I've had a couple of decent food experiences with this location in the past, but I don't know what happened to them.. Had a beef shawarma but there wasn't much beef in it (I opened up the wrap - barely 25% of content inside was beef) and the bread must have been old and stale because it was as tough as cardboard to chew through. The wrap was just a mixture of overly saucy ingredients that didn't taste good together and it was a pain just to bite and chew through it so I didn't even bother to finish it. Management should address quality issues. I won't be giving this place another try unless I see a string of only positive recent reviews. Waste of $14 and a ruined dinner.

I've been to a handful of osmos locations. All of them being fantastic. This one however, is far from it. The order wasn't even correct. We had 3 items and none of them came with hummus when we paid for it. All of the food is drenched in sauce as if it's a soup . One of them we had to throw out because of how unappealing and awful it looks. ( picture) The other two were also covered in sauce. One order of half and half had the fries super soggy because of the sauce. We had two orders of salad. Weren't even correct. We asked one without onions, they put onions. Basically majority of the order was wrong in some sort of way. Osmos is great. But definitely not this location. Very unhappy with this experience.

Worst place to order for pickup. I ordered Beef on the rox with spice level hot. What they made is some with less beef and lot of uncooked onions. Also , they just sprinkled the sauce. Why they even existing on online apps if they dont want to serve the customers properly. Never expected this kind of service from Osmows (atleast keep the reputation of franchise) Even 1 star is more. Pathetic.

Chicken was very fresh, rice was a little under seasoned and the sauces were a bit runny and in less quantity, however, flavours were great. Owner checked on us periodically asking about the food and service was very fast. Restaurant is also very clean as well. Edit: I believe they took my suggestions under great consideration. The rice is now perfectly cooked, chicken is fresh, service is impeccable. The owner noticed us struggling with the spice and came out with extra garlic sauce. Also I highly suggest their new beyond baklava

The food was great and the customer service was even better. She helped me to go thru the menu as it was my first time there - even though they were about to close the shop. She was very patient and kind to me and my son. Kudos to her.

I’ve ordered here twice on Uber eats and once in person just to see how they make their food. Just like the last order, I ordered the mixed chicken and beef on vegetables. The last order came looking just like this- covered in garlic sauce when I specifically made a note on my order for them to put the sauce on the side. Twice I asked for it on the side and twice it came to me looking like this. There was way more vegetables than there was meat- both times! I suspect they’re trying to cut cost and just try to cover it all up with the garlic sauce so you won’t notice. We definitely noticed! The vegetables tasted freezer burned. Not worth the price and very disappointed. EDIT: (after response below) Not quite sure why you’re pointing out the styrofoam container because it is redundant to my complaint and deviating from why I felt compelled as a consumer to take time out of my life to post this. I hope it’s not an attempt to discredit my review and for that reason I’ve now attached the 2 receipts indicating location for proof. I’m simply giving you my feedback with hopes that you use it as a means to better your services so that in the future people won’t feel cheated for the money they spent on your establishment.

This place is nice and neat and clean . the service is good and very quick . the owner is friendly and helpful . food is tasty . Keep up the good work .

I ordered Osmow's special shawarma and chicken shawarma with extremely spicy sauce. The attendee Mehar did a great job taking my order and as always their customer interaction and service were great. I love to come again and again to this location only because of the great service I receive here every visit. Keep it up guys doing a great job. PS: food is always fresh and has great taste

This particular Osmows location did not disappoint, good portion of meat, fries and sauce and tasted fresh.

I don’t know why, but my brother and my friend bought the same food from 2 separate locations/stores for lunch today; they each got 3 orders of chickens of on the rock, so total of 6, and all 6 were equally good and contained same amount of food. So in the evening, we went to this location to order the same stuff, thinking we would get the same, but it was only 1/2 of what my brother and my friend got — 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ don’t know why. NOTE/UPDATE: - I bought 5 orders of chicken on the rocks, and all of the 5 containers I got contained equally small portions., which was what really confused me. — - Anyhow, the store responded to my review, offering 1 free medium chicken on the rocks. I may take them up on that the next time I want some shawarma. .

Got my medium chicken on the rocks order and it looks like this !?!? The rice is hard ,the chicken not even filled on both side and very little sauce !?? Terrible place Do Not Recommend to anyone

Simply the worst lamb shwarma I've ever had. I usually get the chicken, which I'll give 4 stars, but I wanted to try something different and went for the lamb. Avoid the lamb at all costs. The lamb was super dry and chewy. It felt like I was eating lamb jerky. Extremely disappointed with the lamb. I had the wrap, and the pita just ripped apart about half way through, making for a real sloppy eat. Just going by the reviews and word of mouth from friends, this location isn't nearly as good as others. If I come back here, it'll be the chicken for sure.

Food and environment was great! I had come by during international Shawarma day and purchased their Shawarma on the rocks which was delicious. It did lack some meat though.. I would say a 90/10 split on rice and chicken but still very tasty

There was a soft plastic thing at the beef salad. Chicken wrap with extra hot was good.

Worst location! I was charged for a large chicken on the rocks and when I got home there was a medium size in my bag. This locations also seems to charge for sauce where others don’t. The worst part is I took one bite and bit into something hard that hurt my tooth. I hope it was a bone and not plastic but regardless it’s unacceptable. I threw the entire meal out and wasted about $15. I wish I could give you 0 stars. Because of this I won’t be going back to any osmos location.

Smaller portions than other stores. Charge you more for sauce that other stores include. My food was literally drenched in hot sauce with barely any white sauce. There should be consistency. I've had food from other locations and they always put a good amount of food

This is my first time of trying this place. I have ordered a lamb shawarma combo. The wrap is pretty good and tasty. I like the spicy level as well. The price is acceptable. I would recommend this to my friend.

I ordered in 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, ALL 3 TIMES I ORDERED WERE WRONG. I never wrote a review for any place but because every single time I ordered they all came out wrong! The quality of food and service is Terrible and I gave them 3 chances and every single time I gave them, they made it wrong! Last time I asked them not to make it spicy, they made it extra EXTRA SPICY! TERRIBLE! All they care about is money!! Not making the client happy! Only MAKING MONEY. It’s always the same staff with the worst food!

Tasted good and the quality seemed good as well. I did a pick up order which I was really satisfied with.

We ordered the Oz Box, that comes with chicken, salad, and rice (rocks), which was bitter, smelly and pretty sticky, probably because it was an old Rice, the first time that I had a bad experience in Osmows, we will not return to this specific location

I got the Shwarma from here and first of all the it was very dry they dis not put enough sauce like other branches Osmows does. Secondly while eating it there was a hair coming out from the Shawrma which went to my mouth. I will never go here again for sure it is most unhygienic place ever.

Service was amazing. I got the Chicken on the Rocks. It was super flavourful, however it was on the dry side. Order extra garlic, you wont regret it. The workers are hardworking and polite. Overall, great experience. Would definitely come back.

very bad, it only has a very tiny portion of meat, and way too much souce in the plate. The price list says 15.99, but i was charged 19.99. I ordered chicken and beff plate at around 5 pm on april 16, Long.

I got beef and chicken shawarma warp about 12 dollars, including tax. Portion was good enough for me, and hot sauce was really spicy for me.

The food is bot properly cooked thr rice are half cooked not properly steamed and chicken is straight from stick and then chopped on grill, i mean i worked for 3 years in this same company in Brampton and never served raw food to my customers. This is not what osmows want the franchises to do. Please improve the quality we pay for the well cooked food not the raw.

I absolutely love this place! The meals are always fresh and very tasty. I also like how their employees are respectful kind and listen to customers. They always get my order right!

The place was neat and clean, the staff greeted me in was a pleasant service. The staff is well trained no doubt. The were kind enough and patient as i went through their long list of available items. The food was delicious and freshly done right in front of me, served warm and fresh. Thankyou for the great experience will definitely visit again.

I've given this Osmow's a few chances... but honestly every time I come I'm disappointed with the service. Often it is not clean and the service is slower than other shawarma places, not to mention serving friends first who placed their order after you. Save your money and go somewhere that treats you like a valuable customer.

This is a place just for take out. I got 2 chicken sandwiches from them. The service was good and toppings were enough. I personally thought the chicken were not fresh but the cost was fair. All the staff had their mask on and the cashier who was collecting money was not involved in food handling which was very thoughtful.

I've been coming to this location quite often now. I always love their friendly and happy service here. The food is always fresh and the special chicken shawarmaa never fails. Going to try the Shawarma Poutin for the first time now and I believe it's going to be amazing.

I ordered several times from this location, always good. But it was frustrating tonight, I ordered lamb shawarma, it was mostly fried onion with some peices of lamb! I write this review just to ask managment to check upon the quality.

I bought chicken on the rocks from the Bayview and High Tech Rd location. Unfortunately, the rice and schwarma were very stale, and did not taste very good at all. Very disappointing because when I went to one of the Oshawa locations, it was like night and day. The chicken there is reheated with onions in a nice stir fry, and everything was fresh and very tasty. I would not return to this location, it needs some major changes if this low-level quality can be served to a customer. I am not sure if you can remain open, as no one would return for that.

The beyond meat on the rocks is usually good but at this location the flavor was doubled and way too strong of a lemon juice taste, I had to take it back for sure but usually is good!

Best Osmos around. Food is always exceptional and staff is friendly. This is one of the few places the whole family agrees on. The kids both love the Jr chicken combo and my husband and I are happy not to have to settle for a meal including chicken nuggets!

Excellent delicious food. The manager really cares about his customers and his business here. He runs a really professional franchise location here. Great staff. I come here for lunch as i work nearby. It’s kind of hidden from Bayview as its in the Loblaws plaza. Lots of parking available.

The shawarma sandwich was a delicious combination of beef and chicken, it had a lot of vegetables and meat, the price was relatively good for the size of the sandwich, only the vegetables were not fresh, the staff were kind and polite.

Consistent service, fairly quick even when busy. Food has always been of good quality. Like the recent redesign of the eating area, more appealing to actually stay and eat instead of take out.

The service was really great. They walked us through ordering and was really nice. It was my first time trying shawarma and it was a good experience, I will definitely eat it again.
