I only went to this place because they were an authorized dealer of tiramisù by nonna Lia. I ended up getting a bubble tea which was very good. Also picked up 2 tiramisùs. Overall very good only disappointment is a they don't sell bottled water.. but they did offer me a cup

Nice and quiet place for a good Bubble Tea. Not super busy on a Monday which made for quick service. They have a large selection of teas and some great specials. Tonight, I had a "Top Pick" Passion fruit Green Tea. Any size is 5.90 so I obviously went with the large. Sat down with my books on their bench and got to reading. Give it a try next time you're around if you need a nice drink.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pretty quick service. They also serve Hong Kong waffle but we didn't order any, so next time we go hopefully we'll give it a try. Some posters on the wall displayed some current promotions for the month. I really enjoyed the grapefruit green tea with agar bubbles. It comes with a slice of grapefruit wedged into the side of the cup. The others enjoyed their pearl Milk tea and magic cube drinks too. Magic cube comes with a coffee jelly, a yellow jelly and tapioca. Will definitely be back again.

In town from Vancouver and family kept talking about this place. You have to try it! It’s fantastic bubble tea! Highly recommend their 38 Milk King - super yummy. Very friendly and attentive staff, extremely clean and hands down one of the best bubble tea places I’ve been to! I’d give them 6 stars if I could. 🌟

Probably the best bubble tea spot in Richmond Hill. The service is great and the drinks are delicious. My personal favourite is the lychee tea. They also make waffles that look very delicious and interesting.

One of the best in town. Very clean, cozy, and of course the bubble tea is awesome. Really love the Milk 38 Tea. The owner was there when I visited and he made me feel very VIP. Will be going back for sure!

The best bubble tea in all Toronto! The bubble tea tastes fresh, and natural instead of tasting artificial and processed. I go here weekly and everyone in my family seems to like something from there. The egg waffles are a great addition to your drink. I recommend getting the Mango Green Tea with tapioca. They also let you choose your sugar percentages for most drinks, if you feel that it may be too sweet. That way, the drinks are customizable. Their staff are great as well! If you add your phone number, you get points as you buy more bubble tea which you can then use for deals like free toppings.

They get it right every time! I first found the Kung Fu Tea chain in Toronto and fell in love with it, so I'm SO glad to have found it in Richmond Hill too! Their bubble tea is delicious (Rose milk tea is my fav) with endless customizations for toppings, sugar & ice level, etc. They also have bubble waffles here, which is a bonus when you want something light to snack on but don't want a full out meal.

This is a very spacious bubble tea store, with multiple tables and seatings available. Their regular size seems bigger than normal, and it's awesome that their hot drink is actually served hot. The staff seems knowledgeable about their drinks, and the service was great.

I love the milk teas here! I've tried most of them and they all tasted great. The tapioca here is in my top 3,next to chatime and xangfu.

Kung Fu Tea on Bayview is my favourite bbt place in the region. The honey sweetener makes the bubble tea much more tastier. The staff and service is great. Last weekend they even had an exclusive in-store promotion involving BTS. Highly recommended!

They allowed me to customize my drink and warned me they do not guarantee the taste. I appreciated their honesty, but my dirty matcha bubble tea tasted really good. Highly recommended.

great service - that's the first thing that impressed me and my wife! the staff went out of their way to explain the menu items - being new to the 'bubble tea experience' - we were highly appreciative! We ordered a mango green tea and a matcha egg waffle - amazing! good job guys!

A few of us from our office came here for a get together/ meeting. The staff was happy to recommend drinks even to a colleague who had a million questions about .... everything! Good place to hang and chit chat or meet!

Family members in town from Vancouver kept mentioning this location. You must give it a try! Fantastic bubble tea, indeed! They have a 38 Milk King that I highly suggest. It has one of the best staffs I've ever encountered, is immaculate, and serves the tastiest bubble tea. If I could, I'd give them a rating of 6 stars.

First time tried at this place. Taste always good. We had a big order so took awhile but the place it's busy. Worth await. Yum yum blem blem

I had a mango slush with tapioca and expected that to be perfect as other places based on given stars. BUT, ice crush was too big bothering me while using the straw, mango juice quality was low, almost no mango slush or pieces :( Asked to reduce tge sugar but they said the sugar can not be reduced. While I was having that, I was chewing sugar and for sure they could use less.

Stores like to customize their own drinks from their menu. This one came without tapioca and agar jelly. 38 Milk King turn into 18 Milk King. Didn’t realize till half way. However their ajar jelly’s been sold out since last month?!?! Hmmm however other stores has them.

Drinks are decent, but not decent enough to be waiting over 30 minutes for a drink. You need more staff working on weekends when the store is packed full of people waiting in line PLUS uber orders.

Second time ordering from this location and both times the Taro Slush was not completely blended, with big chunks of ice still left behind.

Was quite disappointed to see that customers who ordered after me received their orders before me. I’m sorry to have to keep count, but 9 people were served before me, which I think is quite ridiculous. I ended up being served last right after closing, had to wait 30 minutes in total.

Stopped by here after a road trip and was very pleasantly surprised! I've only tried one other bubble tea place before and wans't sure about trying a new one... it is fantastic though!

Fav BBT which makes their drinks with real honey. I also appreciate that their staff picks up their calls and accepts orders via phone. This saves a lot of time and convenient if I want to place a quick order.

One of if not the best bubble tea in my region. The drinks taste amazing and I love walking to Kung Fu Tea with my friends. The egg waffles are amazing too. The drink I recommend is the pearl milk tea with extra honey, it tastes really good.

—AVOID, they just rip you off— Our first in early July, near a month ago was not so bad. We ordered “strawberry yogurt slush and waffles”. Next visits after a week, same yogurt slush was not so good. Last recent one was “the worse”. There was NO YOGURT or any taste in the frozen yogurt shake. It was all llike “white water” and we spent a lot. The guy who served us was staring at us all the time like crazy…made us very uncomfortable. There was another customer, back to the store very upset with the quality of his order. We finished and left. But that was our last visit and do not wish to go back. Looks like all they care is money and the quality is significantly decreased now.

A friend of mine picked me up a mango slush and it was amazing! I’ll definitely be working my way through the menu when I am in the area. Thank you!

I got a pudding milk tea and it was super delicious. Inside were jelly as well as warm brown sugar tapioca Pearl's. Altogether it was a really wonderful combo. I would very much like to come back again and try their other flavors

Kung Fu Tea Bayview is my favourite bbt shop. I love the green milk tea with grass jelly when I need a caffeine fix and the mango yogurt slush when I want a little pick me up. Staff are so friendly, the place is always clean and there is not much wait time for the drink. They are the most consistent and fastest out of the many Kung Fu Tea places I have been to. I’ve had all three flavours of their waffles before. I like the original the best. This location also offers authentic tiramisu from Nonnia Lia as well as many snacks like Taiwanese sausage, freezie, popcorn, and jello. Definable check this location out if you haven’t already.
