Kinda hidden away beside a gas station near hwy 7 and Yonge street, yet still busy, the place is pretty clean and service is good. A nice place to sit a have a drink, but secluded enough for some privacy to chill out!

This Starbucks has never gotten my order right (and I’m not the type that has any crazy custom additions). Want your croissant warmed up? Tough luck, try throwing it on your engine block maybe. Want sweet cream with your nitro cold brew? How about a black coffee instead. Want to wait in a 4 person line that moves along at a reasonable pace? Best we can do is 10 minutes per person. Just a terrible location. The staff are friendly and nice so at least there’s that, but I’d rather have quick and accurate service.

We ordered caramel machiato and cinnamon dolce. Caramel one was horrible with no taste and felt like i am drinking only milk. My wife had Cinnamon which atleast tasted like cinnamon. It's a drive through place across Shell gas station which makes it convenient.

Horrible experience, got all my drink orders wrong. Staff was so rude. Don’t ever go here!!

Love this Starbucks, these guys always know how to make the right coffee in a decaf form!!

I'm a very loyal customer at this Starbucks location and, I am very impressed with the staffs work ethic. I have gone to countless other Starbucks locations and have had negative encounters with rude employees. However, I have only had positive interactions with this locations staff! I wanted to give a big thanks to Tracey and another lady who was working alongside her today! They always know my order and, are very generous with the whip cream😂♥️.

Charges more for the same coffee . $3.10 for grande pike where as everywhere else charges $2.78. When I asked One of the staffs (Leah) today for the reason they charge more, she told me that she doesn’t know and that I should chose a different location to get my coffee!

The bathroom is locked! Can you imagine? You drink and you should be tortured because the bathroom is locked and you can not use it! I told the manager that I am in an emergency situation. She said the bathroom belongs to Shell. I had to beg the Shell person. She lied to me there is no toilet papers in bathroom . I insisted and she gave me the key. There was a lot of toilet papers in the bathroom.

The older lady working the drive thru is terrible and confrontational. We kept repeating our order and finally I tried to tell her the order again (as the passenger). And she said please don’t speak, I cannot hear you, let the driver speak. Clearly, you could not get the order right even when the driver was speaking!! And then at the window she was very confrontational about the situation, it was very frustrating and the experience was not what we expect from Starbucks. I did not react as we don’t have the time to get into it, just overall terrible experience! She should not work the drive thru if she is hard of hearing or cannot understand coffee orders.

It is a convenient coffee shop with a drive-thru and dining room. Drive thru moves well and is accurate. The dining room is really nice but has views of the gas station and the connected dated convenience store. You can buy select Starbucks merch and gift cards as well.

It was a great place for a quick meeting with my client andbgrab a coffee. The ambuance is always good in Starbucks and the coffebas well. If you like the strong coffee at a good price , you must visit them.

Always greeted with a smile, and happy to give suggestions. The pistachio latte was delicious.

I forgot to check out with my order of the birthday reward on the app. The staff here made a quick drink for me on the fly and brightened my day. Kudos to Salome and the team.

I didn't order food but just coffee. Still the service was good. Little thing counted. The server Majid was friendly with sense of professionalism.

I Was a little hesitant to go to a Starbucks attached to a Shell Gas Station, but I was pleasantly surprised. The drink was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the music was banging for a saturday morning.

Always greeted with hellos and Friendly Smiles. I feel like Norm walking into cheers. Everybody says hello and they all know me by name. Rarely disappointed but it's not the CSR's fault that sometimes certain items and ingredients run out of stock or unavailable from their Supply Warehouse.

The coffee was not hot, however, it wasn't cold either. It was different compared to other branches.

Staff under trained. I mobile order from this location daily, and daily they can’t get the order correct. Always using the excuse I’m new. Well you were trained to do the job? Customer service is very poor at this location. Staff have attitude and are rude or a new lol. I’ve walk out many times without my drink due to them not making the drink correctly and having to re-make it takes FAR too long, reason why people mobile order in advance. Avoid this location, better service everywhere else!!

This cannot be venti size drink. Half cup is empty and the other half is full of ice.

The staff is quick and helpful. The location on Yonge Street is very convenient to drive through. Only thing I found is that Teas on two consecutive days was quite differently made. A little consistency may be needed for 5 stars

This Starbucks is my favorite. They’re always fast and they make the drinks perfect. They never had an error for my orders. Great place to go.

Waited in line for 25 min, didn’t have any ingredients to make anything chocolate based?!? Ended up wasting my time and money on something I do not like. Put up a sign and think of your customers instead of trying to blind side people to make an easy couple bucks. Won’t be returning.

They don’t care about their customers. Must have been 8 cars in front of me and maybe 2 of them ordered something. If you run out of a MAIN product, you would be letting customers know BEFORE the order window that you are out of it. The alternative they recommended was terrible. I lost time and money today. They lost a daily customer.

Absolute horrid service, Karan here barks order at customers and has zero class/etiquette! The ladies here used to be nice and polite, any way.... Last time I'll ever step into this place.

I had a very bad experience, the customer service is incredibly bad and at the same time, the disrespectful people only chatted with the car in front of me for half an hour while I was waiting in line to take my order, there was 6 other cars waiting and honking. Completely unacceptable will not be back! really shouldn't be, I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Management needs to be reviewed

This location always prepare Grande size in Tall size volume. If staffs in this location want to save milk or coffee, much appreciate for putting up a BIG SIGN on the window tell all cutomers "We are cheap on coffee and milk. Buy on your discretion." If Google review have minus star, I will have no hesitation giving -10.

Service is usually quick and staff are friendly. No complaints. Some outdoor seating.

The drive through at this place always looks crazy busy, I prefer to go in and sit down with my coffee, or take out from the counter. Staff have been great every time, courteous and accommodating of special requests.

Very convenient location, my personal preference is to order ahead of time and pick up on my way. Friendly, welcoming staff🙂

A generally good Starbucks experience otherwise damaged by having to share poorly maintained and often locked washroom facilities with the Shell next door.

My whole experience was great minus the fact that I paid $5 for a drink and after 2 sips it’s done because it’s filled with ice.
