It was my first time at Beauty First and I had a gold facial as well as eyebrow threading. Eyebrow threading and the facial were both done by Sonu and she did a great job and she definitely knows what she's doing. It was a great experience. Sonu was very calm and professional throughout the facial. They had a promotion of $99 for the facial which also included a hot stone back massage. The promotion is only valid till the end of April and will be $179 thereafter. I have no regrets or complaints about the money spent. It was totally worth the money and I would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

If you want your eyebrows threaded to perfection without going into the depths of Brampton or Scarborough, this is your place. It's the only place in Richmond Hill that I have found satisfactory. They offer great threading and waxing services for a decent price. They also offer facials as well. I came in today and Pooja was excellent. I have also received services from Ayesha who is great as well.

I’ve been coming to Beauty First for awhile now and my eyebrows are always done amazingly. I see Mahnaz and she is absolutely wonderful. She is so meticulous, caring, and makes you feel so at ease. She is so sweet, always putting her clients first and squeezing you in. I’m always getting compliments on my eyebrows and it’s because of her. It’s just an added confidence you receive. I has the opportunity to try their new Facial called Gold Facial and it was amazing! My face look gorgeous and fresh. This facial also has a legs, arms and back massage included with stones. I only go to beauty first because of Tripti she is the best I began by getting my first facial done and then I became the regular because of her service I got a gold facial done from her and let me tell you she goes above and beyond to provide the best service. I was so scared to get my waxing done as they used to just rip so harshly. But since I started going to this salon and get it from Tripti I don’t feel pain at all. As during the whole session she keep talking to you so that you don’t feel a single pain and most importantly she doesn’t rush to get you out so that she can make extra money which most of the other places do. 100% recommended for all your beauty grooming

I had terrible acne when I first started and 6 months later, she has completely transformed my face to the point where I barely break out anymore. This is the best location for a lash lift and brow services. My brows were shaped perfectly and service was super quick. The lash lift was amazing! I loved it so much I will be back here again! I will be trying their eyelash extension next. I unfortunately visited their Newmarket location which did a terrible job, but fingers crossed for this location. Will update once received!
