Terrible experience and no responsibility after procedure for my husband. If I could give zero star instead of one star, I would. Please read our story: My husband did a colonoscopy with Dr Hariri on late June 2023. He was told to comeback for follow up if he is in pain. He was in pain and after one week he called to follow up. The earliest follow up appointment was July 28, more than one month after procedure was done. During this month he was in severe pain, he could not sit or walk or even lay down and he could not go to work. He visited the doctor on July 28 in hope of relief from the pain. No proper treatment was done by doctor and no proper diagnosis for the reason of the pain. He left the follow up session without any prescription not even a pain killer. Since then, he is still in pain and still can not go to work. Our summer has turned into chaos and our summer trip was canceled since he could not leave home. My son has lost all summer fun activities with his father because of the circumstances. Even I could not work full time because i had to be home to take care of him and we are financially and mentally affected by this medical malpractice and irresponsibility. If we could reverse time, we definitely would avoid visiting this clinic.

I recently visited this clinic for treatment. Dr. Hariri and the entire staff were amazing—professional, attentive, and caring. The facility was impeccably clean, and everything was organized seamlessly. Highly recommend this clinic!

Worst experience ever! The staff are completely unprofessional. They are not organized whatsoever. Especially the front desk staff. Also, unlike other clinics, the doctor does not call you back to discuss your results. They say that a nurse will call to discuss the results. So far, twice they have told me that a nurse will call for my endoscopy results but nobody has called me yet.

Had an appointment at 1:15 however now is 3:15 and am still waiting. The doctor he was nice and good. But the timing and service sooo bad

I had a procedure done at Genesis today. I won't be able to see the results today but I can comment on the care I received from the surgical team. I was met by one of the nurses called Monir who prepped me for surgery and she could not have given me better care, a truly amazing nurse and a credit to Genesis. Once in the OR the amazing care continues from the nurses to the anesthetist and finally Dr Chambers who took the time to answer my questions Based on that I would have no quams about recommending this facility

An eye surgery was supposed to be scheduled for my elder friend by staff at Grand Genesis. There were lots of confusion surrounding this scheduling. They gave us two different appointments for surgery and each time a different girl was calling us to schedule they were not even aware that we had already been given a date or not. No time management, no respect, no courtesy to patients. Even when I took my old friend there she was discriminated by the receptionist. Staff of this location think that they are all the king of a palace and patients are their slaves. I left my country not to be discriminated anymore but at Grand Genesis is even more discrimination. Shame on you !!! I wish college of Surgeon of Ontario would read these google reviews.

Dr Hariri is great and very professional. Highly recommended. The only matter regarding this clinic is just they are charging $5 for the parking! 😳 and in their defence this is the new rule for the whole building which is not. Other units don’t charge for the parking! I don’t really understand why they are charging!!!!!!

Relatively good clinic, what bothered me is the $5 they charge for parking!? That is irritating... Considering the expensive charges we have to pay for all the other services they provide. I suggest picking another clinic if possible.

NEVER call or text or email me after Dr referral sent to them. Call and text them many time. They didn't explain why. TWO months later I complained with text then a lady return call and said Dr LEFT and they are cleaning up their list of customer? Go back to your family Dr !!??? WHAT? Funny is their Voice msg said "Quickly reply is with texting" this is a LIE!! Good luck to you!

This is specifically for Dr. Nabil Al-Zaher.Couple of days I went back for visit. His visits are very brief. He had no problem asking me to come another day even though the appointment was booked one year in advance. I was there to remove ear wax and was never told ahead of time to treat my ears with mineral oil to facilitate the procedure and make it less painful. He was very impatient and rushed during the procedure, not giving me any breaks when I was in pain. Not a single sign that he cares for the patient. At some point he decided to stop and asked me to come another day. Totally inconsiderate for his patients and their time. Cynical and sarcastic with patients and disrespectful with staff members. I would never visit him again or recommend him to anybody else.

I highly recommend the doctors here. However, one star is for the administration staff. THEY DONT ANSWER THE DAME PHONE,,,,you can't book an appointment ever ,,,,if they called you didn't catch the miss call,,, your done with them they will never answer the phone no matter what,,, they claim they have texting and emailing responder which i doubts they will ever call back, If the office is short on staff, then hire extra ones,,,,,

I'm sorry for the clinic called the Walking Clinic, but it does not have a doctor for emergencies. My opinion is about Dr. Afshin Jafari's office. This is the second time this problem has occurred and he is our family doctor. Definitely in such cases there must be another doctor or at least a way to talk to the doctor on the phone

All around a horrible experience. Struggled to get someone at actually return a email or call. Had my appointment cancelled the morning of and had to rescheduled for 2 months later. When I finally got my appointment the admins at the front door couldn’t even put down their cellphones to greet me as a patient. I arrived an hour before my scheduled appointment like I was asked to on the phone yet I still had to wait 3 1/2 hours to see the surgeon. For someone that had to get their face cut open that day you did nothing to put my concerns at ease. I wanted to walk out I felt so uncomfortable but this was 2 year ordeal just to get to this point and you already took my money. I’ll be telling my family to never refer one of his patients to this clinic again.

I was promised a callback 2 weeks ago because the reception had to check the specialist schedule. 2 days later, I called for a follow-up, and I left a voicemail. The next day, I called for a follow-up and told the receptionist not to be in. I called multiple times after that, sent text messages, and emailed. Almost 3 weeks now and no reply. How is the doctor working if she is not booking a patient? Now, I have to go through the process of explaining this to my family doctor and ask for a different specialist.

Very unreliable center. My colonoscopy appointment was canceled a few hours before procedure for the second time!! The center phone number won’t receive any text messages although they want everyone to confirm their appointments through text messages!

Absolutely unacceptable service. Performed a procedure based on Dr. Jaffarian's direction on January 21st. As of March 30th, the report has NOT come out. Will be filing a complaint with Health Canada shortly. It's not fair to the taxpayers to allow negligent people conduct medical procedures, get paid and not complete the job. Strongly recommend against using their servcies.

Unbelievably unprofessional front line staff. My father was referred to this office and I made several attempts to inquire about the referral, by phone and email. The fist time I called them they said they did not receive the referral so I had the doctor refax it. It's been 3 months...I will have my father's doctor refer elsewhere. Another frustration is that when you call, they ask you to press 4 for Cataract referrals but 4 takes you to Orthopedics?

I visited Grand Genesis Physiotherapy clinic on the advise of my family doctor. And I’m so glad that she referred me to this clinic. I was suffering from terrible headaches and low back pain for years. Had few Physiotherapy treatment sessions with Saeid, the physiotherapist, and my back pain got already better. Then he referred me to Nazanin, the Osteopath, who works in the same clinic. After 3 sessions with her my headaches went away. She also did magical work on my back. I’m still attending the clinic on weekly basis but already feel much much better. I recommend their services to everyone. The environment is very friendly and staff are very professional and caring. Highly recommended.

I noticed that this clinic only received 3.1 stars in average so far. I was there this morning for my thyroid, the entire experience is well above industrial average. Free and sufficient parking on Yonge St, receptionist, staff were nice, the Dr. was super nice and patient, of course professional. He examine me with and answer my questions politely and with patient. Place are clean and fresh.

Dr. Marinosyan has been my long-term doctor for several years. Treated a wide variety of illnesses. Qualified and widely experienced in the medical field. Also, takes quality care of my parents and grandparent. She is knowledgeable and prompt with response. I highly recommend this doctor and clinic.

Google has nothing less than 1 star and this place is -10. I’m not how this clinic is in business. My wife is in there for scheduled colonoscopy since 1pm and it’s now 4:20 with no procedure yet. She is not in yet. What a joke. She had migraine and can’t have her pills. She is crying from the pain and we are leaving without getting this done. Shame on you with your awful unacceptable service.

Unsuccessful cataract surgery. Upgraded lenses brought no benefit, my mother still cannot see. Company knew in advance upgraded lenses will be no benefit in mo mother's case, yet did not informed us until after the surgery. Any attempts to bring attention to the issue and find a resolution so fare has been unsuccessful. They are simply trying to ignore it.

Thanks for wasting our time and efforts Grand Genesis. Spoke with a Dr months ago about a medical procedure, said yes they could accommodate and requested a family doctor referral, sent the referral and then nothing for 3 months despite our repeated calls, emails. Finally go in person and reception apologized and set up a consultation with Doctor. Go to consultation and Doctor says they can't accommodate that procedure - obviously never even looked at the referral. Very unprofessional, and more evidence of how many health providers disappoint these days.

They sent me an email to cancel my appointment less than 24 hours before. But fortunately, I got rescheduled. After waiting for 3 hours in the clinic, they told me that they didn't have the scope. They gave me two options, one is to wait, but they don't know when the scope would come, and another one is to reschedule, but they don't know when the doctor would be available. It's rediculous!!! They knew I have appoitment, but they didn't even prepare for it. Would that be acceptable if they were the patient?!

Awful! Dr Shahi needs to get his licenses revoke. He doesn’t know what he’s doing except to swindle peoples money. He butchers people then leaves town for his coworkers to deal with but u have to wait… to get appt then see them on the weekends if they don’t cancel. They have no concept of time or respect for other peoples time or life.

Best medical and surgical clinic! The only place that offers early appointments and early response to your calls/emails, unlike other clinic with long waiting time and poor communication skills. Excellent staff and exceptionally brilliant management! Always get a quick response from the staff. Very pleased with the efforts and hard work of the Skin Cancer department’s staff. Have been there multiple times and never have I ever been disappointed. The friendly ladies at the front desk, not only greet with big smiles, but do all their best to assist in every way possible. The nurses are very knowledgeable and kind. I have had the opportunity of seeing both, the plastic surgeon and the general surgeon of the Skin Cancer department, I can certainly say that both doctors are very experienced and well-informed. Both the surgeons did a wonderful job and took time to go over the diagnosis clearly and discussed treatment options. My family doctor referred me to Grand Genesis Health and now I can see why. Highly recommended!

Just went for scope today, the clinic and scope procedure room was very neat and clean. Receptionist was kind, professional. Nurse Tasneem, and Nurse Krystle were both attentive, kind, professional and performed an excellent job taking care of me before, during and after the procedure. My wife had a surgery at Grand Genesis Health clinic two (2) weeks ago. Dr. Hu and his team did an excellent job and my wife is so happy with the results. Dr. Hu’s office assistant Donya has been so helpful and supportive to my wife even after her surgery. We would highly recommend Dr. Hu’s service. He’s so professional and humble.

I went to Grand Genesis Health to see Dr. Nabil Al-Zaher the Otolaryngologist at this clinic. Dr. Al-Zaher was so knowledgable, polite and kind. He explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. He was very reassuring. If you are looking for an Otolaryngologist look no further. Dr. Al-Zaher is so knowledgable and patient and you can sense that he truly cares for his patients. The staff at the clinic (front desk) were also great. Very happy with my visit and the quick diagnosis and treatment plan.

Had a procedure with Dr. Farzad Hariri. From the receptionist to the nurses, anesthesiologist and the Surgeon, they were all very professional and treated me fairly. The procedure was scheduled within 1 week of the referral from GP, for the next week. That was the quickest appointment I was ever given from the date of referral. Anyways thank you all for your help. They have alot of staff running this clinic.

Excellent service, friendly staff! Every time I go there, there is positivity and good vibes. So respectful, caring, and generous. Dr. Omran gives detailed explanation of the health of your teeth during the check-ups and gives different treatment plans to choose from depending on which one works best for you. His staff are also professional and super friendly.

I just have done my Endoscopy and colonoscopy today. The service was great. All my emails with any type of concerns I had, replied back in less than 24 hr. My appointment was at 7:15 and I got discharged around 9. Every one was nice and supportive.

Dr. Ahmed Omran and his amazing staff were incredible. Their kindness and compassion towards my son was something I had never experienced in 🇨🇦Canada , I cannot thank them enough – and I could not recommend them higher.

I had my endoscopy done recently . First of all thumbs up for the flow of system and all the nurses and receptionists. They called me and sent me the details info of what to do before I come. On the day of procedure there were many patients in the waiting room but I was impressed with the smooth flow of patient’s admission. All nurses were truly caring and attentive thought the whole procedure.The clinic was pretty clean and looks like a brand new setup . Dr.Yaghoubi and his anesthesiologist were great to explain everything.The procedure went well.I was really impressed with the setup .It looks like a very clean and modern facility with hospital grade standards. Dr. Sattari is my gyn doctor and I cannot recommend her enough. She was thorough, attentive, and really took the time to listen to all my concerns. Her expertise and professionalism were truly impressive. But it wasn't just Dr. Sattari who made my experience so positive. Her medical assistant Parastoo was equally amazing.

Dr. Sattari is an outstanding and patient surgeon for female procedures. Staffs here are welcoming. And I get the result as I expected.
