Son and I picked up an order to go (2 chicken pad Thai). I dropped him off with his meal and went home. Had a few bites of my food and realized they had MISLABELED our containers! Mine was so spicy hot and I'd ordered mild. Son said his was way too tame. I couldn't eat mine and son's was bland to him. However, it was tasty for the few bites I had and the service was SO FAST! Also I really like they cook it right there in front of you in the wok. Also the service was fine and they had 2 cooks and a cashier on hand. Perhaps other reviewers happened on a short handed day. So I only took 1 star.

Nice food. They cook it just in front of you which is great. Tidy and Clean place. They clean tables after each customer leaves.

very disappointed with this location. As an avid Thai Express lover, who makes an effort to go to when when I'm out, was quite disappointed with what I received at this particular location. To begin with, the menu here was very hard to read and make sense of. Although I have a good sense of what is on their menu, this location made it quite difficult for me to see what exactly I wanted this particular time. The overall appearance of this location is quite up to par, from both an outside perspective as well as an indoor perspective. It is in a very good location and the inside is quite modern. The food I received, although, was not up to par with the regulatory standards that Thai Express does hold themselves up to. I ordered a pad thai with vegetables, which ended up coming back with way more bean sprouts than noodles. It was practically stir fry with the lack of noodles, as well as the immense amount of sauce turned it into a soup. (see photo below) Overall tasteless food which is very surprising to come from a chain I love with a passion. Please do yourself a favour, and skip going to this particular location, and go elsewhere. This location will let you down and doesn't stand for the quality that the other Thai expresses hold themselves to.

Ordered via UberEats this week for delivery - will never order again - both me and my friend got a really bad case of stomach flu, we both got the Beef Pad Thai, it was barely edible and by the time my stomach felt funny it was too late - it's been 2 days and I'm still in really bad shape, dizzy and lots of bathroom trips. Really disappointed in Thai Express, never ordering again.

I got the chicken pad thai. I should have taken the picture but food was so good that i finished it before taking picture. I love the food. They have friendly staff. This location is very clean. I will come back

Had the chicken pad Thai. Noodles, chicken, bean sprout, green onions, dried tofu pieces. Came out to just about $15 after taxes.

I have always been to eat this brand for a long time but I never have had bad experiences like this time. The soup was so salty, and nothing tasted. I disappointed. I waste my money 16$ on this soup.

Worst Thai food experience. I ordered PadThai with colliflower rice, it was soaked with unidentified sauce, with very strong taste which completely deleted all other ingredients. Way to much sodium in the sauce, I needed 1.5l of cold water later Awful, never again

Visited this location on February 10th 2022 around 6:30pm. Ordered the Chicken Pad Thai... I am so upset. The noodles are so hard. They did not cook the noodles long enough. It's inedible. I understand they were busy. However this is ridiculous. After a long day at work thinking I would just pick up something delicious on my way home. This is a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! Looks good right? But the noodles aren't cooked!

First time trying this place, Taste is good, but portions are a bit on the smaller side, and could certainly use some extra authentic flavours But overall, it’s good

Great atmosphere but slow service. The food tastes great though and with 2 large screen TV monitors, you can watch the news while waiting for your order.

Placed an order through the app - but somehow when I got there they didn't receive my order. HOWEVER the girl that was there was so sweet and helpful to find my order. They made it in 7 minutes ! Love Thai express - this location has been my go to for decades. Great customer service and great food !

I used to not have any other Thai Express food, but only here. The food here is so great. Especially tomyum is awesome!!!! Also, the staff here are nice. I will visit here again.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I came here with my family of five hoping for a decent meal after swimming and the gym, and let me tell you there was something wrong with everyone's meals. The chicken tasted like rubber, the shrimp pad Thai was a heaping pile of saucy trash, and when we tried to get a refund at first the cashier said we can't get a refund and said "maybe you don't like the food because it's from a different country" after some back and forth we got three of our five meals refunded. Moral of the review never go here.

I love me some Thai food!. The chefs here know how to cook. I been to many Thai expresses lol but I love this one the best because of the wok style here from a certain chef ( older Asian guy ). If your looking for a quick Thai fix...hit this place up.

I had a wonderful experience at this Thai Express! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the menu had a great variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the pad Thai and the green curry - both were so flavorful and perfectly cooked.

Food is very tasty and prepared quickly. Staff is extremely nice, the costumer service is amazing and they really make you feel welcome!!

They said they are Thai Food!!! I ordered a Tom Yum Chicken Soup, which is a TOMATO Soup which is NOT spicy or any taste like Thai Food! Absolutely stupid Western style Asian food!!!

I have frequented this chain for many years. I see the prices keep going up so I don't think I will be eating here anymore. This evening, I ordered some chicken pad thai and when I realized the price that has almost doubled since the first opened, I didn't feel the need to leave a tip. I immediately felt that by doing this, I might not get the quality I anticipated. When I got home, I started to eat and I noticed right away that the chicken wasn't fresh. You could taste that it had sat in the fridge - how long? Who knows. I would say at least two days. My stomach turned shortly after so needless to say, my suspicion was correct. Everything else in there is veggie, tofu and noodle. I am disappointed by so many restaurants these days... quality is down, price is up. I can cook this myself for a fraction of the cost. Can't say it's worth your time, money or appetite anymore.

Nice service and delicious food. The best tom yum soup ever! I always visit here every week to eat tom yum. I have no idea why tom yum is so delicious. It was a definitely different special taste from what I ate at other branches. What magic did you guys do?

Love their food, but they’re inconsistent with their service at times. Sometimes they allow me to do half chicken and half beef and charge me for beef which I don’t mind (even though it’s more expensive) but sometimes they say no to splitting and deny they’ve ever let anyone do that. So it’s kind of confusing, but their food always tastes good.

Ordered through Uber. The General Thai Bowl was subpar at best. Overloaded with rice and short on chicken. Very dry. Disappointing as Thai Express has always treated me well. This location has to do a better job with its portions.

The Pad Thai is so yummy! Just be ware - Google Was right that Friday around 8pm it’s really busy with approx 25 min wait!

I have never actually had a complaint about this location, and I feel badly for doing so today. The taste is on point, staff super friendly. I got two pad thais with chicken and shrimp today, however, each pad Thai only had 3 pieces of shrimp each. I was charged like $4 or $5 for each pad Thai with shrimp (along with 2 more plates and a total of $60). I am not happy that I paid $10 for 6 pieces of shrimp. Had I known, I would’ve only ordered chicken Pad Thai instead of chicken + shrimp. You guys need to give something fair if you are charging that much because for that price, I can buy a bag of shrimp and cook them myself and add them into the pad Thai. Again, the food is super tasty and the best I’ve had in the Richmond hill area (compared to the old hillcrest and Vogel locations) but this felt cheap.

Fresh ingredients, highly trained, professional folks make amazing dishes. Phat Thai is by far the best menu that I have tried. 10 out of 10 place with clean environment.
