I have been suffering from heel pain for years. Finally found a place where they could help to fix my pain. They used Shockwave therapy and Class IV Laser and it did the magic and felt much better in my first visit itself. Not sure why they don't use these magic treatments in other physiotherapy clinics. This is the only thing which helped to fix my chronic heel pain. Very impressed with the physiotherapy team and the admin team. Great customer service. Came for Physio because of a soccer injury. Great and honest advice.

I went there with MRI report about my neck. A very superficial look at the MRI and an action plan was made. After first session I have more problem that I did not have before. They mentioned that take time after 8 worsening session I stopped everything. On 8 session the physio asked me when the MRI dated and that how I know that she did not even read that to know why I am getting worse than better. Actually MRI repost was for November 1st of 2023. A day before I lost my hand motion for few minutes and my wrist down was totally gone for few minutes. Too many ego to read an MRI and lack of competency. Exercises that provided include an extension of the neck which was deadly and even basic knowledge says that any extension is bad for Stenosis. Now a day buy a decompression machine and laser and they don’t know the science behind it. I paid around $700 out of my pocket to get worse. Regrettably, there are so many of them around and distinguishing which on has real competency is hard. Don’t be fool by having a couple the machine and they sell things that they know it may not work or the way advertise it.

I went to physio here after looking at reviews, I damaged my finger tendon hence decided to go physio as my first experience at other physio clinic was very good. This physio is just rip off, instead of getting my issue fixed they made it worse and change my finger shape because of wrong exercise. I would not recommend anyone going here, if you so then good luck, and only go if you want to make things worse or if you don’t know where to waste your hard earned money. I had a great experience at Awesome Physiotherapy Of Richmond Hill. Spinal decompression therapy and Laser therapy combination worked great for my lower back. My physiotherapist is also very experienced and has got good bedside manners. This is my first month I am not having any low back pain in past 2 years. I am very thankful for my physiotherapist and the team here for fixing my back pain. Before starting my physiotherapy treatment I was not even able to sit in a chair for more than 5 minutes but now I can walk for an hour without any pain. Hands down this is the best physiotherapy place that I have been to.

I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder in June, 2022 and my doctor's office advised me to go for physio. I visited Awesome Physiotherapy at 10350 Yonge St. in Early July, 2022 for an assessment and an initial treatment session. Kamala was very knowledgeable. She recommended 8 weeks of visits. There was continuous improvement of the range of motion for my shoulder throughout the 2 months. By the end of the 2 months, I had regained virtually all of my range of motion of the first type of motion, over 80% of the 2nd type and over 75% of the third. This was enough for me to be able to do all of my work activities. I now continue with the the stretches and heating pad on my own at home to speed the recovery of the remaining range of motion. I am extremely pleased with the recovery so far in my range of motion. When I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder, I researched it and saw that typically the recovery time takes several months. I also saw it reported that the more physio you do the faster the recovery time and that the sooner you start the faster the recovery time. In my case, I started soon after my diagnosis, I was consistent doing the stretches daily at home and I had excellent treatment and guidance from Kamala. Philip Naiman was an exceptional physiotherapist, but unfortunately, he retired and this clinic was acquired by the new owners, and it hasn't really been the same since. It has become more focused on maximizing revenue rather than prioritizing patient care. Additionally, I've noticed that many of the reviews here appear to be artificially generated 5-star ratings, exhibiting typical patterns (probably paid bots) I advise everyone to exercise caution when considering this clinic and read the reviews carefully.

- This clinic pressures you to come in more often despite of being told about having work conflicts. - They charge late fees even if you want to reschedule your appointment to the next day. - The receptionist hangs up on you if you tell them you want to cancel future appointments because you are unhappy with their services. - Their receptionist is at times a TV and not even present in person, making some transactions take 3 minutes instead of seconds.
