I went here at the referral of my doctor due to a car accident injury. The receptionist was incredibly unhelpful with booking an appointment and answering questions. Then the day of my appointment they asked if I could come in a hour earlier (which I could not because I was working) and proceeded to ask me to get there as early as possible. The physiotherapist I saw rushed me for answers. He left me with paper work without explaining anything as he had to leave. He told me he never deals with MVA patients and wouldn't assess me until he heard from the insurance (which I understood). I didn't feel heard or even mattered as a patient. He didn't care to listen to anything I said about my injuries. He asked me what my main goal was to get back surgery or something else... My reason for going there was at my doctor's recommendation for treating my pain. I don't take medication, I was hoping that they could help me with my form and stretches to alleviate the pain so that I can sit longer than 30 minutes without crying. I was incredibly disappointed with my 10 minute appointment.

Leor is one of the best physiotherapists I've had in my life. He is a an expert in human body and a genuinely nice person. Pleasure to chat with during the treatment. Niloo, the receptionist is also always nice and smiling. Highly recommend this place!

The youngest male physiotherapist needs to learn professionalism! He joked around way too much and seemed rude. He disregarded my pain and said I was complaining too much. The other workers there are such sweethearts compared to him. He treated me like a child that was complaining about nothing. Bad experience with him. However, he does know what he's doing...my knee pain felt better just after one visit! Wouldn't recommend to anyone else though....

I was told about Epic rehab from my back specialist after a bad accident. This place is the real thing. They know what to do and how to do it. Dr. Ivan and sharmine are the 2 people i see twice a week. They are great women to work with during my rehab. They are very sympathetic and knowledgeable about what to do to get me back to normal. The rest of the staff are also great. Nilo the first person you will meet is the receptionist. She is supper friendly. The hole staff are just so nice. I would recommend this place for all your rehab needs. I drive from Barrie to do rehab here and I would not change a thing.

I had a really good experience with physiotherapy here. Leor is a great therapist, and he helped me overcome my injury. The admin staff is mostly nice and friendly.

Best Physiotherapy treatment I have ever had. All the staff are kind and caring and the physiotherapists are knowledgeable and genuinely care for your recovery. Sharmine and Nick are both awesome and wonderful. I had a surgery in Dec 2020 to repair a partially torn meniscus and they put together a treatment program which helped me improved my strength and agility on my knee. They are so positive and throughout the 4 months of treatment I felt well cared for and was inspired. Thank you so much Sharmine & Nick!!!! You guys are the best in the business.

I can’t say enough great things about Epic Rehab! I’ve been mainly working with Leor (physiotherapist) and Shahram (massage therapist) ever since I ruptured my achilles tendon in August 2022. They’re both extremely knowledge, kind and caring. I always leave feeling more confident in my recovery as I have tangible exercises/stretches and goals to aim for as I continue my progression at home. Leor has built a recovery protocol specific to my progression and has the perfect balance of pushing me physically without over straining my achilles. My appointments never feel rushed and he’s always available to answer any and all questions I have. Shahram has been extremely helpful with his massages as he helps break down my scar tissue and provides me with more range of motion & mobility. My appointments with him are always one of the highlights of my week! He has decades of experience and it clearly shows as he provides me with different tips to aid in my recovery and certain watch outs to be aware of. Overall, I highly recommend working with Leor and Shahram of Epic Rehab - they’re the best!! Also a big shoutout to Niloo, Renée and Nadia who are always so friendly at reception and with booking appointments!

Best physical therapy I have ever had! Receptionist, staff and therapists are fantastic, polite, caring, and focused. Therapists only work with one patient at a time. Special Thanks to Sharmine and Niloo.

I’ve been going to Epic Rehab, regularly, since 2018. The entire team is very professional and the atmosphere is welcoming. I’ve been working with Leor‌‌, he is a great physiotherapist, very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The receptionist, Niloofar, is also very nice and helpful with everything, specifically booking appointments and insurance claims. Overall great customer service, and I highly recommend it!

I was referred to Epic Rehab in 2017 after my second patella fracture in three months, and received excellent hands-on care there from the physiotherapist, chiropractor and massage therapist I saw, and the kinesiologists who helped me with my exercises. My case was a complicated one that took a long time to resolve itself, and they were patient, supportive, and skilled at what they did throughout my time there. I have been going there ever since for various injuries and muscle strains, and my husband benefitted greatly from chiropractic treatment last year at Epic for his back pain. (Special thanks to Dr. Starcevic.) I can’t say enough about the care we’ve received there, and the kind and friendly staff.

Today was the last day of my physio session at EPIC REHAB, located in Richmond Hill. First of all, I should be thankful for the friendly environment, and Congrats to Anna for her management. A big thank you to the office admin, Nilu (Nilufar), who always patiently listen to client's request and has the best customer service. Two nice physiotherapy assistants, Vicky and Renee because of their exercise training. In the end, I really appreciate all the efforts that my main physiotherapist Jinnilyn, did for me. She is very professional, and social and knows how to treat the client. Thank you all, Neda

I have been coming to epic for a long time. The practitioners are professional and personable. It is a busy clinic but they are diligent in their efforts to get an appointment to treat you. They even have called me to come in when I wasn’t able to get an appointment to see if I wanted another clients cancellation. The practitioners care about their clients.

The physiotherapist Lior is a nice person and seem to be quite knowledgeable. Unfortunately, they all work in a "rotation" mode where the physiotherapist spends some time with you, then moves to another person and you are treated by students/interns. I didn't really get much results out of my treatment, though, to be honest, I didn't do the exercises that Lior told me to do on a regular basis.

The Iranian receptionist was quite rude and cruel. She utterly lacks interpersonal communication skills. I don't understand why they hired her. The rest of the crew was fantastic.

I had back surgery in 2011 and since then have been going for a weekly half-hour massage with Shahram. He is excellent and the trip from Aurora is worth it. The staff are very friendly and professional.

The staff and this clinic were integral to recovering from a very difficult injury. Dr. Kheri and Nick, my assigned team worked well with me and my tolerances. I couldn't be happier, almost back to pre-injury activities. Thank you to all the staff, especially Dr. Kheri and Nick.

Great place to milk your private insurance. After 3 weeks I had to pay out of pocket. I don't recommend this place. I was disappointed and felt cheated. I gave 2 stars as the staff are nice.

Writing this on behalf of my husband who had a knee replacement in December 2020. Mackenzie Health referred him to St. Elizabeth's rehab for ten OHIP sessions. Unfortunately, this was not a positive or healing experience. This was not the case with Leor. His knowledge, coaching and expertise have made a world of difference. Thank you so much.

The best physio in the GTA! I have had a few injuries over the past 5 years and have returned to Leor and the Epic Rehab staff for all of them. They provide the most attentive care in a wonderful facility. Not only are they all extremely knowledgeable and caring, but they make the recovery process a lot of fun. I highly recommend them!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from the moment I walked in. The receptionist, Niloo, was extremely helpful and made sure I was seen as soon as possible. She came off as very genuine to me and understanding of my situation. The physio, sharmine, was just as caring and professional. She was very patient and answered all the questions I had, and she considered all past injuries and lifestyle to give me a detailed treatment plan. She communicates very well and is knowledgeable and experienced. I've been following her plan for around 2 weeks now and I can definitely feel an improvement.
