My family has been with Dr. Martino for over 8 years now. We recently moved to the east end and I was extremely happy to hear that she was too. I wouldn't go to anyone but here! Her new office is extremely clean and very pretty. Her staff are super nice and friendly. Dr. Martino is a very humble and so loving. She attends to you with care, gentle and love. One important aspect of dental care that is sometimes overlooked, is air quality. Dr. Martino has made a significant investment in high quality air purifiers for each operatory and reception area. These details should not be overlooked as it contributes to healthy outcomes of each patient. I can't thank Dr. Martino and her team enough for everything they do for us. I had a fantastic dental scaling experience at Crafting Smiles yesterday. Upon arrival, I was cheerfully greeted by Nory, their receptionist and Vicky, their dentist assistant who made me feel right at home. The scaling started with the regular dental examination. Dr. Martino inspected for signs of decay, gum recession and etc, and also took the time to listen and patiently answered my questions. She is a true professional with a remarkable ability to put patients at ease. Andreia, the hygienist performed the scaling process. She frequently checked in on my comfort and ensured that I experienced minimal discomfort during the procedure. Also, she explained each step of the process to make sure I was informed throughout. Crafting Smiles Dentistry was highly recommended to me so I can’t say I’m surprised by the care and professionalism I’ve been receiving from the moment I walked in the door.
