I got the purple yam Jasmine green milk tea and black sesame milk tea with taro balls cuz of the fantuan offers. Regretted it after my first sip, tasted like water. Wouldn’t have tried it again even if it’s free. I can make better tea than them.

Very bad experience!! A store like this should not exist. The store is closed when I arrived at 8:50 PM even though it says 10 PM is the closing time. Moreover they are selling too good to go for people to collect untill 9:30 PM. Don't come to this store it'll only waste your time!!

Bubble tea is one of my ‘comfort drink’. I like this brand as it’s more natrual. It’s not fancy but feels good. So once a while treat myself a cup of the taro purple rice milk tea with taro or tapioca balls became one of my favorite when feeling down. Price is reasonable and service always friendly.

I don't know how they can still operate in this business. Taste terrible. Home-made bubble tea is better than what I bought from this store.

Cute little store with fast service. Got an oat milk with purple rice that tasted pretty good. Nice stop for a quick drink.

I just ordered 6 cups through Fantuan app. All the tapioca balls are so hard, it seems they used the old one. It’s so hard to chew. I’m so disappointed. I used to drink hey sugar and the tapioca and taro balls are chewy. I guess I would NEVER go to hey sugar again !!!!

I just bought the signature boba drink from here, and this is my first time trying Hey Sugar. The tapioca balls are very hard, and they taste like they’ve been frozen or from yesterday. The milk tea itself is okay, but tapioca was no good. Pretty disappointed.

Didn’t know they open Hey Sugar in this plaza. - Really random I think in this general area there’s like over 10 varieties of brand. Anyway, I discover them due to a TooGoodToGo pick up. When I first entered it’s a very bright store and there’s a bell to ring for service. Staff comes out promptly after it’s rung. Drinks were standard like any other bubble tea shop.

Totally love the passion fruit ice tea! The staffs are super nice and friendly, and the service is great!! Would definitely go again and recommend trying for sure!!! ;>
