I have to say this is my favourite pharmacy due to the staff’s professionalism and EXTRAORDINARY customer service skills. They make an effort to know their clients and they are always so prompt with providing your medication on time. I love how they always have ready ahead of time my daughter ‘s monthly medication so when I call it has already been prepared in advance. It’s ready for immediate pick up. Afrooz is very helpful and I highly recommend getting your medications from this pharmacy.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, fast service and pleasant! What else can you ask for in a pharmacy? I’ve been going there for 2 years now and I have nothing but great things to say. The best part is that I don’t even need to call for refills...they have them all ready for me as soon as I start running out! How amazing is that?

Sometimes they're quick and prompt. Always friendly service. Although early when the clinic first opens they sometimes take their time to come in and I ended up waiting a long time (1 hr) for a simple prescription that ended up being over the counter. I wish she glanced at my prescription and told me. The new pharmacy assistant had been left alone that day without a pharmacist or senior pharmacy assistant which I've never seen before, as I work as a pharmacy assistant as well. They have a small volume of traffic and I don't believe they do blister packs/deliveries/deal with methadone. I don't understand why they got so held up that day and aside from the obvious fact that the new pharmacy assistant was being completely overwhelmed with the initial flow of prescriptions.

I am giving this pharmacy a 5-star rating only because of Afrooz. She is a dedicated, professional, and most kind person. She is always ready to go the extra mile to help her patients.
