As a loyal Winners customer, I've always enjoyed a pet-friendly shopping experience. However, during my first visit to this branch, the store manager requested that I keep my small puppy outside the cart, citing other customers' concerns. Unfortunately, this led to an unintentional incident where another customer's sharp bag corner accidentally hit my pet's face. I urge Winners to address this issue with the store manager and prioritize the safety of pets in what is known to be a pet-friendly store.

Shopped for few shirts here yesterday, the man who was the cashier scanned each item an left the item on the counter without folding them, just throwing them on the counter, I asked for a bag (thinking he will properly put them in the bag but no he threw the bad on top of the shirts). I asked if they don’t fold the items anymore, he said it is faster if you do it !!!!!!!! WOW!!!! There is another Winners at Hillcrest mall that has polite cashiers and they do fold items. Suggestion to other customers: respect yourself and don’t go to this location. Suggestion to the store manager: At minimum you should hire people who are polite, even if you like to hire people who don’t know how to do their job.

Thursday, July 20, 2023. Needed to return some dog treats as my dog was allergic to them. When I bought them at another location, I had asked the cashier what if my dog does not like it or is allergic to the treats, I was told that it could be returned to any winners, with or without receipt (same payment method or gift card). So, I tried to return the treats but the cashier didn’t want to do the return as I did not bring the receipt, the cashier next to her also was adamant that I couldn’t return without a receipt and that there was a new policy. When asked where is the policy, they couldn’t provide one. They called a manager but a “Key Holder” pretended to be the manager. She was soooo rude, and wouldn’t help at all. I knew immediately that she wasn’t the manager due to her attitude and lack of customer care. On that same day, I made a purchase and the policy is still the same on the receipt. Returns can be done with or without receipt!!! So disappointed!!! 1 star as there is no option for 0 or negative star.

If I could I would give it a 0 star. Rude, impolite, unprofessional and lazy staff. I waited for 3 visits before writing this review to make sure I'm fair and not judging based on emotions or anger, but I always recieved the same result. No matter which staff I was dealing with. Rude girl at the door who thinks has the most import job in the world or lazy girl in the fitting room or the woman who claims she is the manager. The staff in this branch are the rudest staff I have ever seen on any chain store. You will see none sense behaviors, left, write and center. I will drive 50 Km to go to other stores and will never step a foot in this store ever again. Avoid at any costs.

Worst customer service, I just spoke with the manager because I wanted to exchange something, she is completely rude , honestly I think if you can not deal with people you should work at the zoo with animals!!! Bad service

Worst Winners I’ve ever been to. First of all, they don’t have many option for clothes. Second of all, they were very short staffed and staff was unhelpful. The worst part though was when I went to the change room. After I’d tried on my clothes and was ready to leave, the door handle was jammed and I couldn’t open it. I tried jiggling it a few times but it wouldn’t open. I started shouting for someone to help me but no one came. After I became scared I pushed as hard as I could against the door and it opened but I fell and hurt my leg and foot. After I explained to a staff member what happened, she didn’t even care and didn’t follow up regarding which door was jammed. I’m never going to this winners again.

I have been to this store for many years always friendly, however; yesterday Ms. Nava proved me wrong, maybe she is in New to sales and costumer service! she was rude and terribly unprofessional. I think management needs to reframe their hiring policies ...... She asked me to show my previous purchased items in such a rude tone that I wanted to leave the counter. Ms. Nava, here! we always put our costumers first and respect them with non judgmental attitude. Here! every individual no matter what background is respected and valued as a costumer . I strongly believe perhaps you may benefit from extensive training regarding cultural safety and inclusive behaviour before standing in any position in the society.

Huge parking lot for customers. Store is really clean and organized. Great customer service and shopping experience. The Associate from the changing room is very helpful and polite (I forgot to ask for name) and the Associate from the cashier, Salpi is also very welcoming and friendly. My mom and I love shopping at this location very much. They always have great items with great prices.

Like this winners sometimes I found unexpected items like shampoo or face cream that I brought in less than half price in saphora stores .mostly I found items that I need with much cheaper.. if I pass that areas I will definitely visit this store

The SLOWEST winners store ever!! No matter what the time of the day you visit, weekdays or weekends, they are ALWAYS SLOW. They are clearly not short-staffed as most of their employees are just standing looking around instead of processing the cash faster. I have came in morning when there is literally 5 people in the whole store and still there is a line for cash. Rude staff. Saying a simple thank you wouldn’t be that hard. We are customers and we should be treated with respect. This has happened numerous times: I am at the cash, already paid for my stuff just waiting for the cashier to put it in a bag. But she suddenly decides to chat with her colleagues or go help the other cashiers!! Give me the bag and then go do your thing. This is basic customer service!! Honestly, who trains these people? Poor management, very poor

The customer service here is really bad. The assistant manager there Mary Jane C was very difficult with me, didn’t want to accept a return without a receipt although they haven’t changed their policy or anything and I checked their policy before going there and it’s still the same that without a receipt they will give you a gift card. The assistant manager said I’ll do it as an exception and then changed her mind so tried to give me a lower price than what they sell it for. She was just trying to find any reason to say no from the beginning and didn’t keep her word after she said I’ll do it for this time. They should really work to improve their customer service and treat people with respect. The other store in Hillcrest mall, Marshalls is way better in their customer service

The management of this store provide the worst customer service of any of the Winners I frequent. The item I returned had some antiperspirant residue under the arms. I never wore the item, so obviously bought it that way. They refused to take it back. I rubbed the residue out and it was happily easily returned at another Winners. The women at the first store said they would have to put it in the garbage. Hardly!

Today was my first time shopping at the winners. I wanted to try two dresses, so I went to the fitting room. There was no one on the post, so I thought no one was giving numbers for the fitting rooms. Then out of nowhere, this short, blond, mean lady appeared from the Chrismas stuff area; it was around half 2 in the afternoon, shouting after me what I thought I was doing and shaking her hand as a sign to return to her as I am an animal and not a person. I said I was sorry and I didn’t see her. Some of us have manners. However, she asked me if she was invisible. I felt really bad because her attitude was very rude, and she was passive-aggressively accusing me of trying to.. let's say..break the law. I felt really ashamed even though there was nothing to be ashamed of. This was literally the first time someone had such a bad attitude toward me. I tried to explain this was my first time in the store, but nothing happened. No matter this, I will be back there soon. I loved the store. Let's just hope the next time I will be able to have a nice person-to-person conversation without any hand signs, mean attitude and rude tongue.

This is not a big store compared to others. I visited last week to buy Christmas presents, but not too many items to choose from. I couldn't even find chocolate boxes! Just a few left. Maybe they were all sold out, and I was late;) However, I love Winners and I always enjoy shopping there. Like many other locations that I visited before, this one was clean and organized.

Depends on your luck, you might find some goodies with very reasonable price. For me, average weight and size, it is a lot tougher.

Very clean and organize winners store that I have ever seen. All the associates are very polite and friendly. I met a beautiful lady(zahra) in the home section who helped me to find the item that I was looking. Excellent customer service👏🏻

The winners use to have good place to buy the brands with the good price. But recently their quality isn’t the same as before and the price goes up. This location is not one of the good places compared to the other winners. Anyway their staff are really nice and helpful and the store is organized

I compared prices with other stores with details, some are good, some not. Even after discount and final sale, many of jtems are more expensive than average price in the market. If you have time, try to compare prices before shopping

Fall items already in! I was a bit surprised and then I thought it was a good idea to buy a few items now before everyone starts looking. The table runners were really good as well as the silicone baking molds. The Pumpkin spice pancake and quick bread mixes could be worth a try. The plates are elegant. Oh, the Vanilla Nut Cream coffee and the Pumpkin Latte caught my eyes. You should check out those fun bottle openers. There is something for all our tastes.

RENA was the person who did not respect the company return policy!! I waited in the slow line for more than 20 mins to return a perfume bought 6 days before and she refused to return or even exchange!! This is the second time I’m experiencing this inconvenience at this particular store and I will try my best to avoid all my friends shopping at this store!

Completely empty store. Filled with the most useless items as compared to other winner stores in the area. Get it together winners....great location with nothing in it.

I went to this Winners this morning and this is the cleanest branch I've ever been and everything is stocked very organizably. The staff warmly welcomed me at the entrance. Very enjoyable shopping experience and will definitely go there again.

One of my favorite store for reasonable price. Always found some cloth for good price but you may not always find the size for you.

Clean and organize, it's a matter you realize as soon as walking true. enough parking spot and easy get in and get out is the good point because no one will scratch your vehicles when drives around.

Store is well organized. Not crowded. But not big variety of products especially shoes section.

I visited during the long weekend even though there were so many people and the store was busy all of the staff/cashier were so attentive and kind. Given busy time the store was in clean state and the clothes/products were displayed in an organized way. The lady who helped me(I forgot her name, sweet and kind Asian cashier)was so thoughtful as I was having problem with getting a cart and she willingly helped me with finding a cart so was able to have a pleasant shopping experience. Thumbs up!

I don’t usually write reviews but I went this week one day when they were definitely short staffed, huge line, few rude/pushy customers (sadly I think that is normal here as I’ve seen it before too) but the team handled it so well. I don’t know if it was the manager or team lead/coordinator but she managed the entire thing with a smile and was very patient even though she basically was doing everything alone. Everything is super clean too which is nice. Men’s section is hit/miss sometimes, but I’ve had some good finds.

This is convenient location as there is plenty of parking and getting here is quite easy with a car. I can only rate it 4 stars due to the lack of selection. This is quite a popular location and all of the good items/clothing are picked early in the day. I have never seen a Winners/Marshalls with so few clothing/accessories on the racks/walls. Also, while the cashiers were fast, there were only 3 of them on a Sunday afternoon, which resulted in a 15 minute wait for us.

I went to winners with my daughter to see if there was anything to buy,but they hardly had anything. It was the same old stock from like a month ago. I don't blame them. I would think maybe it's having hard time getting the merchandise to the stores with the supplies, cause of shortage! ....my guess only. What ever the reason be, not much to look at or buy there these days. Will wait for new merchandise to arrive. Still a great place to browse and look around when bored, never know you could get lucky and pick up something great!

I bought accessories for my phone but I didn’t pay attention to make sure is for my phone Model. Unfortunately for returning the item, she asked Many Questions and she said that I have to show her My Drivers license !! I just throw the item in the garbage bin . (May 09,2022 07:00 pm )

Worst experience at winners! I m a winners loyalty customer for years for different locations. Came today to shop some winter jacket . When we check out, The young male cashier couldn't take off the tag on the jacket, he tried few times and somehow break the the tag , direct the ink inside the tag leak to the jacket, and poke a hole through the jacket. He looked his MOD , a lady with curly hair, folding cloth at cashier station, lady told him they can extra discount if we want, we ask how much they will provide, that lady said $5.... $120 jacket , u only give $5 off due to your employee mistake??.... Not even 5% .thats how u make up the service!? R u sure you wanna to do the business? You cannot even get a tim hortons combo for $5 any more...lol

Well, I found this utensil holder sitting on the clearance shelf...it had some dents, and the matte finish was starting to peel off, but for what I needed it for, it didn't matter. I took it to the cashier since there was no price tag. She had another sales associate price it at regular $9.99 and after we told her there were dents (a total of 3), she reduced it only to $9. What a waste of time! At the very least, she should have reduced it to $5.00 and we would have purchased it. Not going back to this location again.

I was at the store last saturday trying to return two heavy plant pots. They were big and tall and it was very hard for me to lift them to show to the cashier. The cashier saw my return items and she helped me to lift items to scan them. She was very kind and nice to me. Her name was Song with brown medium length hair. It was very pleasant experience in Winners and she definitely made me to go back to the Red maple store. Thanks.

Love this Winner's Location! Bought a few items and talked about the vegan selection in the store and my cashier (her name was Venus - she's amazing) pointed me to some other areas for vegan products. So i just had to go back in! They have plenty of vegan products (accessories, clothing, vitamins etc.)! I just bought a vegan "leather" backpack and sandals. Soooo happy! They look really great! 😍

One of the the best manager at winners that I have dealt with. Hilda was such a pleasure dealing and meeting her. Very organized knows what she is doing. She really deserves to be promoted. If there would be one reason to come back to this location is just because of Hilda 🙏 Thank you
