I
waited
for
a
week
to
get
a
reply
from
the
general
manager
to
rectify
the
issues
I
faced
during
my
stay
at
the
holiday
inn
before
writing
this
review
and
have
yet
to
hear
anything.
My
stay
with
this
hotel
was
very
disappointing
experience,
however
did
wanted
to
mention
that
the
front
desk
agent
Arthur
was
pleasant
and
tried
to
help
out.
The
duration
of
my
stay
I
had
to
change
room
twice
after
check-in.
The
first
room
was
not
cleaned
properly.
There
was
hair
on
the
bathroom
counter,
the
garbage
was
not
changed
and
the
table
had
crumbs
on
it.
The
second
room
was
right
beside
the
elevator
which
I
specified
that
I
was
not
comfortable
with.
At
that
point,
I
was
forced
to
switch
to
a
suite
which
I
paid
for
because
the
front
desk
could
not
change
or
upgrade
our
reservation
due
to
booking
through
priceline.
The
room
itself
was
great
but
I
was
not
happy
with
the
cleaning
standard
of
the
bathroom.
There
was
a
used
toothbrush
in
the
shower
behind
the
shampoo
and
conditioner
and
the
sink
was
not
draining
properly.
I
was
too
tired
and
irritated
to
even
complain
or
think
about
changing
to
yet
another
room.
I
had
asked
the
front
desk
agent
if
I
can
get
a
late
check
out
which
I
got
but
got
ruined
with
the
housekeeping
knocking
on
the
door
at
noon.
I
stay
at
hotels
quite
often
and
I
can
tell
you
by
far
this
has
been
my
worst
experience
for
the
lack
of
customer
service.
