All the food was very good. Fried rice was freshly fried, lots of wok hay. Fried milk is something you don't see served often in other restaurants. Very delicious, although there is msg in some of the dishes. Only 10 seating areas inside, so reservations to eat here is a must. Impossibly long wait times of you come without a reservation.

You will love this restaurant. You definitely need make a reservation before you go, otherwise you’ll wait quite long time. We went there on Saturday night. And I must say, the food was absolutely delicious. The dishes offered a unique blend of flavors and ingredients that left a lasting impression. The only aspect to note is that the restaurant isn't particularly spacious, and the interior decor is rather modest. However, the exceptional food more than makes up for it. Highly recommend: 糯米走地鸡，妙手粉丝炒温哥华蟹🦀️

Hong Kong style breakfast is amazing. We ordered breakfast with satay beef instant noodle soup and two pieces of toast, two sausages and scramble eggs. The French toast, satay beef sub were our favorites. Pineapple bun with butter, the bun was dry. Coffee, tea and the half and half, had a unique flavor. From Calgary, Alberta

The Imperial Chicken here is excellent, with a delightful texture. The steamed grouper is a bit pricey and could use more salt, but the service is excellent. Overall, it's worth the price.

One of the best Cantonese food in the GTA. Space is a bit crammed but everything else is excellent. My favourite dishes would be their "special chicken" and vermicelli with fried shrimp. The deep fried milk dessert is also delicious.

Came to Chi Star for a friend’s birthday, we booked early because we had 16 people and they gave us a semi-private room, separate from other 2 small table with a curtain. Table was big enough but we sat cramped, wish they had a bigger table or give us the whole space. Food was awesome though, we opted for a king crab combo and added a lobster combo plus a couple of additional dishes, all were delicious. The only point deducted was the space and seating, which was way too cramped. The restaurant is super busy so make sure to call and make reservation, and some food will need to be preordered, check their menu. We brought our own wine and sake, their corking fee is $20 unlimited bottles, which is reasonable.

Nice Chinese restaurant, a little bit crowded but the food is great.

A lovely place for family and friends to get together and enjoy authentic Cantonese dishes. The food was great and the service was great too. My kids love the dishes and the after dinner desserts(free) was a good treat as well.

Best lobster I had. The lobster was huge and fresh. The flavor was amazing on everything we ordered. This place seems to be always have a line of people waiting to be seated even at 8pm so you should made reservation before you visit. The service is decent, not great because of how busy it is. Overall great experience.
