing, and haircuts.

My stylist was Amanda, and I just LOVED my experience with her. I was trying this salon out for this first time and I'm really particular about my cut and colour and she nailed it. The best part? It's not going to break the bank! I will 100% be back and would recommend Amanda to any of my friends in the area (and beyond)!

I was referred to Connie for my chest waxing through a family member. She makes the experience comfortable, pain-free, and is always so gentle. I also started doing my eyebrow threading with her and I am so happy with the results everytime. Thanks Connie!

the worst salon experience ever! they are extremely hostile and racist with anyone of the muslim culture. i had a horrible experience with connie the eyebrow lady asking me why i covered my hair, i was shunned when i asked for a female hair dresser, Do not go here , if you want negative energy then by all means come here

Amanda did a great job fixing my hair up into what I originally wanted after a botched balayage at another hair salon. She was super sweet and everyone was very nice. Totally reccomend.

Mana is absolutely amazing. Besides her talent she make sure that she give her best exactly what you ask for.She suggested me a good facial for my skin and also gave me few tips to take care of my skin.She is superb.I really recommend her to anyone and you will really like it.
