Simon, the pharmacist, is very helpful. He provides prompt and reliable services. Whenever you need help, he is just a phone call away. More than that, he always goes the extra mile to meet customers' needs. As a satisfied customer for years, I highly recommend his service.

Still my personal fave pharmacy (I was the FIRST group of customers here when they opened)! Simon and his team are patient and knowledgeable. It does get super busy at times but I prefer to support small businesses when I can - and these guys are nice honest folk who provide a good service. Plenty of parking too!

A small pharmacy but very friendly, helpful and efficient. I’ve always been able to make appointments on the phone and unlike some big discount pharmacies, I don’t have to wait around for over an hour for a prescription to be filled. Highly recommended.

The lady with long hair, heavy makeup are very unprofessional, impatient and with huge attitude. All we ask is that do they have a certain medication; and can certain age take that. This lady did not go check until the gentlemen (Simon) who showed her on the computer. This happened today Aug 1,2023 in the afternoon. I hope Simon see my review and you know who I referred to. I am very disappointed as I’ve been a customer for this pharmacy for a very long time even till I moved to Oakville, I still go a long way to buy prescriptions here as Simon has been a great pharmacist.

Very nice and professional staff. Pharmacist there (Simon) was very diligent and dispatched pretty fast. I usually find better service through small pharmacies like this one, as opposed to big companies like Shoppers Drug Mart or Rexall.
