As an executive member, I almost buy daily products from Costco. So, I went so many of their locations. And I really like this location! The staff, most of them are friendly! Like Aissa, he is very nice and he takes care whole situation for the checking place! I just watched he helped all the people who take the line in front of the checkout counter. Very passionate and friendly!😊 And also Carmela is very friendly. Actually, go there too many times, met so many good staff! But also some staff were not so friendly~ However, most of them are nice! But I don’t know their name. They are very busy, and work so hard! So I just wanna say thank you guys so much!😘 And have all good days!😊 Costco is so lucky having you guys!

Be honest this is first time I write a review because of poor check out experience in a super market. As a 15 years Costco member, from a regular member to be an executive member I was very satisfied with Costco’s service except today. When we lined up, we saw the cashier left two boxes of muffins just on the floor which the other customer canceled. The cashier’s name is Cecilia. When it was our turn, she was very rude or mad on our items. Trade them like in a Frisbee game, we had to catch them from air after she scanned. I asked her you looks not that happy to serve us. She replied why she need to be happy. Okay! The only reason I can guess is Costco cut down your pay? Maybe that’s problem of Richmond hill Costco Management, is it?

This branch looks more organized… I live shopping here , I’m able to get what I want easily unlike others … and the hot food area is back , I love those yummy fries 🍟 but it’s not open for eat in yet.

always quite good with keeping the store clean. When I was lining up at the return, the return line went pretty fast. I saw employee constantly filled up hand sanitizer and cleaning the public area tables. They also always bringing in new items new products. I came in to get car battery, it was surprised that the battery was not in the auto section. they were placed inside the stores.

Made a covid vaccine appointment at this location. They have clear signs in the pharmacy section about the vaccine and also have staff constantly disinfecting the waiting area. Wait time was around 10 mins from my original appointment time. The process was smooth and well organized. All staff are friendly and patient. Despite I came on a weekday afternoon, the parking lot is super busy and difficult to find a parking spot close to the entrance.

This is rating is for the clothing section only. This is the second time staff in this section showed rude attitudes towards customers. And this is not just one associate, it is consistent with at least 3 associates I asked for help and received poor attitudes back in more than 2 instances. Not helpful when customer asked questions, replied with bad tone and combative answers (examples: can’t you see the sign? They are all there. I am telling if there is only one of this style on the floor it means it’s a return item! Angry stare back to customer). Clearly disgruntled staff. Other section staff are helpful and friendly. Clothing section definitely drag down the store.

Costco warehouse has most of your household products and more at very affordable prices.. I will always shop there

Big thanks to this guy who yelled at me because I tried to get a cart walking into this costco for the first time. No signage, nothing. Just captain douchenozzle with his kind words. I simply asked him to show some human decency before he turned his back, hence the one fincle salute.

I prefer this costco as it seems to be a little more organized. It seems to be busy most of the time, and is crowded with not so much social distancing you just need to watch out yourself. Was happy to see the hot food area back up. The food was awesome and you can't go wrong after a shopping trip not to mention it's unbelievable price.

This is a nice branch, organized, clean, staffs are friendly. Only draw back is very crowded in the weekend. If you prefer space, consider to go in weekday morning.

Usually a very busy place. You have to be very concerned about which day you go shopping after their shipments. Because there’s high chance of unavailability of items specially if it’s in Produce section. Quality of fruits is going down compared to early days. Actually people choose Costco for its quality but they are losing the very same. In terms of customer care, an old cashier of Indian origin was so arrogant one day. What I love about Costco is that they have a very standard and uniform way of floor arrangement. You go to this store and you do shopping and you go to the other store you will find the same layout.

Went Sunday afternoon during peak shopping. Parking lot was chaotic but found a spot within 5 minutes. Store was clean and the flow through the store was good. Checkout took 10 munites. The cafétéria was self order and worked effeciently.

Costco is always busy but the staff do a good job to keep the lines at checkout moving. Lots of items to choose from but be prepared to buy large quantities and spend at least a couple of hundred dollars. Prices on essential goods like dairy and fruit are sold at competitive prices. Flowers bouquets and gift packages are also priced well.

We used to buy most of what we needed from Costco Wholesale but Costco increased the price more than we expected. But still, they have good quality products with the best customer service in the market. I hope they will adjust the price as well to make it more affordable for customers. I recommend this store.

Wow. 3 stars! No parking! (Crazy), store very busy with customers, and all very rude, just pushing their way with no sorry, or excuse me's! Rude people! Staff were moving around skids with pump trucks and made the shopping horrible! I will never go back to Costco Richmond Hill!

This Costco location is decent. Checkout was pretty fast, even on a weekend. It’s frustrating when you go to get something specific though, and find out that they no longer sell it or it’s been discontinued. Prices also have been increasing like everywhere else. My main issue with this location is that the parking lot is small compared to some other locations, so it’s always a zoo with people trying to find a parking spot. Total chaos.

Found things that I've been looking for, for a long time (they usually just come once a year). Go on a weekday morning and it'll be pretty calm...still busy, but not a zoo.

Poor attitude staff at cashier! We had 2 incidents with 2 southeast asian (a man and a lady) we were treated very poorly at check out. We were very satisfied with the customer service all over the years and it seems the customer service staff are disappointing

Costco is Costco. Not a lot to say. It was nice and clean. We got to the register pretty quickly. Great deal on food, so we picked up a couple things to go. Fries are always delicious new chicken sandwich is pretty good.

Busy all the time. So go early and on a weekday if you can if you have to go on the weekend goodluck parking you will likely have a decent walk just to get in. Otherwise staff is always helpful and friendly. Costco is great for buying things in bulk that you use all the time like cleaning products and groceries like meat and frozen items. They also usually have other things at a great deal like sports equipment and other home products.

Hi folks, like most of you I am also a big fan of Costco and it's food court. However, I wanted to bring this to your attention. Beware when you buy food at Costco food court, specifically the Richmond Hill location. On September 20th I bought a cheese pizza and discovered black mold like thing underneath. I took pictures and had to write a very harsh email for them to respond to me (I had to do this as they did not respond to one of my previous emails). The next day, Ferris the manager (food court?) called me and said it's not possible that it was mold as all their pizzas are made in-house the same day. He said it's possible it could be from the pan. As far as I see they use aluminium pans to bake. He offered me a free pizza or a refund. I opted for a refund and I asked him if he could send me in an email of what he just told me that it was not mold. It's 8th Oct today and I still haven't received one. I got my refund back after a few days. I just want you to be careful of what you are getting specifically this Costco. No other intention.

Would love to see more frozen gluten free items at this location. The frozen cod bites are delicious but I have to go to Aurora to get it. Great store!

Best place for bulk buying. Lookout for deals ever week

This is the Costco Sushi. Good value. Taste good. Rice crumbles in half sometimes, needs a bit more sushi oil, but happy to buy again. Obviously not restaurant quality, but for the price and what you get, it's reasonable. not dry, but we bought in morning when fresh and had for lunch.

Well behaved customers without the uppity holier-than-thou entitlement. Customers here were orderly and parking lot was not a nightmare. They even have the rare Fried Chicken sandwich for under $5 before taxes - How could you go wrong? This is the best Costco ever!

There is no denying that Costco is one of the best market around North America. This place is the best too. The place has a lot of space to park your car with ease. This place is not crowded during the week. Highly recommended.

Their spot is super great. Costco Elgin mills was one of the greatest Costcos in the town since the past two decades! One time I bought their dry yeast, It was so fresh and good! it always brings fresh stuff. keep it up Costco :)
