No customer service. Disrespectful store manager, not sure how she got this job, really disappointing experience. went to this store last Tuesday, I was there around 6 pm. Needed to buy a gift for a friend’s birthday which was on Wednesday. There were two employees in the store. Both were busy with customers. I looked around for a bit, found earrings that I was interested in. I stood at the counter where the earrings were for about 20 minutes. The store manager was talking to another customer right next to me. She did not even acknowledged my presence. No hello, no we will be with you soon, nothing. I left the store eventually. Went to Michael Hills store where I was respected and helped to pick something I liked and bought a beautiful necklace. Will never go back to People’s store in this mall.

The older persian lady there is sooooo rude, she has so much unnecessary attitude it’s insane. She says such snarky comments with a smile, it made me not want to shop there and I just walked out. What a shame. I will be visiting another People’s store or other jewellery stores for everything else in the future. I’d rather drive a bit further and get treated with better service than to deal with that kind of customer service. How does she expect anyone to shop there with her or come back in the future? With that kind of attitude she shouldn’t be working in customer service.

I had an AMAZING experience with Talia. She truly values customer experience which proves evident in the way she helped and cared for me, including other customers in the store. She’s very kind, patient, understanding and supportive with all the questions and concerns I had. Truly an amazing associate and thankful to have had her help with buying my mother the perfect gift. Chloe, serving as the assistant manager, unfortunately proved unhelpful. I purchased a necklace that broke within a week, and despite reaching out, there has been no willingness to assist or resolve the issue. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible service! No one ever picked up phone calls! I came last week exchanging a pair of earrings and I was served by a young girl who claimed it was her first day! I appreciated her trying her best to serve me! However I wanted to bring my earrings to another location for a return as my friend didn’t like the style, then I found out the new girl didn’t give me back my original purchase receipt! My only option now is for a credit note and I just want my money back! A senior salesperson assisted her throughout the transaction and how can this go wrong?

I have had the pleasure of working with Shawn during my every visit, if I could give more than 5 stars for this review, I definitely would. His incredible knowledge, people skills and attention to detail are amazing. He helped me find an anklet that fits my needs, style, wants and budget. He personally made sure the resizing was done correctly and the anklet was ready for pick up. I have made other inquiries about future purchases, and Shawn has done his absolute best to find the item that I was looking for. Amazing customer experience - Shawn is always ready and happy to help his clients. Definitely will be coming back to this location, and definitely will be working with Shawn again. Great experience with the associate named Talia. She was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. I had visited the store to buy a small pendant and earrings but came out buying an expensive beautiful diamond ring. Talia showed me the ring with so much interest and care that I didn’t have any hesitation buying it. She is a real gem in the store. Very professional sales person. Keep up the good work!!

I had a phenomenal shopping experience with Gina! Her warm and friendly personality made choosing a very special gift for a dear friend even more special. She’s knowledgeable, honest and extremely helpful. Her attention to detail was also outstanding… she wrapped my gift beautifully and with so much card. We dealt with Shawn yesterday around returned merchandise. He was extremely professional and very patient as we went through multiple options. He also worked hard to accommodate our needs and never made us feel bad for our indecisiveness. We highly recommend him and thank him for accommodating us.

Horrible location. Will say anything to make a sale. Couldn't size my husband's ring so he said he will come in and get his money back. The lady insisted on special ordering his size and without telling us put our money used to buy the ring onto a store gift card then she used that gift card to pay for the special order. We went in store to cancel the order and get our money back because we didn't think the ring would come in time even though she guaranteed it would. She couldn't give us our money because she had to refund it to the gift card she used instead of our credit card because she put our originally credit card payment onto the gift card without our knowledge. Also she lied to the other lady who was there and said we never told her we wanted to get our money back in the first place. We were in store for like 2 hours and I finally returned other purchases to get our money back and then used the gift card to buy back the ring I had already sized and planned to keep. 3 weeks after our wedding someone called us to tell us our special order ring for my husband that was supposed to come before the wedding (and that we already cancelled) had arrived! SO glad we knew not to trust this lady and had went elsewhere for my husband's ring. Never will I go to this location again.

Gina is a master of her profession. Extremely knowledgeable, insightful and informative. Her customer service is top notch aided by her warm and friendly demeanor which makes interacting with her a treat. Also, the other staff members at this location are very pleasant, friendly, and poised. Definite recommendation.

I write for those who think they can trust this company !I’m completely disappointed and helpless with People’s company.The manager and salesperson made violation against company policy which I did not know and getting my trust by returning my purchase after more than 6 months and buy it again for me to postpone my purchase payment and when they gain my trust they sold more stuff to me and told me they can do the return again to postpone my payment like what they did earlier for me and now that I got to them I figured out it was a violation against their policy and since I got that I had panic attacks while I have to pay thousands of dollars with %39.99 interest rate for this purchases. And the customer service didn’t even care about my situation and told me that I was lucky to get this offer!!!! I have feeling of being used by these people !!!!

My fiancé and I purchased our engagement and wedding band from this location with the help of Mrs. Sholeh. The entire experience was wonderful. Mrs. Sholeh was very helpful in the whole process from picking the ring to arranging all other paper work. Once we purchased our ring, a month later we had an issue with one of the accent diamonds. We went back to the People's and spoke with Mrs. Sholeh in regards to the issue. Though this was a stressful issue for my fiancé and I as these situations take months to fix, Mrs. Sholeh provided us with the best advice and the best route in fixing our ring. Needless to say we were able to solve the issue in less than two weeks thanks to Mrs. Sholeh and her attention to the problem. We have nothing but great things to say about this location and its all thanks to the wonderful Mrs. Sholeh.

I would like to share my experience in People Jewellers. I just brought some rings for cleaning n inspection n I was impressed by Belle, one of the sales associates in the shop. She was polite, helpful n provided an excellent customer service. Credits will also go to Alison, the store manageress who performs a good supervision n training to her staff. Sure thing I will recommend my friends to go to this store.

Went there with my family to choose a gift - diamond earrings. Ms. Sholeh greeted us when we entered the store. She gave us a minute to look around and then approached to ask what we were looking for and if she could help. We told her what kind of earrings we had in mind and shared the price range we were comfortable with, and Ms. Sholeh went above and beyond choosing the right product for us! She was so patient, taking out and showing each pair of earrings we wanted to see. She did not put any pressure to make a purchase, and was respectful towards the price range we decided on. Once we chose a pair of earrings we all really liked, she went to package it very nicely. She also informed us of the warranty that comes with the purchase. The promotions at Peoples that day were another reason why I enjoyed shopping there. Wonderful customer service, reasonable prices and the variety of beautiful designs made it a good shopping experience.

If I could rate this store a zero, I’m gladly going to do it. I was asking a bracelet I found from their website and the two associates (young guy and old lady) were a bit condescending. I get that working in customer service can be stressful, but that’s part of the job. They should train to acquire customer service skills and treat their customers properly.

I wanted to biy a watch i told this lady u dont need to take out the whole watch and trouble for u, first tell me the price please in very friendly way possible way. The watch arrived, had it sized perfectly. She's very friendly and sophisticated. I sometimes pop in just to say hello.

I found the piece I was looking for as a gift in less than a minute with the help of a knowledgeable and very kind and caring sale associate in the store.
