    Don’t buy gift cards here they are selling fraudulent cards. Spoke to manager and they said to call customer service. Spoke to customer service and they said to wait 1-2 business days for a response. No response and it’s been 5 business days. Update: after contacting head office they have addressed the issue to my satisfaction. Lesson learned, make sure the card code inside the packaging matches the one on the outside before having cashier activate. Nov 23,2023 Review: No one answers the phone at this store. Really hot helpful at all. They continue to earn 1 star here.

    This shoppers is a great place to shop and there customer service is amazing. I’m specific one of the pharmacist named nasim was great and very respectful. the whole place is over all great and well deserved of 5 stars .

    WORST PHARMACY EVER. Nasim is a passive aggressive lady, who either gets off on with-holding peoples medication or is just straight up negligent. It took a week to fill a prescription that my doctor had sent over 8 times. I had to call the shoppers over 15x and was put on hold, or a couple of times was told my prescription was ready just to go in and told they dont have a prescription or its not filled. After a week of back and forth Nasim tells me she will give me my medication for $15, and as i am taking my money out she rips it out my hand. She slams my medication down on the table. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience with this lady. My boyfriend couldnt get his medication for 2 weeks for the same reason and had an absolute breakdown needing to go back to a doctor and new pharmacist because of how bad withdrawls were. & she had no care in the world basically laughed. Its disgusting.

    Nicely stocked and organized. Lots of parking space. Sometimes homeless people wandering in this plaza so be more vigilant if coming at night.

    I have been trying literally for weeks to get through by phone. I tried all departments. Many times I have called. Pharmacy, customer service. You can literally hold forever. Plays music, then it reverts back to ringing, then music again. They absolutely 100% each time REFUSE to answer. Are they getting paid to refuse to WORK????!!!!!!! Disgusting to say the least. What has this country become????!!!!!! Shoppers “used to be” one of my favourite chain stores. We have become a third world country. Terrible!

    We went there for my 4 year old daughter covid vaccine!This location offers covid vaccine for 6 months and older.At the moment I gave them her name,a lady said “if she cries,we wont give her the vaccine” !!!! I was shocked!and after a few minutes,she was talking to her manager and said I wont do the kids vaccination because of a bad experience..IN FRONT OF US! We had really bad experience with them. Not recommended for kids vaccination! Extremely rude. We will defenitly follow this issue with the manager.

    EXTREMELY RUDE pharmacist. I went into the pharmacy to simply ask if there was any over the counter remedies to help my issue until my doctors appointment in the morning, hee first approach to me was “ what do you want”instead of just saying no she started raising her voice asking me telling me go to a pharmacy I usually go to and figure it out. Extremely off putting, older woman of I believe middle eastern decent. The answer to my question was so simple instead she was extremely rude and shooed me off. Telling me go slow here when I made it very clear they were closed and I wanted to know if there was a temporary solution . In which she could have easily said there isn’t one.

    During my visit at this store I left feeling quite disappointed with my experience. I expected to receive the kind of service that makes customers feel valued and welcomed. The staff's (Maya) attitude was consistently rude and dismissive, which left me feeling quite disappointed. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same level of attention and courtesy that others seemed to enjoy. I felt ignored and brushed aside. Additionally, I was disappointed by the apparent lack of product knowledge when I asked a question about perfumes, I expected her to have a better understanding of the product she was selling. I had to leave due to very poor customer service.

    Do not ever use this pharmacy. Just went in and was trying to fill a prescription. 5 people in the back no customers waiting but me. They saw me standing there for 10 minutes waiting to drop off prescription and said nothing. Until I spoke and said hello is there anyone I can drop my prescription off too. They said oh someone will be with you as all staff looked away from me. Awful service. If you do not want the business just say so. I much prefer to bring it elsewhere and left. I work in healthcare and I get pharmacy can be busy but they were not just lacked basic decency to communicate and provide customer service.

    HORRIBLE PHARMCY DO NO RECOMMEND SENDING PRESCRIPTION THERE THEY SHOW NO EMPATHY AND LACK OF CARE FOR people going thru a serious mental crisis I played cat and mouse with miss princess @ Nasim Tavakolianarki she didn’t wanna fill my prescription denied me my medication lied about loosing my prescription. Horrible service report to ONT colleges of pharmacist IMEDIATLY she needs to loose her medical license or be re trained. rude unprofessional. NO PEOPLE SKILLS.

    This location near me is the only place that carries Chanel and Tom Ford perfumes, and I have been here several times to buy cosmetics. Every time for checkout I have experienced very unpleasant feelings with every salesperson in the cosmetics section considering that I am also an employee at Shoppers (but in another branch) and I use product discounts on my optimum card, they always ask me for a lot of documents to prove my identity, while in most Shoppers branches, self-checkout has been set up and it is not necessary to show proof of identity. The sellers of the cosmetic section are very rude and seem like they want to catch a thief. Even the way they look at you is very insulting and every time I go shopping, it really makes me sad. I hope the management will take care of it.

    On June 10 / At 10:12 pm I try to return the product/brand new not even used cashier told me you have to go back to the original store we didn’t carry this product I told her her shopper policy return!!! She called the Assistant manager and he told me you have to pay shipping fee!!!!!!😇😇😇! Because is not from my store. The sad part is All the employees doesn’t have a name tag I can’t remember names The way All talking to me so rude and unprofessional .

    I'm sorry to say that I had an unpleasant experience at this location with two employees named Neda and Diana. The customer service was very poor and unprofessional. Diana, who is a supervisor, did not know how to handle customers appropriately. Additionally, the cashier named Neda was very rude. It was a disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes note of this situation.
