Best experience ever. From the reception and ease of booking an appointment to the amazing massage therapist. My is so incredibly wonderful, she helped me so much with my pain with her massages. She is so knowledgeable and fantastic, I have never had a massage this good and this effective. I cannot recommend her enough.

I booked a 90-minute massage for my partner, Michael. He thought 90 minutes would be too long, but he was very happy with the results. Sixty minutes full body deep tissue massage and thirty minutes feet. He said the girl who worked on him was excellent. I am happy about the prices as well as I feel they are fair and affordable. We will definitely be coming back!

Do not come to this place. They refused us service due to our religion. Completely goes against our human rights code. I called to speak to the owner and I was told the owner would give me a call back and they never did. They do not take accountability for their actions and I will be filing a human rights complaint against this establishment. Do not come to this country and run a business if you are ignorant towards the religions and cultures amongst you.

I visited this place for the third time, and I will go there again. I will recommend Sandy Ying Zhen Lin RMT massage therapist as a knowledgeable, professional, and skilled therapist. I have never had a massage this effective and good. Here is clean and calming atmosphere with friendly and polite staff.

Fist time visiting this place & i will definitely be back! I went in with a very uncomfortable tightness/aching feeling in the shoulder/neck area - i didn’t have huge expectations, was just hoping to improve the pain even a little. However my RMT (May/Mae - not sure of spelling) was amazing! The pain is almost fully gone after 1 session, she was very polite, gave a great massage, really focused in on the area i mentioned - i will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

“ Under the Ontario Human Rights Code, discrimination because of religion (creed) is against the law. Everyone should have access to the same opportunities and benefits, and be treated with equal dignity and respect, regardless of their religion” So why was a 65 year old man denied service based of his religion? Is Canada not a country that allows individuals of all cultures, race, religion, practise freely? So why was this man denied service based on his religion? We spoke to the owner who basically just stated he didn’t care. DO NOT ATTEND THIS PLACE!

Been a long time customer and I’m very pleased with them. They’re always accommodating with appointments, their therapists are good and the location is very convenient to me.

I have been to this place before and had a good experience with Yanny for my prenatal massage, however, yesterday I saw a new RMT and had a horrible experience. Firstly, I asked for deeper pressure and she was using her knuckles and first deep into my ribs - at which point I let her know how painful it was. She almost wasn’t even aware how to massage deeply and I had show her exactly how it’s usually done. She then said “she can try,” and looked annoyed. To be honest, my husband gives better back massages and isn’t an RMT. The whole time I felt like it wasn’t even a massage, but more of a light wiping of her hands on my back, followed by inconsistent pressure on areas. She then would massage one side of my body but when turned to the other, she forgot to massage other parts. She massaged my one arm but not the other, one side of my head, but not the other. Rather, the head massage was more like scratching which was weird. I had to pay $110 for this and honestly, waste of money. I left feeling annoyed that I spent that much on something that didn’t even help yet alone wasn’t even an actual prenatal massage. Won’t be back or recommend.

My first time here. I went in with a frozen shoulder and came out 80% mobile. The therapist I had was amazing, working hard to get me my mobility back in the 1 hr session. Will be back for sure.

This was not bad at all. Went in for a quick tune up. Did the full body massage and it was good. Would recommend
