Since covid I've noticed the quality in bread has gone down the drain. Its beyond stale. Crumbles while you eat it and it's not even grilled. The staff will actually convince you to get it grilled so that you dont notice the difference. The bread tastes like it's been sitting out for a day or two. After this happening 5 times. I'll be going back to subway now.

Management should really appreciate the lady's working in the front. Very friendly, courteous and take pride in preparing the food. Sandwiches and coffee are always delicious!

I have been here before with no problem but last night, the staff were argumentative and the bread stale. Not too good for a sandwich shop.

Very disappointing service. I ordered a coffee and I also wanted a cheddar cheese muffin. They said they didn't have any, no big deal, it happens; I just ordered the coffee and paid. I look in their display; lo and behold, an effing cheddar cheese muffin. Not sure why they didn't want to sell me a muffin but I'm disappointed they had it and didn't sell me one. My brother went in at the same time as me and got a sub. Everything went well until they asked him if he wanted it toasted. He said "no, thanks. Not toasted." So they did what he asked and toasted it anyways. Coffee isn't great either. I'd save your money and go somewhere else.

They r so busy! But their food is very good. The staff r also very friendly. We will keep coming there 1 time a week.

Store seems to be closed. How did Google update hours last week. Phone number out of service. Location does not exist.

Went for a lunch time sub and was sad to see this location closed down. Loved the drive through, always had great service. Been here over a dozen times...will be missed.

I ordered subs here today (mr. sub - country side coffee shop location yonge and 16) - first in the store at that time. The younger of two staff members used my already chosen buns with cheese on top that the other staff member had laid out to prepare an order for drive through (moving me back one spot in line) and then proceeded to delay my order by interfering with the elderly staff members’ work. They then said they had to get buns for me from back - they were stale and crumbly. The lady warned me they may be hard (!?). It felt very discriminatory that the drive through order that came after I did got priority for some reason. The younger staff member was rude. The worst mr. sub subs I’ve eaten ever. Used to go to Valleymede location when it was around and it was excellent.

I tried to eat at this location several times and the restaurant was closed well before the posted closing time. The open sign was still lit on the outside of the building but the doors were locked and no one was inside. This has happened on several occasion. Do not trust the posted hours for this location.
