My second visit to Mark Lash was even more impressive than the first, when the customer service was outstanding. The employees are all very genuine and friendly and don't pressure you to purchase until you're ready. We met with Mark this second time and he was extremely knowledgeable and honest with the diamonds we were considering. We made the purchase and feel really good about it! Can't wait for it to be custom made just for me.

Just returned from the Richmondhill location and I’m super happy with the service I received. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and definitely made me feel valued. I highly recommend them over the chain stores that you find in the malls as the personal service is unmatched.

I have gone to her for many things, ranging from advice on new pieces, purchases, alternations, and resizing and she knocks it out of the park every time! Diana deserves the biggest shout out for her attention to detail and dedication to every client’s vision - she really is the best! My fiancé and I felt like we were a part of every step in the process - this experience was truly special for the both of us and we will be returning in the near future.

I had an appointment at 1pm today. I made the appointment to get my rings cut off due to a swollen finger. The lady on the phone confirmed with the jeweller he would be able to do that. When we came in we were told this can not take place because of COVID. So we were a little confused in what changed in 24 hours from making the appointment and confirming with the jeweller. The lady told us to go to the hospital and was very rude. We ended up calling a another jeweller and they were happy to help us.

Jewelry is way too overpriced. My mom purchased jewelry for my girlfriend and she didn't like the earrings. When I wanted to return the item, the lady was adamant on bringing her in so she can choose another jewelry piece. What she did not realize is that I found something else that my girlfriend liked for a far cheaper price and it was a brand name that's very well known (Chanel). They did not return my money so now I'm forced to have store credit that I probably will never use. They could have easily just given my money back and they decided not to.
