Busy as every Costco is. It’s a convenient location for the people in the area.

This is one of my favorite Costco's. It's a little ways out but gives me a break from the city. For some reason I find this store to have a better layout and selection than the one on Yorktech (plus Yorktech is the only one that doesn't carry a lot of milk). Always remember to bring along a cooler bag with ice in it. You never know when you'll be getting ice cream :). Like all other Costco's, there's ample parking if you time your trip just right.

Just west of the 404 and Elgin Mills. Has a Costco, a Petsmart, a Home Depot as the main anchors. Also have a few eateries like a Sunset Grill, an Astoria, a Garlic and Onion, and others. Lots of parking spaces which is good as the Costco can get busy.

It's a Costco, I shopped there just before Christmas. It was crowded, parking was insane, and the over-anxious drivers spoiled the mood. Regardless, a great store and well stocked.

Quiet place with lot of parking spots. Costco is good which is less crowded in this area. There is no Costco gas station present here

Just to U.S visiting people warn that Costco does not accept Visa cards. Only mastercard. Our debit cards are also visa so please take cash on you. But lovely products mostly on sale.

My local Costco. Good pricing and selection. In my opinion better than Newmarket one, however no gas station.

Visited the Costco in Richmond Hill. As the community has a higher Asian population, the item selection is slightly different than what can be found in East Gwillimbury. The main product selection is similar, but you will find more "specialty" items such as toasted sesame oil, Oyster Sauce, and different instant noodles. All in all, it was a great store to shop at.

This was the worst Popeyes I've ever went to. The employee was very rude to my sisters and mother for no reason. The food was cold and dry, they barley got our order right. This was a bad experience, I would NOT come back here again. The older lady working was full of attitude and had no sense of understanding that she was working in a field of custom service. I have worked in the industry and have seen my fair share of terrible employees that I've worked along side and never once have I allowed it to surpass by me or my manager. She definitely hates her job and doesn't understand what it means to serve people.

One of the busiest Costco's that I've been to, parking is a little hard to find, but very well stocked.

Arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday morning. Businesses were open but the parking lot looked like it hasn't been plowed. Difficult to navigate and see curbs in the lot.

Great location, ample of parking, good stores, especially costco.

In addition to all the goodies a Costco store offers, I find its kitchen/restaurant's fresh fries and ice cream over the top. For about one-fourth the price its ice cream is equally good if not better than Baskin-Robbins, Dairy Queen etc. Same is true for their fries. They have now resumed offering food samples as much as they used to do pre-pandemic. However, they must improve their returns section. It normally takes between 45 mins to an hour to return an item!

They changed me for members but price inside seem other place and some thing so higher Why u charge people for member ship it's bad plus comper us costco quilety material so low

The only reason I give Costco 4 stars is because they're self served checkout should accept cash. Not just credit card or debit. I really hate having to line up at the live cashier lines to give cash. With today's technology, you can actually pay a machine with cash instead of an actual person. There are many different businesses that have the self served machines that accept cash. I don't understand why Costco doesn't have that feature?????

Nice staff but this place is like a zoo! Parking lot always jammed. But hey it's Costco!

  • 3/5 stephanie v. 2 years ago on Google
For some reason this location is one of the crazy busy locations I've been to. Also, I've noticed customers love to stop and wait in the middle instead of move to the side even when there's so many people. (I usually visit during the weekday in the morning-early afternoon). Aside from the customers, everything is usually full stocked and we'll organized. Cash out isn't too long of await and returns staff are pleasant.

An average small indoor mall... but has some good take out and sit in restaurants

I came with no appetite.. seeing the ambience my mood started to change for better.. watching chef preparing breakfast orders my taste buds slowly and steadily started to become greedy. Sudden deep state was felt in my tank.. ordered "French Connection " on menu card. What a delicious breakfast was that.. french toasts with maple syrup and eggs made up to my choice. The service provider MS SHEHZAN was remarkable with her exquisite 👌service from time we were seated. Price tag affordable as well.. Stay safe by maintaining C19 protocols at all times..p

You have HD, Costco, PetSmart, Staples, Michaels, ScotiaBank, Your Dollar Store, Booster Juice, Hero Burger, Chatime, Marks's Clothing, Bath Depot, etc. Richmond Green Park and Community Centre is to the west. Heritage Hallow Plaza is a stone throw south while Cemetery is just street across. Cars swirl in and out of 404 is quick. Other than the windy, harsh, fridgid winter months, it is a Crossing that no one could missed. But Elgin Mills is busy and air is not good anymore!

  • 4/5 DK L. 2 years ago on Google
Nice combination of stores here that everyone needs. From Staples and Costco, to Chatime, to individual medical places and laundromats. Really convenient for suburban families and lots of parking too. It's not exciting, but it's really functional and I come in, do my business, and go in a jiffy.

Great spot, however parking always seems to be a problem, otherwise well kept, great staff and great value.

  • 5/5 Eric K. 2 years ago on Google
Parking can be circus show, so avoid weekends especially during the afternoon hours. Other than that, it's a Costco, so it's a one stop shop for alot of things. I sometimes go in just to get a hot dog and drink, still the best deal anywhere.

I like this plaza because the Costco isn’t too crowded so it’s nice to get my shopping done with. Also there’s a bunch of great stores like Michaels and Plato’s closet so everything is in one spot. I come here frequently and definitely think it’s worth it.

  • 4/5 Diana S. 1 year ago on Google
Costco branch with good fresh food. Less crowded than the other branch in Vaughan.

Regular Costco store. Good assortment, friendly staff. Large selection of goods. But if you need clothes in large sizes, then you should go to other addresses.

  • 4/5 Karen T. 2 years ago on Google
Checkout moved quickly. Some common aisles conjested with carts trying to move in all directions at once. Aisles to the side were much better. Good amount of items. Will go again.

Costco, Michael's, Staples, Home Depot and a Dollar Store... this is the perfect strip mall for any homeowner/parent with kids.

  • 5/5 Marko S. 1 year ago on Google
I love Costco. That being said, this Costco excels. We, in fact, bypass our local Costco and drive the extra distance here because we know we will never be disappointed and always be pleasantly surprised by the depth and breadth of selections, and the level of service received.

  • 5/5 Vincent L. 1 year ago on Google
A diverse portfolio of retail. Over the years we came here for Home Depot, michaels(wife’s favorite 🤩), TD bank, dollar store, congee house. Looks like they are restoring the exterior, looks nice to me.

I truly hate this place. This Costco is definitely one of the better locations. I still hate every second I'm in Costco but this place deserves 5 stars.

Anable to call the office. Phone would ring and ring and then goes back to to the beginning of the tape. Very annoying. Very crowded. Hard to find parking spot. Wearhous is clean and spacious

  • 5/5 Cathy B. 1 year ago on Google
Always have exactly what I need. Starting a new job on Monday was able to pick up 4 items perfect for the workforce. 😊

  • 5/5 Holly L. 2 years ago on Google
Not much to say it's a Costco. If you need it they probably have it in some form. This one is a wholesale Costco, not just a warehouse, so they do have some different stuff. It's usually pretty busy here, however, they move people through quite quickly and they are all friendly while doing it.
