Nice place to spend time with kids. Big enough and has lots of options to choose where to go, and what to do. But one suggestion for owners, do mandatory cleaning after each work day. Vacuuming and glass surface cleaning. At least. Last 3 pictures will explain why I pay attention to it.

Attended a 4th birthday party here. Large indoor playground, trampoline area, arcade section, party themed rooms and snack bar/seating area. Place was busy but quite clean including washrooms. Socks required and if using the trampolines, signed consent and grip socks are compulsory for safety. Staff constantly circulating for safety, cleaning and checking in on parties. Can supply own food in party rooms and pizza order in/delivery available for parties. Party rooms are themed but decorate yourself. Decent amount of parking available. Kids had a fabulous time.

Great place, clean and good value for money! My first visit and my 4 year old really enjoyed ! Trampoline and huge playing area were a big plus, not to mention arcade and party rooms. Play area was generally safe. The only compalain i have is the eating tables didnt have corner guards! Kids are playing and running everywhere and corner guards are s must for place like this! The table area is right by trampoline so its not like its saparate area than play area.

Not bad. Adults can't go on the trampolines, which makes sense, but also makes the experience much less enjoyable. The slide with the intertubes isn't slippery and is essentially useless (see photo). There is also a blocked off section needing repair for several months (see other photo). There is a suction tube for foam balls but have never seen the foam balls... All in all, a decent place but if they fixed the above things, it would be a solid 5/5 from me.

I booked this place for my son's 7th birthday party. The staff was very nice and accommodating! My son had a blast as well as our guest! They have some arcades, cafeteria and nice themed party rooms you can choose from. I was also allowed to bring our own food! But remember this was before pandemic, not sure how things are different now. Overall excellent service!

Huge and organized indoor playground. The parking area is in front of the playground, but spots are limited. They have different areas for little kids, so it was convenient for our 2-year-old. Pricing is not the cheapest, but it includes 1 adult. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for winter months. We'll definitely return.

This place offers an excellent indoor activity for children. There are trampolines, slides, and a playground. They also have digital games for kids, although they come with an additional cost. However, I found the food and toys to be quite pricey. Additionally, they offer space for kids' birthday parties. The room was small, but it was neat.

One of the good indoor playgrounds in this neighbourhood. The combination of physical activity and arcade games is comfortable for kids. They have kind and helpful staff. Their birthday party room is good. The prices are responsible. I recommend this place.

Tldr; Good large indoor playground with optional Arcade Area. 6/10 playground size 5/10 arcade area (no tickets come out, prizes closed) 8/10 competitive pricing 10/10 reception staff friendly and helpful 10/10 cleanliness (compared to many) 10/10 trampoline area No tickets for expensive arcade play. Party bookings slightly more expensive than others in the area. Beautiful mezzanine party room but $100 extra charge for it. They offer 1 extra pizza and offer cake with most party packages, which is better than other places. As of summer 2023, a party with upgraded mezzanine, 20 kids and $40 extra to bring your own food. Comes out to about $1,000. Each extra kid is $14 and adult is like $7. Staff was friendly and a random days drop in is fun and worth it. They’re upgrading their area, so management cares about cleanliness and keeping things fresh. One exit, so the play area is safe to take your eyes off your kids if you’re at the entrance. 4/5 rating overall

Loved the place.. We googled the place since we wanted to take our toddler son for some games outdoor and we have had lot of snow outdoors. The entry fee is reasonably priced and the facility itself has fun activities which includes slides, jumping trampoline, slides and floor games for infants coupled with full blown maze system with slides for slightly older kids as well couple of private party places across the facility. The food and beverage were kinda overpriced and good be revisited by management and overall an amazing breakout place for kids across ages and pure bliss for parents!!

The playground is wonderful and super fun. The staff is also very kind and friendly. However a few parents refused to wear their masks and even though i told the staff several times, they did not go tell those parents. They would just make general announcements in the speaker. But those few parents still refused till the end.

Interesting place. Has an arcade and its own card system. But there are some problems: -More arcade than playland. The screen amount here is too much and this is counting the swipe card function too. -Ball machine doesn't work. When trying to put a ball in the machine, pressing the button doesn't do anything. Instead, it does a bleeping noise. -Pay to win. If you want more tickets you'll have to reload the card frequently. No way. -Grip socks just to go on the trampoline. Like hello I have a trampoline at home and we don't need grip socks!!?!? Even though we didn't have the kids went anyway. -Tea was bitter. Drinking at first was fine then at the end of the drink left a bitter note. Overall a good place to take kids to but prices including cabs to come and go here are too much.

Positives: Lots of fun for kids to climb and slide down, play hide and seek etc. Washrooms and area are clean. Negative: They don't let outside food just to sell themselves. Most video games are broken and just charge you but won't work. They won't let parents play on trampolines.

We came for a birthday party and the host had requested gluten-free accommodations for my son. When the food arrived, they indicated this had not been accommodated. Unfortunately, they do not have anything on-site that is gluten-free and my 3-year-old had to go without a meal for the entire duration of the party. They did offer to make him fries in the same fryer they use for other foods. If I had known in advance, I would have brought my own food, but the venue had confirmed the workaround with the party host. The play area itself is decent. There is a small arcade area, a trampoline zone, a play area for babies and toddlers, and the main climbing area. Half of the arcade games were not operational when we were there. The baby and toddler area was nice for my 14-month-old, but I wish there was a door for entrance and exit out of that particular area because she kept trying to wander to other areas that were not safe for her. There is a tube slide where kids can pull their own tubes up and go down a slide. It is completely useless and anticlimactic. My son and friends hauled the tubes to the top and basically sat on the tubes on the slide barely moving downhill. Others had to climb up and physically kick and push them down to move them along. The actual entrance and exit to the whole place is monitored closely, so it feels a little safer having your kids run around especially when they disappear in the climbing structures.

Took my 2 year old here and it was fantastic. Very clean, and so much space! We went on an overcast Sunday so I thought it would be packed but surprisingly it was not overwhelming. Great amount of people to have space and also a lively atmosphere. equipment is all very safe and fun for all ages! Would recommend!!

I had my daughters first birthday party here. My package included 25 adults and 25 children. The room was packed! It was only because the kids were out playing but for eating time there was no room. We had to take turns sitting to eat. Crammed in a room full of people was not at all enjoyable. Absolutely not right for the amount of money being charged. I booked online so I didn't see the place except for the photos but it was overpriced for what it had to offer. This place definitely needs an upgrade.

Its got a climbing and slide area and a trampoline zone as well. There is another arcade area that you can use at an extra cost. The party rooms are available if you are celebrating a birthday. Overall not bad. For me it was boring but my kid loved it.

The place was nice. My 2 years old son was happy to play there. The only reason I gave 3 stars is that there were a lot of dust, the place was not clean enough. Even though my child likes the place and wants to go again, because of the dirt I am not sure if I go back there or not.

I have been to many places around the city but this one has been my kids favourite The arcade also has handful of games but the best thing about this place are the gifts you can redeem once done playing. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something clean and fun at the sametime,my kids have grabbed many gifts every time they have been here The price is reasonable

Great indoor play centre for kids! We were directed to book a 2.5hr session online. Waited in a small line upon arrival. The facility is quite a good size & there's a decent amount of arcade games, aside from the trampoline & play structure areas. Would definitely return & recommend!

I had the most amazing experience hosting my daughter's 1st birthday party at Playtopia! Opting for a private party was the best decision ever – having the entire place exclusively for us created an incredible atmosphere. The staff's level of accommodation and helpfulness was exceptional, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Both kids and adults were thoroughly entertained throughout the event. The trampoline was an absolute hit, spreading joy and laughter among the little ones. And let's not forget the arcade games – they added an extra layer of fun for everyone, creating a playful and energetic vibe. In a nutshell, Playtopia provided an unforgettable celebration that perfectly catered to all ages. I couldn't be happier with the experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic venue to host a memorable event!

Fun time for kids. The place was clean and there weren't too many people right when it opened at 10 am. This allows for younger children to play safely without getting run over by older children. It started to get busier towards 11:30 am where more families started to come in. Overall, was a fun experience.

My recent visit to Playtopia was fraught with issues that need urgent addressing. The entrance was particularly dirty, a concerning indication of the overall cleanliness of the establishment. It’s disheartening to walk into a children’s play area and be greeted with grime and neglect. In addition, the toddler area within Playtopia was troubling. The design includes an entrance so narrow that it prohibits parents from entering with their children, leading to situations where toddlers could potentially get stuck. This is a serious design flaw that not only impedes supervision but also poses a safety risk for young children who need parental guidance and assistance. The attached photo highlights the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail that I observed throughout the premises, including in areas where children are meant to play and interact. The visible dirt and dust, along with the exposed screws, speak volumes about the inadequate maintenance of the play structures. In summary, Playtopia has significant room for improvement in ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting environment for toddlers. I strongly advise parents to reconsider visiting until these critical concerns are rectified. As it stands, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Playtopia as a suitable play space for young children.

There are many activities for the kids but minimal seating area for the adults and their food area is completely closed. They don't even have a vending machine with snacks. It would have been appreciated to know this in advance so that we could have eaten or brought snacks.

A lot of fun for kids - seems pretty tiring for adults and I do wish there was more to do for the adults although it is more for the children and you don't want to lose them so pay attention lol - all in all a great place and the kids will love it- they also have a few party rooms for birthdays etc.

We planned our daughter's 3rd birthday party here and overall it was a success and a pleasant turnout. I chose the Emerald Package ($599 option with a 530-8pm party time and we were allowed a 15 minute decorating window) and it was decent but I felt more could have been added to the overall party package. The kids only had access to the playground but the trampoline and the arcade section of the facility was not added and had to be used at your own cost! I had come to realise that I had a shared party host (Victoria) and felt like I had to constantly look for her because I was not sure what the itinerary would be for the party (first time using an indoor playground) and we felt a bit rushed. The staff were friendly and could answer any questions you had. Overall, I would recommend that if a party is going to be planned at this facility, you have the option to opt out of the food and cake options and bring your own, I brought my own cake a chose their food option which is just pizza, juice boxes and water and anything that was not finished we were allowed to disburse between guests and or take home which was nice.

This is the best and biggest indoor playground. The trampoline area is massive! My kids really enjoyed their time. They also have really great sitting areas for the adults. You can buy food here and the chicken strips are really delicious.

My daughter had a great time coming here! She loved going down the slide with the tube and the trampoline. It’s nice there is even an arcade section with games to play to take a break from the running around. Food is also good, their French fries are the best I have had for a play place.

Pretty good indoor playground with lots of trampolines. My 2 year old had alot of fun. I would like to note that there were no safety employees at the slides and it is up to the parent to manage proper distance between kids. There was only 1 employee running the place when I went during weekday evening. Would also like to mention that there was a lot of arcade machines in the middle of the facility that will grab your kids' attention.

I had the pleasure of hosting my daughters first birthday party at this venue. When I first booked I was a bit skeptical since I had only seen pictures online and read reviews and I didn't have time to visit the place before paying a deposit. We rented out the entire space for our event on a saturday night. When I first visited the venue to go over details I was amazed at how big the venue was. Pictures online definitely did not do it justice. There were so many different sections which catered to all different age groups which was perfect for my little one year old. The staff was so amazing, leading up to the event the answered all my questions and were so accommodating to all my requests. At the actual event extra staff were brought in to help out. They helped me out so much especially for the set up. Anything I needed they helped me with it which was so shocking for me since a lot of venues would not provide such services. Everyone was so friendly and kind to my guests and made everyone at that party want to host their next event there. I especially loved how they did a full sanitary wipe down of all the equipment right before our event started. I cant stress enough how perfect this venue was. Management, staff, food, venue, cleanliness, and all the small things in between were 100percent on point. I would recommend everyone to look into booking their kids event here because I definitely will be booking my daughters next birthday here again and again. Also to add our party was majority adults and each one had a better time then the kids regardless of their age.

They make you sign 2 waivers, a Covid one and then they get you when you walk-in through their doors! The make you sing a "waiver" where they say they'll keep for two years, and they ask you for wayyyyyy too much confidential info! They make you do it right on the spot while you got your kids rushing you because they want to go in. I never felt comfortable submitting all my childrens names and FULL date of birth and address online. Also, no music or light on toy display box or menus, made me believe it was closed.

An excellent indoor playground with various activities for young children. There is plenty of space for the adults to sometime play along with their kids or watch from a distance. There is rubber tube slide, plastics balls air guns that have been rigged to prevent them from aiming down so as to avoid being used direct hit to anyone, there are trampolines areas plus basketball hoops, there are arcade games to collect e-tickets that you can then redeem for rewards, there is air hockey for all ages, and last but not least they have cafeteria too. This is a great pace to have children birthday party. I sure hope they keep up the place like this and open another location that is closer to Markham and area.

I’ve never been in an indoor playground with so many options for kids to have fun. Trampolines, slides, electronics... anything you would have to go to multiple indoor playgrounds to find they put in this place. No shortage of options. Ceilings are very high and you can join your kids wherever they go. Staff is very friendly, party rooms are all of a nice size and prices are really good. If you are looking for a place to have a birthday party or just to let your kids have lots of fun you must check this place out.
