This restaurant is “okay”, at best. PROS. The presentation of kabobs, rice and salad was nice 😐 CONS. Rice was over cooked (and mushy), kabobs were somewhat bland, and the portion size of the kabobs are smaller in comparison to other Iranian restaurants. ☹️ PS. I’m Persian and know what I’m talking about, yo! 😎

Food was good, I enjoyed it very much. I had no issues asking for salad only instead of salad and rice. Food was made to order and it tasted quite good. Will go back again.

Very busy takeout and catering shop in the heart of Richmond Hill. I would recommend to call ahead to order because they’re quite busy and can take a while before your order is ready. The space is rather small too so I’d rather only go inside when I really need to, like picking up my food. Prices are reasonable. Meat portion is fair. I ordered the kebabs and they were delicious. It comes with a huge portion of rice. Rice is very fluffy, with the right enough of buttery fragrance. Delicious. The meals come with either a salad or a pop too.

The best place to take PERSIAN foods. Best customer service with professional and friendly staff, best quality. What else you need? Try their Kebab and their stews. You will love and be their customer forever. One tip for you guys: try their “ Tahdig” , which is FREE and they will give you if they have. Thanks, Reyhoon for your amazing foods.

They have small place but the food for take out is superb!! The best taste Persian food I have tried. I love it and my family. The portion of their food with the price is great! Although they are far from me I still choose to travel just to buy food from them. I hope they will put up location in down town Toronto or close to it. Soooo love it!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Delicious kebabs but the barley soup that comes with it for free is not great. You can ask for free tag dog with a stew.

I was one of the first customers when this placed opened up. Their customer service used to be really good but now it's horrible. The last time I went I stood there for so long before a girl came out to serve me. The prices here have increased dramatically. They used to serve koobedh kebob combo for 7.99 and now the same combo is for 18 dollars. I am sorry but thats just crazy. I stopped going.

We just had our very tasty Koobideh at Reyhoon kabob! Nobody had recommended this place to us unlike the other 5 star restaurants, in fact,we found this little cozy take-out by accident, stopped by , placed our order, had our koobideh which had the exact same taste of Iran's koobideh kebobs! And this was BEYOND our expectations tbh! Their koobideh is a MUST TRY, then hurry up go get yourself stuffed with their superb yummy Koobideh everyone!!! Great job lovely staff and management! I ordered kebab and chicken kebab for 43 people. The owner gave me very useful advices. First of all,The food was warm, delicious ,and pretty much. Second,The kebabs were cooked very well and juicy and salad was very fresh and tasteful.Third, the delivery were on time. The samples of Gormeh Sabzi and Gheime were very nice, too. Finnaly, The price was reasonable ( I got price from 3 restaurants). In summary: Good Quality, Good Quantity, Good Price, and good customer service.

Presentation of food is good but the customer service is horrible. Also, the kubbedeh is bland and needs more flavour. Also they are overpriced! I asked for 1 extra piece of chicken on the side and she wanted to charge me $12.99. No thank you. This business needs to learn how to price things accordingly.

The quality of foods going down and the girl that work in front desk don’t have experience in customer service . Today was third times during last two month I was there and I was really unsatisfied . I am their customer more than 4 years but the previous people who worked there were much better than now . The quality of food also not very well as before .

We always buy Joojeh and Koobideh kebabs, and it's great. The high quality and large portion. I love restaurants that are generous with foods like rice or bread. These items don't cost much but add value for the customer. I learned that usually, restaurants that are generous in their portion size provide better quality foods, and I trust them more because they are less likely to serve you old foods (in my opinion). Your thoughts?

The kebabs and chickens were incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked and hot when it was delivered The service was attentive, and the ambiance was inviting. I highly recommend trying their kebabs, and I'll definitely be coming back for more orders! The owner and all staff are so nice and welcoming.

The worst Persian restaurant with the lowest customer service that I have ever visited. We went there for new year night and I am so sorry for choosing this place. The cashier is so rude and talk to us in a rudely manner, I do not recomnend them to other people neverrrrrrrr. The quality and taste of the food is lower than medium.

Neat and clean. Very curious staff and owner. Excellent food and good portion size. I guess prices are now higher to to rise in the costs of everything and I don't blame them. But fantastic take out. Even got a courtesy extra portion of a side dish due to a big order.

Honestly save your money and don’t order kebab from this place. For the price they charge they provide dry and poor quality koobideh and chicken kebab. We ordered for the first time and we enjoyed it but the second time was horribly dry and tasteless. Especially in the koobideh, it was as if there was no meat in it.

I used to buy food (take-outs) from this shop. At first, the quality was good, but after a while, it wasn't the same, and I stopped buying food from them. I gave it another try about a month ago, and their quality has improved, so I'm now purchasing food from them again.

I live in Thornhill and everytime I am near the Richmond Hill location I have to get a take order...just wish there was a location near Yonge and Steeles..its the best kebah take I've had.

Totally the Fesenjoon stew was miserable, but the chicken pieces in it were awful. They smell very bad and taste like uncooked and unseasoned meat, when I warmed the stew at home. Although the kebab was ok.

Staff is nice and polite... But the quality of their kebab has gone soooo bad it's unbelievable.. This is the third time in the past couple of months I'm buying Koobideh from them and it gives me massive upset stomach. The meat is very hard and smells unpleasant. I don't know if they have changed their chef recently or if it's the meat quality .. But I'm very disappointed . Will buy my kebab from another persian store next time.

One of the worst Persian restaurant with the most awfull way of communicating with customers, very rude and impolite staffs , cold place, no bathroom, the worst taste of old salad, the worst quality of rice. .....the 0 star is the best description for them, I never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It’s was very bland. We had to add salt and seasoning because it had NO flavour. The salads had some spoiled pieces. The pita was missing and they only gave 1 small butter container. The lentil dish was full of orange oil!

Rayhon is one of my favourite place to order kebab koobideh. We have been coming here for the last 10 years and continue to love their food. We have ordered for parties and take out and it’s always a hit.

I usually get food from the Richmond Hill, which was amazing. Great quality and great taste. This location never disappoints. However, I went to the Newmarket location - the kabobs were very blend and hard. It just wasn’t great at all, waste of my money and time.

The Koobideh was the best I've had so far, everything was very clean and well put together. Will definitely be back 👍
