I love this McDonald’s but the drive through staff are always in a hurry ... they speak so fast and they don’t take their time in taking orders and explaining if need be . I go to the No frills snd dollarama here a lot

This shopping mall is a bit old, but it is still very satisfactory in terms of parking lot and convenience. I mainly come here to see the dentist.

Very crowded, many things you can't find a parking spot in the last lane (by MacDonald's), and many people drive the wrong way in that same lane.

Everything you need in 1 place. If you travel south a little way to 7191 YONGE you'll find free parking and an amazing dentist

Newly renovated ...location in a mall that was once thought to be on decline. An anchor's commitment to southgill though means a new lease on life. The new digs are bright and airy with generous use of bright whites and warm wood/brown accents. Seems to be the new template for all other Bay locations. Customer service is good. Came by to pick up an online order by the towels section. There was a small lineup and while I was waiting, an associate manning another section came by to verify the order info and gave me my item without further waiting. Tks

This is a big plaza across from Hillcrest Mall. It has a lot of common stores and services like a couple of banks and grocery store, drug store, walk in clinic, dollar store, gym, kids play centre and restaurants and fast food places. Plenty of parking. Looks like some condos will soon be added to the plaza. It will benefit the merchants, Hillcrest Mall, and it is convenient for the residents to have access to everything they need within walking distance from their home.

The parking lot is a bit confusing near the CIBC area. One ways and blocked if a dumb concept. The McD had a small curb for drive-thru lineups. If you're not careful, you'll drive right over the curb. Unfortunately, I nothing really catches my eye to shop on that plaza.

No parking enforcement here people park in fire routes when going shopping in no frills dollar stores, banks, and parking in handicap spots without placards.

Well never return here. I worked for this location and I know all the dirty secrets they hide. This is the worse McDonald's in Richmond Hill

One of the better no Frills in the gta. Quite large, huge variety and selection. I wish the self check lanes were open. They had them taped off, not sure why. 😕 no big deal, they had plenty of cashiers working.

It has, RBC, Scotia, and CIBC. Also, no frills dollarama, penguin pick up centre, art store, organic store and small resturant. Really it had so many things

Very bad drive through. You can scratch your car easily

It's a bit of an old style plaza, with a big parking lot. Dollarama, CIBC, RBC, de Serre, No Frills, McDonald's, nice Pub, and a lot of other small businesses. I was sorry when Canadian Tire moved out.

  • 3/5 Lou G. 2 years ago on Google
Meh, it's ok, a little barren honestly. Not the most attention calling place but it'll do in a pinch. However there's only a Dollarama and a no frills, other than the weird hardware store you're kind of limited if you want something else and don't want to pay exorbitant amounts for regular household items in Hillcrest mall across the street.

Pros: good value and selection Cons: crowded Neutral: hundreds of birds, if you like birds you'll like this plaza

  • 3/5 Alvenis P. 2 years ago on Google
Good food, nice people, the store need to be more clean

  • 4/5 Frank L. 1 year ago on Google
Plenty of parking spaces. Its not easy to exit to 16th from the plaza as 16th was elevated but you can still do it by exiting from the south entrance and drive along the path that goes under the bridge to the other side.

  • 5/5 Peter N. 1 year ago on Google
Nice plaza with lots of parking space, getting around the parking might be confusing due to one way routes at first but you will get a hold of it if you would be a regular.

Very disappointed. We were constantly approached for money while we were trying to eat. 3 times in fact. Felt very unsafe!!!
