I love visiting Sophie's wellness centre. Sophie and her team have helped me both times I needed physiotherapy after being in a car accident. The first time was in 2016 and 2022. Her colleagues are skilled, attentive, and well-trained in traditional Chinese medicine and western massage techniques. I look forward every week to visiting Sophie and the team because I leave there feeling very relaxed and without any pain. I cannot stress how great her centre is, and you will have no regrets about choosing them to help you with any body pains.

Sophie not only take interest in making you pain free but ensure you get right kind of treatment and follow ups. A lot of places hooks up machine and people go away and then unhook and let you go. Acupuncture with Sophie Wellness has been helping me over 10 years. I am amazed that Acupuncture could help my shoulder tendonitis that much. I was able to play golf without any restriction and pain.
