I came here with my wife and we had a good time. The store closes at 3pm and we went there at 1:30pm. The server was an older asian guy and he was very polite and friendly. I do see myself coming back here in the near future. It is an excellent place to go take someone on a date.

Nice place for breakfast. Large portions and everything is fresh. Friendly staff.

Service was amazing from entry to exit. Food great quality. Place was clean. Coffee service was always prompt! Paige, our server, was amazing and has has natural people skills. Will definitely be back.

We have been eating here very often, it has been consistently good for food and great for service. We love Greg’s service and he ensured we had a good time. A big appreciation for him.

unbelievable, their western omelette comes with red/green peppers and i asked for no onions at all. they gave me red/orange peppers and it was oniony as well! the server brought me the littlest cup of fruit while i was waiting for the replacement omelette and actually had the audacity to charge me $1.95 for it. i said i wanted fruit instead of potatoes in the first place! then the replacement only had red peppers like seriously you can’t tell me you’re out of green peppers and offer me another topping? i circled the $1.95 on the bill and said enjoy your tip! mind you i was with my boyfriend and the bill was over $30. deserved it

Today we decided to go there for a family brunch. I did not expect to see a fancy place but I did expect a good pancake similar to what I had seen in the menu pics! We ordered banana strawberry pancake , Louis undecided! And a pancake from kid’s menu. We liked the names on the menu but not what we were served! Strawberries were not fresh at all! The taste was not bad but not amazing! Price-wise , we could have had our brunch somewhere else with better service and tastier pancakes and crepes.

Great experience this morning! We were greeted and shown to table right away. Server Sai was very attentive to all customers Food was served very quick and tasted amazing Highly recommend anything from the Sweet and Salty options. Restaurant and washrooms was very clean. Will be back!

Cold food and slow service. The servers take turns serving tables and you can see who can handle serving people properly. Table check came after halfway through the meal. No compensation given for an awful experience not even free coffee. When asked as we were paying the server said that she could go and ask the manager like it was a chore.This is the second time I have received this kind of service. Not going back!! Food quality and service have really gone down over the years you are better off going across the street.

See what i ordered, 2 combos. However, Cora's forgot to supply: 1. No any fruit 2. No any butter and jam 3. No syrup 4. Only one cutlery So rediculous! Me and wife are so disappointed with Cora's service. How come so many things are missing! We paid full amount but why got so less food? Hope Cora can improve their service and staff training. We will never place an order from this location, even this brand. There are so many brunch restaurant, why we have to choose this awful one (Cora's)...

Super rude hostess. I called in for booking a reservation and they said they don't take reservations however there was availability so I took all the family and went there only to be told there was a 20 minute wait time and they would call us when a table clears. There were alot of vacant tables but they were using the COVID as excuse and furthermore the tone of the hostess was very rude on top of that. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS PLACE WITH HORRIBLE HOSPITALITY!!!

Long wait for 40 minutes to get food ready with bad quality of service. I had to look for the waitress there by myself 4 times: 1st to remind her to bring a drink, 2nd she didn't ask for what kind of bread, 3d - long wait of food though it was already on cook counter..., 4d to bring a jam spread. People at this place didn't have experience and looked confused... Food where cooked badly compare with other Cora's locations:( large peace of ham in a wrap instead of cut), smaller portion of skillet, fruit were not fresh. I will never go to this place and instead will to go to Cora in Newmarket

The manager specified he understood people speaking English as a second language. I thought Canadians embrace the idea of multicultural!!

Staff were very unatentive. We had to ask for utensils to eat with. I ordered sausage as a side order,it never arrived. I ordered pancakes and had to ask for syrup. At the time we were seated only 4 tables had customers. It took them along time to clear and clean the table next to us that left shortly after we had arrived.( leaving only 3 tables with customers). No staff were visible . The food as always was good. The chef deserved our tip!.

Waited quite a while for our meals approx 30 mins. Ordered my eggs soft. They came hard. Waited for over 5 minutes no one came by to quality check. Got up and spoke with my server. She offered to prepare me a new dish. This was perfect. When the time came, I was given 2 poached eggs in a cup. Meanwhile my ham, and English muffins were cold and crusty on my old plate. To be fair it was 5 minutes before I was able to tell someone about my eggs and another 5-10 to remake the eggs. So my food quality was further deteriorating. And I wasn’t even offered hollandaise to put on my new eggs even if they did expect me to just put fresh eggs on my cold old plate. The manager did remove the Benny from the bill which I appreciated but of course that was the least they could do. I didn’t eat it. Plate was full less the couple of bites it took to find the out the eggs were not properly prepared. I didn’t like that the sever and manager tried to educate me that for replacement eggs they come in the side … I understood that … but I ordered a Benedict. You guys made a mistake I would expect a Benny to be remade and properly presented. Weird new year breakfast. Really disappointed.

Came here with my wife a few weeks ago and we were surprised of the quality and service. It was above average Cora's standart. Ordered my usual and yes I will be back ;)

The food, the ambience and the service was excellent. The staff are all warm and welcoming. This is my new go to spot in the neighbourhood

They changed ownership along with menu and everything is more expensive. Service was mediocre as they did not top up my coffee. They used to provide lots of fruit garnish, jam, butter, peanut butter on the side this time we did not get any. An omelette, crepe, kids meal came up to $65, we will not be coming back

I took my son for breakfast as an end of summer treat. He picked Cora's. I haven't been there for years so their new huge menu was new to me. Lots of good things to choose from, but I don't know how they justify their prices. Everything has gotten more expensive of course, but they charged $4.65 for a glass of OJ!!! The bill with a 15% tip came to$60!!! That was for just 2 people!!! It's too much. I won't be going back.

The server was cheerful and absolutely wonderful, especially for being the only server there with the whole place filled. The kale smoothie bowl was absolutely delicious! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Food was good like other locations but the services wasn't like the others. For some reasons, the staffs didn't seem like their job. When they made mistakes, they didn't seem want to own it.

Nice breakfast place, albeit a bit on the pricier side. Many dish and warm drink options that can be edited to create your perfect morning meal! Staff is very friendly and welcoming, too!

The service at this location was amazing! The waitress was very considerate of our dietary restrictions. We asked what did not have cross contamination with the meats and were told that the waffles and the poached eggs were the best options. We ordered strawberry and fresh fruit waffles with poached eggs on the side. For drinks, we ordered the summer special smoothies, one beet and the other passion fruit. At the end of our meal we had coffee and tea. Overall, it was a very nice breakfast experience.

Waitress was super friendly and patient with us. She let us know all the options available to us and made sure we were satisfied with our choices before keying in the orders. It was a pretty busy day so it was understandable that the food took awhile to arrive, but they were incredibly delicious 😋

This place is our top breakfast/brunch place. Everyone is able to get what they want from a simpler yogurt/custard mix with fruit to a decadent meat omelet to a stack of sweet pancakes! My favorite dish is the crêpes: tasty & savory, and always fresh. The fruit drinks are also delightful and we also love the patio option. We took advantage of the festive special in December ( buy 25 & get 10 back) & bought gift cards for all our teachers. I hope they get to enjoy it as much as we do! Our favorite spot is the Richmond Hill branch. Its been over 13 years going here. We can't wait to eat out here again!

I used to work at this location and probably wouldn't have recommended it as there was a lot of internal strife. It is safely back in more capable hands (not suggesting every transition to corporate is better. This one in specific is) After almost a decade, I went back and felt that the overall tone was great. The item I had was a kale waffle Benedict, poached soft, which was super creative (maybe you think different), and delightful. Egg was poached correctly. I was able to get a waffle off of the kids' menu for dessert as I didn't want to walk out with stomach cramps that day, specifically (maybe offer mini desserts on a regular menu, hint, hint). The server was a little too over the top in personality (on a side note, there isn't anything wrong with looking at your patron, eyes closed while doing it is weird) However, he was on top of every request, and the other staff were very helpful in assisting him even if it wasn't their table (simple things compounded make service experiences that much more desirable). Getting a 5 star review is subjective in corporate. Know that I would, but then if I am super impressed, how to you rate?

Overall the experience and food wasn't too bad. We were there fairly early for a weekend, so service was fast. Mind you, the other server was much more prompt and dedicated to his job though. Our waitress came with our food, our drinks were empty, she just placed our food down and left. The other waiter saw us looking around and he came over to fill our coffee and tea. If he was our server, I would've given full stars for service, but alas, that wasn't the case.

5 stars for the food but a 3 star for service. Had to ask for coffee refill had to ask for salt and pepper also and empty plates never removed from the table till after we left. But definitely worth it for the food.

Cora used to be my favorite restaurant but I haven’t been to any Cora since pandemic. Today it’s my son’s birthday so we decided to go here for breakfast. Very slow service and food quality has gone down a lot. One egg dropped to the floor when a plate passed to my son so we asked for another one but never received. I told our waitress it’s my son’s birthday but didn’t get any treat or even a happy birthday from the waitress but just a nod. The ridiculous thing is at the end, tip options given by the machine is at least 18% to 30%. I don’t mind giving extra tips for good service but not this kind. Never go back!

I placed my order the night before i picked up, I was expecting when I arrived at 10am, i can pick up a just ready, hot, delicious meal. when I arrived there, the food packed with some warm words, however, when I arrived home, I realized the meal was frozen, including the cut fruit, as you know the cut fruit will become darker when back to normal temperature. The meal was still delicious after heated up but the fruit getting darker when we ate. I didn't expect a frozen meal, i was expecting a hot meal right off from the chef's hand, and coffee is not enough: we can refill when we dine in, so I am expect a at least medium to large size instead a relative small cup. I would think that is lack of communication especially during current situation. I am not very happy but still satisfied the meal, except the fruit.

10 star is a good plate but services is very bad after covid 19 ... waiting for 1H to receive my order

Good service but average food. It is a quiet place, good to meet friends and have a morning conversation over breakfast.
