Attended
a
kids'
birthday
party
which
I
knew
was
costing
almost
$1000
for
20
kids.
No,
that's
not
a
typo.
ONE
THOUSAND
dollars
for
2
HOURS
for
20
kids.
I
thought
that
was
absolute
gouging
but
decided
to
reserve
judgment
until
I
could
see
exactly
what
was
offered
for
that
money.
I
was
right
-
unbelievable
gouging.
You
would
think
for
that
money
there
would
be
an
amazing
experience
and
food.
No.
There
is
one
of
those
standard
play
structures
you
see
at
any
indoor
playground.
There
are
trampolines,
which
is
great,
and
two
climbing
structures
(like
rock-climbing)
which
is
great.
And
a
small
round
train-track
that
looks
better
suited
to
very
small
children.
However,
each
child
is
given
an
access
card
to
use
these,
which
in
itself
is
a
bit
ridiculous
because
they
literally
have
to
hold
the
card
in
their
hands
as
they
play
-
they
are
not
set
up
to
attach
to
their
clothing
or
wrist
in
any
way.
How
are
they
not
going
to
lose
that
card?
We
were
told
that
those
three
areas
were
for
unlimited
use
for
the
kids
in
the
party
(with
a
card).
However,
didn't
really
test
that
out.
After
one
or
two
goes,
nobody
went
back.
The
most
frustrating
part
is
that
the
rest
of
the
room
is
filled
with
arcade
games,
and
even
for
$1000
(!)
each
kid
could
only
play
a
total
of
TWO
games
before
running
out
of
credit.
So
now
you
have
20
kids
all
revved
up
to
have
fun
at
a
party
looking
longingly
at
the
arcade
games
they
can't
play
without
having
to
dish
up
more
money
to
buy
credits
and
whining
to
tired
parents.
The
toddler
area
barely
had
enough
activities
to
keep
a
toddler
happy
for
more
than
10
minutes.
Unbelievable
ripoff,
on
every
level.
What
on
earth
did
we
get
for
$50
per
child.
Think
about
that
-
$50!!!!!
For
what?
I
think
there
were
a
couple
of
slabs
of
pizza
included
(didn't
have
the
heart
to
ask
the
hostess
if
it
was
or
not)
and
some
juice
boxes,
and
that's
it.
The
owners
should
truly
be
ashamed
of
themselves
for
charging
these
extortionate
rates,
especially
when
these
play
structures
are
all
you
get
and
then
you
have
to
tell
the
kids
'hey
you
only
get
to
play
two
arcade
games'.
Unbelievable.
