The Walking Mobility Clinic in Richmond Hill is a welcoming and professional environment. Right from the front desk, Grace Dela Cruz, was very accommodating with requests made for appointments and insurance information. My initial assessment was conducted by Stephanie Wu. She was very professional and thorough with her assessment and made sure that I had a good understanding of my condition. The orthotics that were prescribed are excellent and I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to resolve issues with their feet.

I got two orthotics insoles for myself and my son from this location. I am very happy with the service. The staff are polite, caring, and organized. Stephanie Wu, the pedorthist, is great. She explains everything and pays attention to what you say. I do recommend this place.

I have been working with Walking Mobility Clinics, Richmond Hill, for a few years now and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. It is always a pleasure going in for my appointments. The staff are friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. They are patient, professional, thorough and most importantly, able to advise the best products for the concerns that I have regarding my feet's biomechanics - and I've had issues with them (my feet) for years. Based on their recommendations and the construction of my orthotic inserts, I have been able to walk, pain free, for years now (something I had struggled with based on other clinics' products). I wanted to make special mention of Grace Dela Cruz, who is always friend: she is a light and makes my visits that much more lovely. She is always smiling, helpful, and willing to explain and answer questions, and if she does not know the answer, will find them out quickly. When I wanted a particular pair of orthopedic shoes, but the company's website stated that they were not currently available, to my disappointment, Grace took the initiative to call them up to get me those pair, which I love, and I am so appreciative for her personal touch to ensure customer satisfaction! In my opinion, you can't go wrong by going here. Looking forward to getting my newest pair of shoes and my new orthotic inserts (for said shoes) very soon.

BIG THANK YOU to Dr Goldenberg. I came into the clinic a chronic heel injury that I've been struggling with for 5 months. The doctor's assessment and patient answering of all my questions was greatly appreciated and the recommendation for a cortisone shot was the right way to go in my case. The 4 days after the shot were painful (as he explained would be) but after that subsided I was back to my active self (walking, jogging, biking). What a great relief to be free from the chronic pain. Thank you , thank you, thank you!!!

I was recommended the Walking Mobility Clinic by my endocrinologist. It started with a phone interview which left me sceptical but I went through with the appointment at the clinic. I was set up with Mike Wilson, who left me very impressed. Mike gave me a thorough review and listened when I spoke. After I got my orthotics and used them, sore parts of my feet no longer hurt. Mike told me that it would take a while to break them in and this was true. All the information I was given was correct and much appreciated. Excellent experience at the Richmond Hill location, especially during Covid. Grace at the front desk was extremely professional and accommodating when I had to change appointment dates several times. I was throughly screened for Covid over the phone before each visit before entering the building. Mike Wilson was exceptional in fitting me for orthotics. He explained every step of the process and answered all my questions. I have since returned to the clinic, purchasing a second pair. Mike knows his stuff! I would not hesitate to recommend or refer any friends or family to this clinic.

Last week I went to the Walking Mobility Clinic in Richmond Hill looking for a specific running shoe. I was met with a wonderful representative named Grace Dela Cruz. Not only was she welcoming, kind and patient , she was also very knowledgeable about the product I was looking at. After spending a great amount of time with me, she suggested I go onto the Kintec website to look at the different colours available, which I did when I got home. I must say, I was very impressed with her and the clinic. I will definitely be going back to make another purchase, possibly a boot or a sandal!

Warm & friendly at reception upon arrival and a very thorough with explanation all through the appointment by Alishah. Now awaiting custom orthodics and shoes order to make the walk more enjoyable.

I have been using this Clinic for several years and have only had to see the Doctor at the very beginning of my foot pain for diagnosis and recommendations. The staff, in particular Nick, have been fantastic and I'm happy to report that my foot pain has diminished almost entirely since I heeded to the recommendation/advice given. Highly recommended!

Had a very poor experience with Dr. Goldenberg. My first and only appointment, he brought in a student intern and spent the whole time explaining things to her during MY time and MY appointment. I’m sorry, is this a lecture hall or a doctor’s office?! And the appointment felt rushed. I wasn’t really given time to ask questions because he had “another client waiting.” Maybe if he didn’t spend the whole time talking to his intern, I’d have time to ask questions. It’s not like I was late. Maybe this is who he is, but I wish he took my situation a bit more seriously. I admit, he did his job, it’s just his method of communication, especially for a first time appointment, was very unprofessional. Other than that, reception was very helpful and nice. But I will not be going back to a Dr. Goldenberg appointment.

The entire team - from Grace , the knowledgeable and friendly voice when you call, Stephanie, most helpful when looking for guidance and orthotics, to Dr Goldenberg, whose experience and training are exemplary- Walking Mobility in Richmond Hill second to none! This is far more than a foot clinic! In our families case, handling high risk wound care and mobility issues, holistically assisting with a warm and kind manner with elderly parent. We are very grateful for their care!

Thanks to Grace de la Cruz, the clinic coordinator whose been helpful in giving me a quick appointment. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and i were very impressed with Jeff Grimshaw with the knowledge he showed in explaining what was wrong with my feet and where the pain was coming from. The Richmond Hill Clinic has free parking and easy to get to. Highly recommended location to go to.

I recently visited the Richmond Hill location on the advice of my GP to get an assessment for my aching ankles. I was very pleased with the warm greeting upon arrival from the adminstrative staff person, Grace Dela Cruz. My meeting and assessment with Dr. Goldenberg was very thorough and informative and all of my questions were answered as well. A few days later I met with Stephanie Wu, PED, for additional info and her recommendations for my particular needs. Stephanie is also very thorough in her work and again, all my questions/concerns were addressed. Overall, very pleasant atmosphere, professional and compassionate group!!!

I didn't know what to expect, and she educated me to my feet and the different shoes available and the services of Walking Mobility. At no time was there any pressure on me to purchase anything from the site.
