I have been a customer of Apadana Pharmacy for 2 years, and I get pleasant experience with every visit. All the staff members are super friendly and welcoming, but most importantly, they know what they are doing. And they do it quickly! Would definitely recommend :)

I was very impressed the first time we went to this pharmacy, however, my recent experience was not so pleasant. I was put on hold and was forgotten about; I hung up and attempted to call a couple of times within the next hour. I followed up the next day and they were responsive and helpful.

I absolutely did not mind that it is hectic right now when it comes to booking for a third booster shot. However the pharmacy could have saved a lot of time for both parties if information and communication were less mismanaged. They communicated to me through e-mail for 12pm on a walk in and first serve basis. Went 45 minutes early and it was fine to expect a small line up....got inside for the lady to tell us the availabilities are from 5pm-7pm with the rudest tone. Lady, if you managed your pharmacy better 1. I would not have been there during the incorrect hours for walk-ins, 2.therefore prevented wasting both of our times 3. and putting less people at risk since there were line ups and more than 5 persons capacity in the pharmacy.

This is our family pharmacy, we switched over from shoppers drug Mart and couldn't be happier. Not only are the drugs less expensive for the same thing but the service you get is phenomenal and personalized. It's an easy decision if you're thinking about switching. Thank you Apadana Pharmacy!

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. Nazrin the owner and pharmacist is very professional and knowledgeable. She always give clear directions on how to use medications and cares so much about her clients. She often makes great suggestions and calls my doctor when necessary. I always recommend this small pharmacy to friends.

Very Disappointed!!! Had to wait for half an hour for a simple refund service and at the surprisingly she told me that I have to wait more because she did not want to take her gloves off and wanted to do vaccination for a patient who came after me while she had two more colleagues available during all these. To be honest you may not have a big issue while buying an item and they are quite friendly but expect 45 to 1 hour of a delay (for no reason) when you want to refund an item.

I live in Brampton and i go to Apadana pharmacy just because Nasrin (the pharmacist )is the most caring and professional I have ever met! I appreciate her and the staff very much.I definitely recommend Apadana-Its totally worth the one hour drive-Cheers !

Very professional and knowledgeable. Nasrin (the owner and pharmacist) transferred my prescription from another pharmacy and also informed me that there is a generic version that can save me about $50.00, something that no other “corporate” pharmacy ever did. On top of that she hand delivered my prescription to my place of work because I had no time to pick it up myself. This is why we need start supporting local businesses instead of big corporations that already have enough. Thank you Apadana Pharmacy for being so great.

For my past experience coming to this pharmacy, I have been well treated and taken care of. This pharmacy deserves to be acknowledged by other people. Great service, well trained and friendly staff members.

Apadana is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Pharmacists are so caring and knowledgeable. They take time to go through your condition and give medical consultation. All staff are friendly and helpful. The wait time to get the medication is minimal, not even comparable to other places I've been to. Thank you for your great service.
