Today was terrible!!! A lot of hollow oily crumbs. Inconsistent fries quality and quantity is turning me off this place. Last time was very small and way too salty. Sometimes they are refried and too oily. I mean they are fried to be partially cooked, and then fried again to finish cooking. This is absolutely true.

Decided to try this place out. The burgers are very good! I got the mushroom and Swiss burger, and it was very delicious! Do note that it takes time for them to prepare everything and there are not many tables available so keep this in mind. The burger was definitely worth it. However, the poutine was not that great. The french fries we’re just OK. But the gravy they use was extremely salty. I was only able to eat about 1/3 of it. That’s how salty it was.

Fresh burger is like the no frills of burgers, you have 4 options single burger, double burger, prime burger and double prime. They all come dressed with the fixins, Mayo, Ketchup, lettuce, onions, tomato, pickle. I added caramelised onions, and sautéed jalapeño, to my double Prime burger It was a great burger I have to say. Hot melted cheese, onions caramelised to perfection. It was a big burger.... I didn't need that much of a burger. The fries are blanched and then deep-fried giving them fluffy insides and crispy outside. Drinks are as simple as the burger options, cans of what ever you want or a bottle of water. It was pricey I have to say, 24$ for burger, fries, drink and a side of gravy, but you get what you pay for.... a good burger! I'll be back for a smaller burger for sure, the first was fantastic.

Undercooked beef burger. Picture attached, the centre is still pinkish. First concern is obviously food poisoning. Unlike a piece of steak, ground meat, even if ground beef should not be pinkish like in the picture. The grinding of meat disperses the surface bacteria through the meat, so it should be better done. Unfortunately I was hungry and I had already consumed the majority of the burger by the time I realized the pinkish interior. I approached the server and first straight answer was "You should have told us that you wanted you burger fully cooked..." Wth? The cashier in a not very polite way asked me if I wanted another burger and the server cooked another burger to make up for the defects in the first, but this second one was slightly burnt... The server also didn't seem to know that "everything" added means all the onions, pickles etc that goes on a burger. Putting everything on a burger does not mean to skip on the pickles and onions. 2 stars for now. If I get sick in the next few days, then one star! Btw I'm really worried because in 30 mins at least 20 ppl came in to order at the Richmond Hill branch, I hope nobody gets sick...

When mentioning the best burgers in the GTA Fresh Burger should be at the top of everyone’s list. The burger melts in your mouth with every bite. The burger isn’t greasy/salty like other burger joints. The quality of the toppings really make the burger taste “Fresh” Michelle provided excellent service with a smile on her face the entire time. I love this place

Had no idea why my order took longer than some other people's but I can see (and taste) why!!! The fries are probably the BEST quality you'll find ANYWHERE. They're CRISP, SALTY, and DELICIOUS. Better than most sit-down restaurant fries or any fast food joint. And the burger is just built perfectly, equally good. Totally worth the time and money! Would come again hands down!!

Great burgers here. As the store name implies everything here is made fresh. Their mushroom melt burger had a thick juicy patty. Fries are crispy and lightly seasoned which is perfect. I came back on a second occasion for the prime burger and the meat wasn't as thick/juicy as the mushrooms melt but was still good. Update: had the angus and regular fresh burger today, they were excellent. updated to 5 stars

Fresh burger follows the philosophy of "do one thing and do it really well" with that thing being their burgers. Really your choices are how much meat you want in your burger. They have 4 oz and 6 oz patties which you can double up on if you like. Their ingredients are fresh and the meat is a smash style burger. That's grilled without being too dry. Definitely one of the better burger choices in Richmond Hill.

I been to Fresh Burger many times and I always go back just because of there burgers. I find the burgers are very fresh and juicy and are always consistent. The fries on the other hand are not really my favourite as even know I know they are fresh cut they taste kind of frozen and dry. Unfortunately it’s like that at all Fresh Burger locations. But that is my opinion other people could feel different.Service was ok too just wish they were more friendly but other then that if you like good burger go here and would recommend either 6oz or 8oz burger.

Fresh Burger just like their store name, very fresh. Burger is delicious, very juicy, provide lettuce warp option which is very healthy. Best burger in town.

Staff are nice and they have good and fast service. The first 2 times that I went there back in 2019 I absolutely loved their burgers and fries, but the last 3 times that I’ve ordered, the taste and the quality wasn’t same. The burger tasted less juicy and quiet dry, and the fries each 3 times tasted dry, old and cold. I hope they get some improvements; I really loved their burgers at first.

Fresh Burger makes my all-time favorite burgers for a multitude of reasons. I believe their recipe is the epitome of culinary mastery when it comes to burgers and fries. The flavor and texture of the patty is unmatched, and I also greatly appreciate that they use good quality meat. Every time I walk into this establishment, I always have an insatiable desire to indulge in what I know is going to be an amazing meal. Fresh Burger's attention to detail and high quality ingredients are evident, and they are what cultivates a lifelong customer.

It was okay. I've had better burgers. I feel that if their meat was thicker than maybe I'd rate it a lot higher. Maybe I need the double next time but never do I ever order double patties. The poutine is delicious though. I drove from woodbridge to try it out and I doubt I'll be back.

Probably one of my favourite burger joints, never disappointed when I come here. Service is always great, and the burgers are amazingly fresh. Fries are the absolute best, and you can season yourself with cajun/seasoning salt to your liking. 100% recommend, love this place!!!

My go-to burger place. I eat here once a week since I started working in the area. They serve burgers and fries, that's it, no chicken, onion rings, etc. If you go there, may i recommend the burger and fries combo, lol. They serve two sizes of burgers, 4 and 6 ounces, double patty burgers available. Fries are cut fresh and burgers use high quality meat. Their fresh burger sauce is even better than Mac sauce. Fries are best served with season salt or Cajun spices shaken on it. Fun fact, this is the original location of the franchise that started off half the size until they took over the store next door.

I come to Toronto every couple of weeks for work, and since I found this place I'm eating it every time I'm here. Their stuff is simple but like the name says its fu***** FRESH. Burgers are always hot and juicy, just the right size and seasoned well and they have a delicious burg sauce, perfect toppings in my opinion nothing over the top. Cant speak to the other locations but the one on Leslie street has never disappointed. Do yourself a favor and try this place out!

Good poutine but I wasn't a fan how they leave their fries on a rack all day during COVID. May have not cared pre-covid, but not reassuring now. Burger was salty.

First time here , and most certainly not my last. I opted for the classic poutine and was pleasantly surprised that it looked exactly like the poster on the wall. Fast , friendly service and decent pricing. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. Also loved the fact the fries were cooling on a rack, reminded me of my time in the kitchen. Great job !! Ordered the Combo 3: The burger: 4/5 the patty was fresh and juicy as were the toppings; however, the buns were dry and unseasoned (no butter, no mayo, trace amount of sauce). The fries: 5/5 were so fresh and crispy I could have eaten another order of it. It’s one of those burger joints thant won’t leave you feeling like trash after. Would definitely go back.

I just keep coming back because it’s so damn good. The fresh burgers and fries are some of the best in the area. The quality of the food is excellent. Staff are very friendly. Even with everything being made to order, you won’t be waiting long to fill your stomach with this deliciousness. The simplicity of everything makes choosing a lot easier.

Great tasting burgers and fries, but way too expensive in my humble opinion. Definetly fresher then McDonald's but not worth the price, although portion sizes were decent. The burger had so much juice that it broke the bag, making the final bites uncomfortably moist and difficult to eat without making a mess. Typing this review reminds me, I FINALLY FIGURED OUT why my shorts have a stain on them thst I can't remove, it was from eating the burger LOL (sorry I got carried away there, that has nothing to do with the store, I'm just messy)! Anyways, the fries were crispy and fluffy on the inner and free condiments like Cajun seasoning stuff and ketchup are available. The soda is in a can so you can't have refills like McDonald's or KFC etc. But at least that helps stop you from consuming a butt ton of sugar... See photo for an idea of the food. I forgot the option I ordered but it was the middle priced choice, with cheese. Probably called cheeseburger or something along that line... tasted fantastic but I don't like spending nearly 20 bucks for what is essentially fast food combo. Doesn't matter how fresh it is, it's basically just fast food like any good ol Burger King or stuff. Thr store is slightly small but clean enough, service is friendly and nothing to complain about. Best burger ever. The most juiciest and fresh burger that I had in Toronto. The fries are crunchy and hot. Not as expensive as some other places, they provide a more reasonable price of combo and size in a high quality. Also they keep everything clean. Love it. Please open more location.

Burger patty is good, on the crispier and slightly saltier side if that's what you're craving. Burger bun is light and fluffy. I ordered a number one combo. Ate the whole thing and was full. The ketchup, relish, cajun seasoning, and hot sauces are added on yourself so you get to choose how you like it, which I love! It's honestly a bit on the pricey side for what you get though. The poutine was great at least. That was probably my favourite part.

Top notch burgers here. Similar to the Five guys burgers but less soggy and you won't feel as thirsty afterwards. Fries are quite good here too (imagine the five guys fries without the cajun spices). Service here is decently quick and efficient and friendly as well. Will definitely be back and regularly for these scrumptious burgers.

One of my favorite burger chains in the GTA. I still come here regularly after I've moved away from the area. The double prime burger is my go-to option and it is juicy and delicious.

I love the burgers from Fresh Burger but unfortunately it seems something is always lost in translation when placing an order through a delivery app. Missing gravy, burger sauce, and even entree selection changed. Recently, my wife had ordered a combo #2 with lettuce wrap and fries /w gravy - came with a poutine and a bun. This is not the first time it's happened and unfortunately it would seem Fresh Burger is now verboten in my house when suggesting ordering food. But the burgers are good - I look forward to going to the actual location for myself in the future.

One of our favourite spots for smashed burgers. This time the ground meat lacked flavour inside, however, it was still very fresh and definitely satisfied our craving for a fresh burger. we could taste the fats and oils of the patty in every bite 👅 Their fries are also very fresh and have the perfect amount of salt and crisp!
