At the beginning I like this place. We ordered pizza, shawarma and the famous ice cream but there was a very bad issue when I ask for a cup of just hot water and the owner charge me $2.10 just for hot water, I’m very disappointed they lost a good costumer with this miserable detail.

Even though I've been stopping by for take out I could hardly wait to go back now we're able to dine in. This is what I wanted to start my day with and was not disappointed. Fresh, excellent portion and tasty. My decafe lattee was perfect. Don't be shy to ask for a menu. Try to help out your favorite local shop too.

Located where second cup used to be, this place opened up over 3 years ago but it is our first time at this family owned cafe. We came for brunch. The decor and seating is lovely and there are plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your meal. Love the wall mural and little touches of mini plants at each table. The cafe has a lot to offer such as sandwiches, ice cream, pastries, chili, pizza and various drinks. The owners, Ali and his wife, are so friendly and offer a great customer experience. Prices are reasonable for the size and quality of ingredients you get. Order is placed at the counter and the food is brought to your table. We ordered: Chai latte - flavour could be stronger. Small hot coco customized with skim milk-delicious Avocado toast-generous amount of avocado 🥑, beautifully plated. Delicious Bacon and egg sandwich on sesame bun-lots of eggs, could use a bit more bacon, but overall filling and yummy So glad we got to try this place today. We will be back go order other items in the menu like the pizza!! 😋

The sandwich trays are amazing! Had a delicious iced coffee. Nice variety of ice cream and dessert. Looking forward to going again. Owners go above and above.

Very nice atmosphere with a good choice of music - that’s what we loved. Friendly stuff. Nice opportunity to customize your pizza toppings and the pizza was actually very good. Ice cream variety was good, although lacking the plain vanilla (our favourite one). I like the way everything was served :)

First time here and loved this place! The sandwiches were delicious and fresh. We got a small hot chocolate as well which was so yummy. They have Kawartha ice cream that we enjoyed too. The owner was extremely friendly and I am definitely coming back!

A cozy and freindly coffee shop next to Yonge Street, with Great coffee and excellent service! I especially enjoyed it because it was quiet! A perfect place for business gatherings or book clubs! I definitely go back and highly recommend them!

We got French vanilla (the best French vanilla I had in my life), key lime and blueberry ice cream, ham&cheese sandwich and tiramisu. Everything was VERY delicious! We paid $30 for the order. High quality ingredients and friendly service! We are definitely coming back!

Absolutely amazing coffee shop that has bubble tea and amazing pizza! Lots of pastries and cake choices. We had mango slushie with tapioca as well, super authentic.

Just stopped in to get some hot water to warm a bottle for our baby. Decided to stay for lunch. Split a turkey club and a shawarma with my partner. Delicious! Nice quiet place. Great service. Highly recommend.

This was place was super cute and the service was amazing! I ordered the grill veggie sandwich + hot coco and it was very delicious!! I loved this place and I will definitely be back again to try more things!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years, and let me tell you what a wonderful cafe. What a tremendously kind couple who run the store. I have never not been welcomed with a smile by the husband, or his wife followed by kind words. Very attentive service, but not bothersome. Their deserts are to die for, but I try my hardest lol 🤦‍♀️ Their selections of deserts are wide with things I’ve never tried. I usually pick one “out of a hat” and so far so good!! They have all been delicious so far. I have had a waffle cone, they are of a very sufficient size, and unfortunately VERY DELICIOUS. Every time I go I get one of their garden salads in the window, which are a pretty good size and I like their dressings. I never leave reviews, I really don’t have time, but because of the kind service you get here I definitely took the time out of my day to write a review. I don’t care how much I like someone’s food, if the service is bad I WILL NOT COME BACK, if the clerk is bad I will NOT COME BACK, but I am absolutely fine dinning here. They actually care about their business, they Could hire people (a bunch of kids) but it’s the owner and his wife that greet you. Personally I think that would save a lot of business’s out here unfortunately most people hire others (a bunch of kids) to run their business. No one cares about YOUR own business like YOU do they only want their paycheck. A++ Cafe

I am so glad that I found this place. The vibe was so nice and the people working there were so kind. The food was also really good. They have Halal chicken and mortadella. Also their presentation was really good- so pleasantly surprised

Absolutely love this place! It’s great for all meals. I often get their smoked salmon sandwich which includes an everything bagel with cream cheese, smoked salmon, onions, and capers. It’s AMAZING. Also love their carrot cake. Great to bring friends, get take out, or even complete work there. Also super friendly staff. :)

Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and everything was so tasty! Got a delicious red velvet cupcake and a yummy London Fog, and another pastry to go. Loved it, can’t wait to come here again!!

I love it here! Just had the smoked salmon sandwich and very worth it. The dessert is great and the atmosphere is very nice. As a university student I will definitely come back, especially during exams!

Cozy place, and much variety in the menu! Great place to come for breakfast sandwiches, lunch, or an early dinner, or even for a coffee and pastry. Had the Pita Shawarma, Egg & Bacon sandwich, and Meat Lovers pizza, a large coffee & iced coffee. All amazing & portions are generous (In my photo only shows half of each sandwich).

Cream n sugar Cafe is an awesome cafe to go out with your friends or significant other. Beautiful seating area and flavourful drinks. I really enjoyed my Cappuccino with 1 sugar.

I work near by and come here all the time! The owners are very kind people they always make drinks and food quickly and it’s always fresh. I usually get the BLT sandwich and an iced coffee. The BLT sandwich always tastes fresh and warm, they put a nice amount of bacon into the sandwich and the iced coffee is so good it tastes even better than Starbucks. Definitely recommend this place if you love cafes!

This place is simply AMAZING! I only stopped by for a couple take-away cappuccinos and sandwiches, but I was struck by how friendly the service was! They offer a variety of delicious snacks/PERFECTLY made coffee and showed the absolute BEST attitude to their customers. The internet connection is very FAST and unlimited as well. This cute mom n pop cafe is indeed perfect for studying or chilling/hanging with friends. The ambience is quiet and well air-conditioned. The prices are fair & affordable, and the quality of food/pastries so FRESH!! If you can appreciate a well-rounded coffee shop then this is most definitely the place for you. They even offer about 20 different Kawartha ice cream flavours!! I will certainly be going back to try other tasty treats, and to see the lovely owners again. They were so personable and kind, you can really tell that great service is important to them. Their customers do surely appreciate it!

Lovely cafe, so restful and owner is a fantastic guy, he tries to offer the best possible version of these popular sandwiches and other dishes, and the effort shows in the delicious results. I had a egg, cheese and bacon sandwich on a bagette which I've never had before but it was perfect. Egg was runny, cheese melted, bacon not too crispy, bread was soft, so good! Also my chai latte was exactly how I wanted it to be. Great addition to the neighborhood! Will be back to try their thin crust pizza 😃 Edited to add: I did try the pizza, it's fantastic! 😚👌

We just moved to the area and looking for ice-cream, seen they had kawartha dairy and gave it a go. Guy behind the counter was friendly and chill. Place looked great and we will go back to try something other than ice cream in the future.

Delicious butter tart and apple crumble. The meringue cake is too sweet for me though. I look forward to try their ice cream this summer.
