I have been ordering all my arrangements from Flower-Smart for years now, even after moving. They never disappoint, in quality, creativity and service! I picked up my order yesterday (Mother's Day) and I could not believe my eyes, on how many people were there being served, the staff was running off their feet, but everyone was handled nicely and timely. Kudos to the staff after this weekend!!

Had flowers delivered on Mothers day from the other side of the country. Staff were super helpful over the phone and helped me figure out what to send. Will absolutely be ordering from them again next year. Flowers looked fantastic.

Its been a long time that im buying the flowers from here.i went to flower smart for international women’s day to buy flower for my wife.I choose the flowers my self and they put together with amazing wrap.i was on the phone when i pick the flowers my self and when i got to cash the owner told me that they put signs to not touching flowers.I realized that im not supposed to pick my self😅😅😅 but i did.any ways my wife is very happy and love the flowers amd this is the most that i care about.thanks for the flower smart assistance that always smile to customers so the best as she can.

I cannot say enough about this store!!! I call and they always put together beautiful bouquets for me. The store is filled with lovely gifts and I often get the ladies to wrap up a pretty scarf or trinket to be attached to a bouquet for friends/family. My Christmas urn is stunning this year.(I save my urn, pine cones etc and they re-use every year so I save $$) Thank you ladies!!!

I discovered this flower shop about a year ago. Nice little store and very friendly people. The few times I ordered here the flowers were fresh and lasted long. I like their arrangements too. I wanted to order a bouquet for my wife this Valentine but I noticed that prices increased by $30 for the arrangement I liked, just the days leading up to Valentine’s day. Thought this to be a bit too much, so I ordered mine elsewhere. Great store, just not for Valentine’s, hence minus one star.

I phoned in an order to be delivered to the funeral home for my Aunt on behalf of my parents, my aunts and uncles and their families. I ordered a standing spray. Unfortunately, we did not get a spray. We received a wreath. My parents and family were very disappointed. I do not understand how this happened because the person who took the order phoned me back to confirm that I had ordered a spray, not a wreath.

This was my first time ordering from here and it was the best experience I've ever had with a florist. It started with the wonderful customer service I received from the lady who took my order and ended with the absolutely stunning bouquet delivered. It was exactly what I ordered and more. I will be using FlowerSmart from now on.

This is the fifth time this year we have used Flowersmart after getting some mother's Day bouquets. They always are gorgeous and exceed our expectations. They are so artistic with what they create based on either colour schemes or certain flowers we want to incorporate. I'm so glad we found them and are really happy to keep returning to them for birthdays and other celebrations.

This shop is fantastic! Not only are the bouquets beautiful and unique but the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. There was a mixup with my delivery date on my first order and the owner compensated me a full bouquet, it was over the top generous. Shop here!!
