Great service, great value pricing, friendly, and the food is always on point. The menu is great, and there is hardly anything that i would change about this little restaurant. It is truly a hidden gem, and i wish there was another location close to my home... however I dont mind taking a far drive to come here just because it is worth it. I recommend people to try it out!

Big portions for the price and relatively fast service. Staff aren't very friendly. The food Looks good but no taste. Looks like they are using more food color instead of Saffron. The meat quality wasn't good at all. Don't know what they mix with the ground beef/lamb. I hope the Stews are better! I don't mind paying a little more and get a better quality food.

It's an affordable Persian restaurant. The prices here are relatively lower than other Persian restaurants. Their quality is still good. In general, it is recommended for take out if you have a large party. They can further improve their decoration and dine-in options there. However, they probably spend less on interior design to be able to serve food for cheaper. Anyway, they are hospitable. I liked their Gheymeh stew, but Kababs were average.

Very Tasty food. But very disorganized. We were in a hurry, phone 30 minutes prior and placed order saying we will pick it up. Big line when we got there and they hadn’t even started making ours. The guy scribbles down the order in a boom that clearly isn’t used. Then he said “5 minutes”. But our lamb needed to be cooked (unlike the other meats that seem to always be ready). So waited 20 minutes. Which was far longer than everyone who just walked in.. And didn’t order the lamb chops. But as I said, food was very tasty.

I know this restaurant since they were on Dundas square! The most welcoming people in the world! Please keep up the good work and to all those haters out there: these are hard working people with the greatest quality of the food with affordable prices!

From Hamilton and wanted some grub before getting on the road. By far the best place I’ve ever tried out of impulse and proximity. Big Portions. Best Koobideh kebob I have ever had in my life. The lamb shank was seasoned and cooked to perfection. That lentil soup is pretty bomb as well. All the staff were super friendly and the chef gave some spicy sauce for us. Only thing i’m upset about is how far away from Hamilton BUT now I know it’s 1000% worth the drive.

This restaurant is amazing! It was my first time trying Persian cuisine and I was not disappointed. The price is very reasonable and the portion sizes are massive. The Kebob were very tender, juicy and flavourful. The rice was fluffy. It was quite busy when we went but we got our food at a reasonable time. The lady came to serve personally at our table. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant :)

This place is disgusting being in the restaurant service’s I’ve seen things but the hygiene and cleanliness here is something else. Anyone who recommended this place has no idea what they’re talking about or they rather eat cheap and not quality. If you find yourself in there take a good look around on how they prepare “work” the food.

Usually good service and food, but ever since the pandemic hit, they've been going downhill heavily. Quality and flavour of the meat has gone down, Rice is dry and tasteless, not to mention the recent unprofessionalism of the staff. Ordered for takeout over the phone the last two times I visited here. The guy told me 20-30 minutes until the food's ready, I end up going there after 30 minhtes just to be held up for another 30 minutes because he didn't even START my order yet. Was very disappointed for this to happens twice in a row therefore I made it my last visit there. Sure the price is good for the food but you can find better quality and customer service for a similar price elsewhere. Would not recommend anymore.

Nice little place in a busy plaza. Always courteous and the owner is so pleasant all the time. Their Waziri and Koobideh for us are the best and the rice is very well done. Again, super nice people and will always do whatever they can to make your order perfect.

What a delight to eat here. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and now I have kids and they are eating here. Quantity, value and amazing prices. This is a hidden local gem enjoy. Everything is tasty and every thing is good. Call ahead as they are busy for a good reason. Well done little house of kebabs.

Seen some reviews about this place going downhill since the owner left. Not true. This guy is passionate about his food, great with customers and is always accommodating. Give it a try

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Persian restaurant that left a lasting impression. The commitment to sustainability was evident in their menu, particularly with their kebab and kobideh dishes. The sustainable meat choices not only aligned with my values but also added a unique and delicious twist to traditional Persian flavors. The kebab was perfectly grilled, showcasing the skillful preparation and quality ingredients. The kobideh, a minced meat delight, was equally impressive, offering a melt-in-the-mouth experience that delighted my taste buds. Knowing that these dishes were prepared with sustainability in mind added an extra layer of satisfaction to the dining experience.

Strongly recommended! We had ordered package #2 for a party of 25 people, and the food was so delicious! Taste great, and the portions were big enough for all 25. Thank you very much!

Little House of Kebobs has been my go-to place for Persian cuisine for several years now, and it never fails to impress. Nestled in a cozy corner, this restaurant offers an authentic dining experience that is both consistent and satisfying. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a memorable meal. One of the standout aspects of Little House of Kebobs is the wide variety of options available on their menu. Despite the absence of traditional servers, the kitchen staff graciously takes care of delivering the food to your table. They are warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making sure that your dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. As a frequent patron, I have had the pleasure of sampling many of their delectable dishes, and I can confidently say that everything I've tried has been delicious. However, there are a couple of standout items that I find myself consistently gravitating towards. The lamb shank is an absolute must-try, as it is tender, succulent, and bursting with flavor. The vaziri is another personal favorite, with its blend of aromatic herbs and spices that create a delightful explosion of taste. But truly, you can't go wrong with any of the options on the menu. The quality of the food at Little House of Kebobs is unquestionably top-notch. Each dish is prepared with care, showcasing the culinary expertise that goes into crafting these Persian delicacies. The flavors are rich, the ingredients fresh, and the portion sizes generous. Whether you are a fan of kebobs, stews, or rice dishes, there is something here to please every palate. In addition to the outstanding food, the reasonable prices at Little House of Kebobs are another reason to visit. You get incredible value for your money, allowing you to indulge in a flavorful meal without breaking the bank. It's a fantastic option for both casual lunches and special occasions alike. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Little House of Kebobs to anyone seeking an exceptional Persian dining experience. The combination of delicious cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and attentive kitchen staff makes it a standout establishment. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Persian food or someone looking to explore new flavors, this hidden gem is worth a visit. Step inside, take a seat, and allow your taste buds to embark on a delightful journey through the flavors of Iran.

One of my favourite Persian restaurants in the area. The owners are extremely friendly. The kefta and kebabs are delicious. The lentil soup is surprisingly very flavourful as well

Absolute favourite spot for Persian style kebabs in the York Durham region. We frequent this place for take out and they have a great selection. The “family meals” are a great value and comes with the meat, rice and choice of salad or soup + crispy rice. The family Meals are great for when you have a crowd over. And the portions are generous. All the kebabs (beef and chicken) are all fantastic and we love the crispy rice served with the meals. Service is basic and sometimes it’s hard to order over the phone depending on who answers but we always get fast friendly service when we go to pick up our meals.

I have been here a few times now. The food is great, it's a busy spot for local Persian community. Everytime I enter, or anyone else for that matter, the owner greets with a big smile and is often times very accommodating to his customers. No complaints at all for quality of food, service and friendliness. BONUS POINTS: They offer Coca-cola in the glass bottles =)

The tadig here is honestly amazing and you must try it. Always a nice selection of stews and soups, fast and friendly customer service, affordable prices. Coming here for a few months now and no complaints :)

Dropped in for a weekend lunch with friends and family, I have to say this isn't a place for a date but the value for what you get is second to none. I ordered the sultani combo and it was absolutely delicious, it came with a choice of salad or soup and they serve it with a big piece of tahdig (if you know, you know). Highly recommend, would go back again.

Great as always. Today my brother and I ordered Ghorme Sabzi and that was so delicious. Only one thing I didn’t like much was the spice that was in the Ghorme, like Curry?

Used to be a great place. Good food at great price. Last time we were disappointed as they placed the take out containers in front of us on the table! Blaming it on covid... I guess it would be a good take out place going forward but for me. I think with the competition you can get better quality food with a little search these days i don't recommend this place anymore...

Not worth your money. Neither the rice was tasty nor the kebab. We had ordered kebab kubideih. It wasn't soft and tasty.

One of my favorite places to get Persian food. I would always come to this place when I use to work 6 years ago beside this area. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. I would always order the Chicken Kabob Skewer Combo

I have been coming to this restaurant for a few years and the food is amazing. Every time I am satisfied. I never get bored of the food. I would highly recommend.

Good food but they never pick up the phone so I cannot call in to place my order ahead of time. You need to go into the store to place your order which isn’t preferred for me during the pandemic but I do it anyway and just wait outside for my food. I go with their basic option the beef kebab skewers which is good.

The quality of the food has decreased, and be cautious about the pricing. There's a shorter cashier dude who often adds an extra $5 to $10 to the bill without justification. When questioned, he acts as if he doesn't understand English, which is quite suspicious. Be wary of this business practice. Respond to owners' comments: I've found at least 7 other reviews complaining about the overcharging in the last 2 years. Believe me, 4.3 is a pretty low rate for a restaurant , so stop overcharging people. And of course you'll say you trust the "EMPLOYEES" cause you are the one that overcharge customers.

Ordered a family pack , it was 85 dollar on the website and also in the flyer on the counter, also asked the price when called in to order and he said 85$, went in to pickup he asked cash or credit and paid cash and he charged 98, I asked why 98? Are you charging tax on cash payment and not giving me a receipt? And he said no, the price is 98!😳😳😳 mentioned the website and flyer on the counter, and he pretended he had no idea about it, I was so pissed and start to complain and then he returned my 13 dollars, not an honest buisiness and seems like someone is doing a sketchy job here, not sure if its the owner or the workers, food quality is alot lower than the average among the neighborhood restaurants. My Reply to owners reply; "I have been a resident of Canada for 30 years and am a registered CPA, so I am well-versed in tax matters. I inquired previously if you charge taxes on cash transactions that, to which you responded negatively. However, I'm puzzled about the tax calculation on an $85 charge, amounting to $13. This discrepancy raises concerns about the transparency of your business practices. It is paramount for a business, especially in Canada, to uphold honesty and integrity to ensure that customers are not overcharged. Be happy with the money that is yours and stop overcharging.
