While at work today, a pregnant coworker came here for an early lunch. In returning to work, she conveys her horrible experience of being sauce shamed by the lady behind the counter for wanting extra sauce and being told "that sauce is only for salads". I understand wanting to keep food costs down but this treatment is unacceptable. She is now eating a dry sub and had two heimlich alerts with her choking...the whole office is on standby. Nobody from our work place will be returning to this Subway for at least 48 hours in hopes that the customer service improves. I thought that at Subway we could make it the sub however we wanted to...but alas that was not the case in this concerning situation.

Yesterday, this Subway restaurant overcharged me. I ordered a 12-inch meatball sub with double cheese, and three 6-inch roasted chicken subs, two with regular cheese and one without cheese. To my surprise, they charged me for four portions of double cheese. Thankfully, I checked the receipt. They even attempted to refund me only for the three extra portions of double cheese but refused to refund the tax. It took them more than 20 minutes to figure out how to sort things out. I was in a rush picking my daughter from daycare and had to leave NOT taking my orders with me since they seamed had problems to had a solution for me. I don't know if this is something they do regularly or just an oversight. Please make sure to check your receipts for any overcharges.

Ordered a veggies sandwich; I guess if it’s a veggie they don’t know how to prep. It was poorly made, when it’s not stacked properly or if the veggie patty and the cheese doesn’t melt on top of it; you didn’t do it right. She rushed the and skipped the process due to having to prep 3 sandwiched which were online orders. Food cost is high now and so as for consumers, if I am paying it for it, it better be satisfying. Not sure if I would go back to this location.

I ordered a rice bowl at this restaurant today. The amount of food was almost less than half of what I always get. Don’t recommend this restaurant.

Just liars. Came in to get cookies and they said they were baked fresh from today. Yet they only had a few of each type. It's obvious they were left overs from the day before because they weren't even in the display case. Can't trust the worker this morning.

The food is not bad But There’s a lady with a lot of attitude if you’re not very hungry, don’t go

Don't ever go there. Staff is lazy and incompetent. They don't understand the meaning of MORE and LESS. And if you have ordered online, check packed order before you leave, It wont have enough filling for sure or they must missed some items deliberately.

The service provided by the two staff at this subway was abhorrent. Never coming back again.

I ordered steak and cheese which I always get it from subway. Lady filled 2/3 of measuring spoon with meat that I never seen in other Subways. It taste like salad sandwich, see portion of meat in the photo. I do not recommend anyone this restaurant
