Spent the morning here for breakfast with friends. Food I would say seems like smaller portions then normal. Service was really good. The waitress was very patient and understanding and kind.

We don't usually eat out, but my daughter is in grade 11 and we had the university fair at the metro Toronto convention centre that day. Wanted to eat near the 404. Found this gem in Richmond Hill. The food was great. Forgot to take pictures. But above all the service was perfect! I wish I remembered her name, but she has worked there for 15 years!! And we had the pleasure of being served by her. The building is older, but the inside is very clean.

First time there; visiting from the US. Breakfast food was great and our server Sandy was OUTSTANDING!! She was VERY FRIENDLY and made for an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! Will definitely visit again when I Canada 👍🏾

The food is quite a bit better than the average place. I had the Keto skillet and home fries. The skillet was better, I’m not into Keto, I chose it for the ingredients. I also had a waffle with fresh berries and no overly-sweet compote, which was excellent. Atmosphere is OK the delivery robot is fun, even if it stopped at the wrong table at first. The restaurant is clean but I didn’t not go into the bathroom. Parking was close and easy to get a spot. Service was very good, just the right amount, not cloying nor inattentive. Staff was friendly. I’d go back.

My office is nearby and this is my usual breakfast spot. Been ordering through Uber for the past 2 years. There were occasional issues with wrong order or items at the beginning but understandable with COVID changes. The past year has been much better. I usually order traditional breakfast, eggs with sausages. Over easy eggs are done just right. Sausages are crispy but tender. Potato could be a bit more crispy but overall still good. Very classic breakfast nothing fancy, but always consistent which is a rare quality.

The servers are friendly & tentative and are always around to refill your coffee when you're low. Everything that we tried so far has been done just right. You can tell that they really serve and cook with care as nothing ever tasted greasy, love this place!

I have been to different locations and this one so far is the best. The food is always fresh, the place is clean. Staff is polite and attentive. My go to is salmon avocado sandwich. Smoked salmon is good quality, bread is fresh. I find that a lot of diners have horrible coffee. This place got it right - flavourful, strong enough and not bitter. Have been coming back and will continue 😊

Food and service was really good.. food took abit longer then usual as it was extra busy but we didn't mind. It was a Sunday, a relaxed day

Visited few months ago with the kids and had a fantastic experience with the lovely server at our table. Her friendly energy gave us the feeling of enjoying a laid-back meal at a family member's house. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, making it even better! We'd definitely be back more often it were a bit closer to our place!

Great food and great service. A place that is not visible from the side and looks run down (need to clean up the side windows and add signage) Great atmosphere inside and clean. The waitress was excellent and the keto skillet was great. For sure this is a great breakfast place.

Great Breakfast & Amazing Service as always! My server today was Liz, she was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Julie also did a table check even though it wasn't her table. The two work great together. Food was good as always! I will always drive out of my way to come back to this location.

Food was disappointing compared to the menu photos. The poutine arrived cold and lumpy gravy. They forgot to put bacon pieces in so they gave me three strips on the side. The orange juice wasn’t freshly pressed. It was Tropicana Orange Juice.

They put the cinnamon on top of the eggs not the waffle. Eggs were cooked nicely. The sausages were way too salty.

With the current restrictions dining was open air, yet, there was plenty of space and the staff were friendly and efficient with quick service. Went for the traditional breakfast and the breakfast was cooked well. Nice to have rye bread as an option. Good value for money.

When I went here they had set up a patio in the parking lot due to the Covid restrictions. I wish they could keep that when the restrictions lift because it was really nice eating outside. The staff are very friendly and the food is good. The only downside is that they don't have pie right now since they are on a more limited menu but I won't hold that against them since lots of restaurants have had to do that right now. Great place to grab some breakfast for a good price.

First time back to Eggsmart since they first opened....wow!! Greatly expanded menu, tasty food, good value! And our server was SO nice! Highly recommend 👌

An awesome place for your breakfast needs. I wish I had visited this place earlier. Very bright and lively ambience. The egg preparations are awesome. Will recommend this to anybody who looking for a healthy breakfast option. 5 stars from me.

Finally can enjoy a work lunch with my coworkers. All day breakfast is on point, definitely following Covid rules for dine in!👍🏼👍🏼
