I hope I could give lower point than 1 star. Please never go to this walk in clinic One of the receptionist is the most mean lady I ever meet. Worst receptionist ever. All she wants is getting money from you. Even when her colleague makes mistakes about the blood test, she bothered us and ask us to pay for their mistakes. Such a mean person and unreasonable. Very unprofessional of the receptionist. Ruined my day. I don’t want to go there anymore. The doctor is fine.

Dr. Kayla Lam - the best paed MD. Very thorough and explains with excellent bedside manner But, came in with daughter for walkin one time and there was another Dr. who helped us out. She was quite brash with diagnosis - there's a difference between confidence and making the patient's feel incompetent. I believe the doctor just needs to dial down the assertive comments. I work in the medical field and I can understand how busy a clinic might be. Patients might ask questions that seem trivial but it doesn't take a great deal of effort to answer in a polite manner. Front staff gets really busy with calls - must call a few times and be on hold for a bit. Pharmacist - great

The receptionist forgot to take record on my schedule. So when I took one day off and 40mins driving to visit the clinic,it turned out there is no appointment for me. I guess it’s just because my doctor can not make the day and the receptionist forgot to call me to cancel.

I have visited 3 times . The longest wait time was half an hour, that was acceptable. Dr. M Tsang was friendly, communicative and willing to listen. The receptionists were kind of cold, no smile on their faces and usually one- word answer if you ask them a question. But they were helpful and efficient. I like that this center provides blood work service to patients and was not busy.

Please do not go here. I saw the Indian lady doctor there for an eye infection for my son. She was very rude and spoke to us in a demeaning way. She said my son's eye didnt' have any problems, nothing needs to be done. I told her it was swollen the night before, but she insisted everything is normal. I did not believe her. I made an appointment with the optician same day and optician said my sons eyes were infected and prescribed antibiotics. After a week of it, my son's eyes are now okay. Because of this experience, the next time I decided I must see an pediatrician for my sons medical needs. Not this Indian doctor. (does she even have a license?) However, at Fountain, you are not allowed to make advanced appointments with the pediatrician. To make an appointment you have to call them the day of at 9AM. I called at 9:02 and no one picked up. Then I proceeded to call 5 times during the day. Not a single person picked up. My wife called them from work as well. No pick up. I finally went to their place in person, and the receptionist was so rude saying that they were busy and couldnt answer the phone. And by that time, the pediatrician was fully booked. This is a very unprofessional medical clinic. You put your self at risk by going here.

the doctor has so many patients to a point that she cannot accept any appiontment in a day or two, you have to wait like a week or two to see her. I guess she is trying hard to make more $ and does not consider the.quality of service as top priority. the reciption is not responsive, not picking up calls, and no voice mail, so you have to consitently make calls which is a waste of time.It shows that this place has no respect of other peoples time. the lady in the front desk is very rude and unprofessional.

I've been with them for long time and I haven't had no bad experiences so far.

This place is the worst Medical Clinic I've ever been too. They are always late on sending you in even when you have an appointment; it's because they double book all the time spots. And they make sure you don't talk to your doctor only about one issue each time you see her; so for each minor issue you have to go again! Meaning that you have to take the time off, etc. To update my daughter's vaccination I went there three times!! And their follow ups is ridiculous! They called me to ask how my daughter was doing after 2 weeks she was at the hospital! and gave me a heart attack, because the person who was calling me even didn't mention the date she was released from the hospital, so I thought something happened at school and my daughter has been in emergency room! Never recommend this clinic to anyone!

my husband had my toddler’s health card in his wallet at work when i had to book a walk in appointment for her, so i asked him to take a picture with all her information to show them. when i called to tell them my situation, the receptionist said this was not allowed and they would require a $90 deposit for my toddler to be seen, and i had to return to show them the health card if i wanted my money back. as i work in health care myself, i know there are ways of validating a person’s ohip number without the physical card and i consider this poor insight on the receptionist’s part, and terrible customer service in how they manage their clinic as my daughter frequently sees her pediatrician there. we don’t live close to the clinic and i work full time so returning to the clinic or rescheduling were not good options for me. the pediatrician tells me she prefers that i take my daughter to see her when possible as she knows my daughter’s medical history and can best assess her, but i cannot consistently do so if i have to deal with that kind of reception staff to get through to her. there have been many times in the past that my husband and i have called to book an urgent appointment with her but were unable to get through to anyone as no one picked up - we had to resort to another pediatrician or closer walk in or the emerg. also, the one time i decided to use the adjoining pharmacy for convenience sake, i was sent home with my daughter’s meds with absolutely no instructions - the medication itself wasn’t even labeled. i had further questions about the medication after i got home but when i called back in the late afternoon the pharmacy was already closed, the pediatrician had gone home, and there was no way to confirm what the medication was even called for me to call someone else to ask my questions. very unprofessional. they may have printed out the labels and instructions and i may not have seen it to take it with me, but it is there responsibility to ensure it’s given to me. most other pharmacies will staple it or put it inside the bag. all to say - this centre is poorly run, and if not for the pediatrician that accepted my daughter as a baby, i would never go there. it is diificult enough to find good pediatricians accepting new patients and that is the sole reason i would continue to return.

The reception is very rude. Over the phone, the person was impatient from the beginning of conversation. She couldn't get my name over the phone and kept asking other personal information to identify me which is fine but her tone and voice were rude. At the end of the phone, she even hanged off the phone loudly without saying goodbye. She was absolutely rude during a business phone call as a receptionist.
