This place would been great, if they have the sofa along the window available. (I ask the staff if I can rearrange them myself and use them. Staff gave me a super arrogant look and say : no, I locked that area. Probably the most rude cafe staff i have met in my life)

It is quite easy to order coffee from this shop online . They offer free shipping on the order. I picked up the coffee by my own Choice both times and it was easy. It is close to Leslie and 404 but still has to go a little in the industrial sort of area .The plaza in which this place situated in is a bit congested from front and has inclined parking. I liked the feel of the shop from inside .It is clean ,welcoming and also has a ping pong table inside . I ordered Signature Blends and had beans freshly roasted which they followed both times. The ones i have tried are Western Decadence,Farmers Collective,IMPERIALISTE NOIR and PEOPLE'S LIBERATION. All of these choices were great but my favorite are Decadence and Noir. I would surely try Single Origin Coffee and maybe tea next time and have some freshly made coffee by their barista on venue. The interior design gives an impression that they are passionate about coffee and roasting . I also like their roast themed telephone voice assistant on call. I recommend this cozy place for coffee lovers.

I'm very confused about this place. It looks like a cafe in every way, but it's not. They only sell coffee beans there, so don't show up expecting to get a cup of coffee. They have cups, they have an espresso machine and pour over setup, they even have a list of drinks and a point of sale. But they will politely turn you away if you want to drink some coffee. I'm sure it's delicious but I'll never know.

Always buy Coffee beans from them. Try out all their Coffee beans and my favours are Imperialiste for the dark roast and WesternDecadence for the lighter roast! With such high quality coffee beans, their price is very reasonable! 🌞 Also, you will not be missing out all the seasonal Coffee beans! Meanwhile, you have great fruit Tea too!

Reviewing for online ordering experience. I’ve been ordering from Social for a few months and they are fantastic. I was looking for a decaf bean specifically and theirs is very good. They are incredibly fast about shopping online orders; I’m in Toronto and sometimes receive the order the same day!! Can’t recommend them more.

I was able to get specific recommendations for a gift for a friend that does pour over. Really helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of selection for tea options too. The coffee i picked up for myself is fantastic. 100% I will be back.

Nobody seems to work here. I wish I could comment on anything they sell but I walked in just after lunchtime (Google told me it was normal busy levels) and not a single soul was around. I hung out in the shop area for a bit, checking out their products and hoping someone would emerge. No one came. I could have just walked out with armfuls of coffee and tech and no one would have known... I wandered to the other side to seek out anybody at all, and no one was around. There was someone's bags on the bench in the foyer... but it was like a ghost town. Maybe I should have walked further in? But there was no signage to let me know that was okay to do so, and I wasn't that desperate for a coffee so I left empty-handed. It's all very well decorated and clean but that means nothing when you can't actually buy a coffee, or anything at all. It was just sort of creepy.

I order coffee from here all the time. Coffee is great and reasonably priced for high end coffee. Delivery is the best in the business. Lightening fast and the minimum amount you have to buy for free shipping is perfect so that I always get the freshest coffee.

One of our favourite go-to coffee roasters with organic fair-trade coffee beans. Every few months we’d switch it up and try a new roast. But my everyday go-to for the: ~ Espresso Machine is: Imperialist Noir or Farmers Collective ~ Drip Coffee maker is: People’s Daily I like my coffee and espresso bold and nutty and not citrusy. A must try if you love your beans freshly roasted like I do! 👌🏽

I picked up some For The People espresso beans from EM Ice Cream Shop in Jacksons Point, ground em up "just so" for my french press! Poured a little off the boil water in to allow the grounds to bloom. Voila!! Crema puffing up out of my cup and an aroma that made my bronchials dilate with delight! Haha! The flavour is dark chocolate? Blueberry? Woodsy? Can't decide which note I love more. 💗 Imma Happy Camper! 😊

Reliable source for single origin and blends. My favourites are the Peoples Daily or any Kenyan coffee beans. They also have variety of brew gear like filters.

Sandy was very accommodating. I didn't have much knowledge with coffee and she didn't hesitate to answer all my newbie coffee questions. Just moved to this area and this will now be my go-to coffee place. I got the wush wush Ethiopia.

Fresh beans, I managed to pull great espressos from this and I would say this is pretty much on par with Hatch Coffee's Supernova if I were to compare the same price point. this place is also closer to where I live so this is perfect, will continue to come!

Great quality coffee. I have been ordering twice a month for over a year now. People's daily, light roast is my favorite. Great for an espresso. Always freshly roasted and very quick delivery. Give it a try. They roast in house

Wanted to give a shoutout to these guys for the amazing customer service and quality that I have received over the last few years: I order online and have never been disappointed with their delivery and quality. Great bean selection and amazing roasts!

By far my favourite company to order coffee from. It is exquisite, plus there are many options if you like your coffee pre-ground. The prices are reasonable and you get a better price when buying in bulk. Once you start drinking quality coffee, everything else tastes terrible (especially if it is from the grocery store, yuck!). One thing that makes this company stand out from all others, is the delivery company they use for their orders. It is BY FAR the best delivery service around. Fast, efficient, and very personable. Shout out to Randy, who has delivered all of my orders so far. Deliveries always arrive sooner than expected. If you live in the GTA, I highly recommend ordering from Social Coffee as you will not be disappointed.

I just wanted to say being new to my setup at home I was having difficulty and needed a second opinion with my grinder and approached Social Coffee & Tea as no one could pull a good shot for me... I made an appointment and they helped me so much with a bit of explanation and a lot of patience. I finally returned home with confidence that what I was doing was on the right track.. Selling coffee can be done by anyone... but service like this and selling me coffee with a guarantee that it is going to be good is taking things to a whole new level... Thank your so so much for helping me out.. and thank you for being in this business ...

Great coffee, fair prices, **next day delivery** (update below). They have a great rotation of single origin coffees. Whenever im running low on coffee, I check multiple roasters in the GTA but find myself coming back to Social. Very happy with their coffee and service. **Update-they now offer same day shipping to Toronto and surrounding areas. Last order i placed, i received the same day. Great service!

Nice, bright and modern store. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Tried the Farmer's Collective blend. It had a nice aroma and tasted like a traditional Italian espresso should and was easy to dial in.

I'm drinking coffee for many years but only recently decided to learn how to make coffee myself properly. Had some beans from regular grocery stores and decided to check these guys. They were super friendly, we talked about what I like and that I want to explore new tastes. Got 3 different bags of coffee. Did some comparative tasting this weekend. OMG! I had no idea that coffee can be so different and interesting! Their coffee is awesome and prices are very reasonable. They are my coffee beans place now. They have so much more for me to explore!

I've been a customer for over 7 years now and feel bad it took so long for me to write this review. What can I say, amazing coffee, freshly roasted on site and free delivery right to my house. I order a couple of pounds every couple of weeks and I get freshly roasted beans from an amazing local vendor. Go Social!

This is not a cafe that makes coffee. They sell beans & equipment for drip coffee only. Very knowledgeable staff.

Social has been my roaster of choice for three years. Last week on Thursday when Canada Post said they delivered my beans but had never actually arrived, I called Social to let them know and to see what could be done about the missing package. Instead of hearing that I’d have to call Canada Post to launch an investigation about the missing beans, the first question they had for me was “are you running low on coffee?” I was almost out and would not have enough to get me through the weekend. Social put together a new order for me at no charge, and instead of sending via Canada Post again, they sent it via FedEx to ensure I received my beans before the start of the weekend. Great beans, great customer service. Thank you Social!
