Ordered suits from this store for my bridal party and they all came with tears, glue stains and the material was completely see through. The girl at the store (zehra I believe her name was) dismissed all my concerns and was quite rude she has zero customer service skills. First the outfits were delayed and then they came in a mess a couple days before my wedding. I had to find a tailor to fix the issues that cost me over $400 and Shabis would not offer me a discount. I would never shop at this store again and told all my friends to stay clear to avoid the headache. Terrible experience it doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I have shopped at Shabi's a few years back but this time I was looking for an outfit for a wedding reception and chance to update my Indian wardrobe. I had a budget in mind and was shown so many beautiful options. The service was patient, thoughtful and very respectful of my budget. In the end, I chose a gorgeous salwar kameez. I received so many compliments. I just love the variety and quality of the outfits. Thank you so much and I can't wait to shop here again!

I went to Shabis for chaand raat to get my mehndi. The staff were so kind and welcoming!! They greeted all customers with a friendly smile and provided snacks (really yummy jalebi) + chai while we waited. I also got to browse clothes and jewelry while waiting in line - they have such a diverse and beautiful selection!! Would highly recommend for all your desi clothes and jewelry 😊

I'm a bride-to-be based out of Montreal. I wasn't able to find Pakistani bridal outfits in my city so I knew I would have to travel to Toronto. Shabi's was my last appointment over a weekend that went from quite pleasant to very disappointing. So it was to my absolute delight that I found Shabi's when I did. The customer service was beyond reproach. Amina was so gentle when styling the dupatta and the advice she gave. He husband has an amazing eye for style and detail. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and never once made me feel as though my opinion was not as well informed as theirs. Their collection is excellent and the designers they carry do work of quite a high quality. I can't recommend them enough.

They never made me a churidar for a suit I purchased from them. Thr pajama that came with it didn't fit, so they promised to order a churidar instead and never did.

Aside from the wonderful range of designer Pakistani wear, the customer service at Shabis is definitely 5 star. The owner made sure everything about my outfit was perfect, she even went out of her way to hand-stitch something additional on my dupatta for me last minute . She was patient, and i really valued her opinion when ordering my custom outfits, which came out SO beautiful!! Shabis is always my go to store because they never disappoint!

I came to Shabi's Richmond Hill as I needed to get a sari wrapped that I bought for a wedding. Everyone was very professional with a personal touch I found comforting as this was my first time in a sari. The clothes there are tasteful and elegant, and staff are just amazing!
