I do not really leave comments anywhere unless I get exceptional service or an abysmal one! I personally like dr. Asefi and she is pretty good, but I do not like how their subordinates (receptionists, etc.) speak to people! I specifically called this morning to book an appointment and when I dialed 1 (1 is for Farsi speakers), this lady picks up the phone, doesn't even introduce herself (which is not a problem per se), and when I start speaking in Farsi, it sounded like she was caught off guard or something! When I dial 1, I expect to get what I dialed for! Very easy to comprehend. It does not end there. The tone that she uses with me is not welcoming at all. I understand that things might be chaotic in a clinic, but I expect to feel accepted and respected. One might think I'm nit picking here (I don't think so), but things like this will disappoint customers (patients) and result in them fulfilling their needs elsewhere! Cheers, Sia

At the Pharmacy ,Dr .Sepideh is incredible with her outstanding quality of pharmacology knowledge. With the help of her professional team ,they make sure patient/client is being good taken care of . The pharmacy team nicely greet you,patiently answer questions and put time to clarify confusions and help you receive the required service in a brief time. The virtual appointment I had today was great. I received the advice I needed from my family doctor and I am very happy with the call.

The recepionist is very rude. Barely speaks English. Asked her name twice at the end of the call and she just hung up on me. Dr. Parham Masoudi was my family doctor here. I called in today and tried to get the blood test for my husband, gave the recepionist my husbands information and she said he is not one of the patient so there is nothing she can do. Then I asked her to have Dr Masoudi call me back. She said he has left the clinic. I said what about the his patients then? She said, oh I don't know, I have lines come in, we don't accept new patients, then she hung up on me-- The same recepionist called me back a couple of hours later saying she didn't hang up on me. It's the line got disconnected (clearly she saw this review) Then why it takes hours for you to realize the call was disconnected and decided to call me back. She also said she can provide the phone nubmer of Dr Masoudi and help me get the blood test requisition form for my husband. This lady needs to be trained properly. I increased the review to 3 stars from 1 only because the owner called this afternoon and apologized sincerely.

You know, my husband and dad have been seeing Dr. Pashaei since 2020, and I've heard so many good things about him. He's really well-educated and a great doctor. But here's the thing, his clinic staff doesn't match up to his level of professionalism. The front desk girls can be really unprofessional and rude sometimes. Just today, while we were there, they were loudly arguing about their schedule and making comments about how they plan to work next week. It's stuff that should be private, like office finances. I wonder if the doctors at the office even know how their staff behaves. It's like they expect us patients to be there on the dot, behaving perfectly, yet their own staff can be so unprofessional. They make people wait for hours if they arrive late due to a misunderstanding about their appointment time or if something unexpected happens on the way there. And get this, they constantly threaten patients with a $140 penalty if they miss an appointment for any reason. It's like they want us to be polite, tidy, and on time, but they themselves are unprofessional, sloppy, and rude. The funniest part? When I asked one of the girls who I can leave feedback with if I'm unhappy, she pointed to her co-worker, the same woman who was loudly talking about the office's internal matters earlier and said she is the manager you can talk to her if you have any concerns! Can you believe that?😮🫢

So unprofessional, I had an appointment today to see Dr. Amin Sharif for the first time to be my family doctor. when I get there they collect all my info. Then they are telling me Dr. Is sick do you wanna see another dr. 🤷🏻‍♀️ we all have our busy schedules + driving in traffic to get there on time , why don’t you just call and say Doctor can not see you today would you like to reschedule ?!

Dr. Sepideh and her colleagues at the pharmacy are very patient with and helpful to customers. Dr. Abedi is also one of the best family doctors who actively listens to patient's problems and does diagnosis and treatment really well. I am so happy with the service that I receive every time I visit VIVA Health Center.

I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. It is MILES better than my old family Dr. I was assigned to Dr. Aminsharifi and I couldn't be happier. He is professional, kind, doesn't rush me off the phone, listens, provides requisitions for necessary tests, and calls me to give me an update on my results. Running a doctor office is hard and every time I go in the place is clean, nicely lit, the staff acknowledge me with a hello and the doctor will be right with you. I've never waited beyond 2 mins for my appointment. Just fab!

Called to book an appointment for a sick child and was told only after 2 weeks? Do we need AI now to predict when we will be getting sick? This is basic common sense for any clinic to have some slots for people calling in sick, at least if not the same day, the next day? I called them first thing in the morning of opening time and was told the best they can do is 1 to 3 weeks.

My wife Ether was seen by Dr Pashaei. It was a very positive experience. Dr Pasaei is extremely professional, caring, understanding with a vast amount of knowledge. He is a wonderful doctor and human being. We highly recommend him.

The place is small but clean and cozy with chairs available for patients. I had to wait for my first family doctor appointment for only about 5 minutes or so. Dr.Amin was very attentive and listening and receptionists were nice. It was much better than I expected as I had terrible experiences last year..

Worst clinic in the earth. Worst staff you can ever deal with in your life!! They would schedule you for an appointment and never call you and when you call them they say We called you but you did not answer! And this keeps repeating forever. They put me on hold to speak with the doctor , suddenly they hung up, i called again for the 5th time on the same day! They simply told me the dr left.. unbelievable. They simply waste your time. As a Persian American grew up in Texas, I found Dr. Sepideh Nasafat terrific, Knowledgeable, sensitive and informative. Her entire staffs were extremely professional and kind and courteous. I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert care. My mother (81) and I needed a covid test result for our return flight home and we were referred over by my American physician and I can see why We are so glad we picked the Viva Pharmacy for this service. We were in and out without any trouble and perfectly on time for our lunch meeting across town followed with an email which included our result documents. Edit: They contacted me to discuss this matter and Im changing it to 4 stars for now based on the help from Zara, and will update the review once I have the discussion with the doctor. Was supposed to have an appointment on July 28th, and never received a call. Then I called and asked to reschedule, and they told me that they'll try to wait for a cancellation for me. I said "but u should make an appointment for me in case you cannot find any cancellations?". Then they told me that they'll get me a cancellation. 3.5 weeks later and I haven't gotten any cancellations, and now I had to call in to book an appointment end of September. Why didnt they book me in the first time I called and instead told me to wait? While waiting for a cancellation you have to put an appointment down for the patient! I haven't seen the doctor for several months and I'm scared how my liver and cholesterol levels are!

With great regret, I got really bad service there with lady at the pharmacy, I really wasted my time, I didn't know if i can get my medicine with another pharmacy when I got out from the clinic at that moment at the same place, I'm very honest and I want to say I will not go to that place again never never!!!!! Went and spoke to them to get a new family doctor, the receptionist was ok not very nice and when I was in my appointment I felt very rushed and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.The doctor was polite but I felt brushed off as I explained my pain/issues. I went hoping they could solve my pain but left with no direction for even a possible solution or plan. Very disappointing.

They really do a good job for the patients! I’ve been to the clinic 4-5 times already and I’ve consistently received good care!
