Saw many reviews about their goodies and so I made a trip here to try their Napoleon cake. By the quantity as I saw in the display fridge, you can tell that this is one of the best selling there. I shared with my grandma and she thought it’s not crunchy enough. I think it is hard to keep the quality if we bought home and can’t eat it right away, since the moist from the cream or custard will be absorbed by the pastry. I also saw that they are selling nice coffee as well... I only hope that I can have the chance to sit down and try their cake and coffee for the real taste

The place is very clean and got pleasant faces :). Service was really good, but the payment method was not accepted and we tried many times until it worked. Price is higher than average. They got a place to sit and enjoy a drink. Better to pay with cash to avoid payment issue.

This has been my go to bakery in the area (Newmarket-Aurora-Richmond) for several years because it has specific recipes of numerous desserts that are different and better to me than standard places. For example Napoleon cakes with custard, Tiramisu in two types often and more creamy, pies with heavier crust, etc. Made in house.

Absolutely out of this world!!! Just today discovered this amazing place for European delights. Purchased almond meringues, cheese danish and pecan torte and it was the best we have ever had. We will definitely be back on a regular basis and will highly recommend your wonderful baked goodies to all our family/friends/neighbours. This bakery is what a bakery is supposed to be. You can smell the wonderful aroma outside the door before you even step into "Baked Heaven" Cannot say enough good things about your wonderful place. Grace & Darrell

The size of the cake, which was supposed to be for 15 people, is simply ridiculous! Fifteen teaspoons is the actual size you provided! And the phrase of your confectioner What do you want for that kind of money!! just shocked me. $50 for a cake that is embarrassing to put on the table is too much! A shame! Very disappointed with the service, did not receive the expected quality or service. Moreover, the pastry-chef allows herself to shout at the client, shame! I don't recommend this bakery to anyone.

I bought 2 small pieces of tiramisu about 5.99 each for my son birthday who loves real tiramisu.but it wasn’t tiramisu. It was coffee taste moos on top and chocolate cake on bottom. Tiramisu is different story. I dont shop again

They make my favourite cake here. Raspberry hazelnut cake, it's to die for!!! I have been getting it for many years, it never disappoints. Also, once I got double charged by accident, but they returned my money with no issue, very good service!

Alice bakery is absolutely delicious! We tried so many cakes, layered cake with sour cream, Napoleon with raspberries and honey cake are our favourites. We ordered the cake for our son’s birthday and the price was more than reasonable, cake was done beautifully by the picture. We spoke with gentleman who was baking and decorating our cake, he was very polite, accommodating and even advised against use of bright colourings for cream to make it healthier for kids - super nice service! Also every time we come, I order their latte.. it’s really good, better than Starbucks hands down 👍

I tried the coffee and Almond Meringue here. Won’t recommend the coffee but the Meringue was good to serve with fresh fruit (I added that my self at home) if you like it that way. Would recommend it if you live close by. But not worth to drive to it for 20min. Hope this helps!

One of the best napoleon cake I have ever had. I highly recommend to try it. Try the one with raspberry 👍😋🥰
