I was recently needing new orthotics from some foot pain that I was having. Thankfully I found this place online, and decided to give it a shot since it had great reviews. I’m glad I did because Dr. Carlos and his team are some of the kindest and caring medical workers I’ve met. The receptionists/ assistants are soft spoken and diligent with their work. Dr. Carlos took his time to assess the problem I was having, and took the time to explain what the issue is. I definitely recommend anyone who is in need of any type of orthotic or brace to visit this location, you will not be disappointed.

It is a good footcare clinic: staff is very friendly and helpful; doctors are knowledgeable; orthotics are precisely made and adjusted/repaired as many times as you need within one year after the order is complete, without any additional charges. The Staff at the Richmond Hill location is top notch. I had taken my mother there and the care that they have provided is simply outstanding. She had been in excruciating pain as the orthotics (provided by another office) were not the right fit for her. They created new molds for her and they have worked like a charm. Carlos has been superb and takes his time to explain the cause and how to remedy. He has never rushed my mom and always shown extreme patience. I highly recommend this location and the whole team as each individual treats the clients in the best way possible.

I have been having my orthotics fitted and custom made at BioPed Richmond Hill for over 15 years. My latest pair were recently facilitated by Carlos Colmenares; he and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Carlos was exceptional at his interpersonal and profession skills. I was very pleased with my visits.

I saw Carlos, and he and the whole team were an absolute delight to work with. The atmosphere was very professional and relaxed, making it a joy to get my cast and orthotics. They have a variety of inserts with different colour options. Carlos worked with me and asked very pertinent, knowledgeable questions to get to the root cause of my issues. It’s been my first set but it has been amazing in terms of how comfortable my foot is at work. I’m on my feet all day and like to skateboard on my off time and having good foot support was 100% worth the price. And your second set is discounted. I visited BioPed Richmond Hill for the first time this year in order to get new shoe inserts as I had frequently experienced feet pain after lengthy hikes. Upon visiting I was immediately seen to and diagnosed by a Carlos who helped to walk me through the process of sizing and getting a new insert. Less than a week later the inserts were ready for pick up and they were immediately made to be a perfect fit for my shoes. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. I am from New Jersey, USA. A friend of mine recommended BioPed Foorcare clinic in Richmond Hill to me since I visited my friends in Toronto in late July, 2023. All staffs are friendly and Bryan, the store manager provided professional advice on my first day of visit. Carlos helped me to order a custom-made orthotics, which can be done in two days because the lab is inside the same location. So I can have a pair of perfect tailored footbed to ease my foot pain. I have purchased two pairs of sandals (Finn Comfort) one for indoors and one for outdoors. These are the most comfortable sandals I ever had.

Daniel has been very helpful in identifying my issues and recommending proper orthotics and footwear. I was initially skeptical but I am now wearing these all the time because of the comfort and support I feel. Everyone in this location is very friendly and polite. My husband suffers from severe pain in his leg because of injuries and limitations sustained from having Polio. Recently he started to develop more pain in his leg to the point where his it would give out on him, and he stared to experience uncontrollable slips and falls that was becoming increasing. After much research I was able to schedule an appointment with Carlos. My husband literally walked into the clinic limping in one leg: and left walking better without any pain. Needless to say, his life has changed since that moment. Carlos, Kelly and Bryan and the entire staff at Bio were amazing and very professional and knowledgeable. Carlos was able to identify exactly what was going on in his body and develop a plan with the right custom products. He was able to set up a plan for my husband, whereby he was fitted with compressions socks, leg brace and custom orthotics. It has been 6 weeks now and my husband had not before experience the piece of mind he has now. He is no longer in severe pain, he walks much better than before, and has not fallen since meeting with Carlos. The progress within such a short time was amazing; and my husband is looking forward to the follow-up appointments. Thank you to everyone at BioPed. I've never gotten orthotics before but I love my orthotics from Bioped. I used to get bad back pain and I always thought that it was from being heavy it wasn't it was from my feet. As soon as I put them on my knees felt great I had no backpain whatsoever. My first time going to the Richmond Hill BioPed to purchase running shoes. Bryan waited on me and I must say he is a pleasure. He is personable and very knowledgeable. Been getting custom insoles for a while now and i only come to this location. There staff is fantastic getting you in and out. Knowledgeable about different conditions and custom to your needs. Went here for orthotics since I had insurance coverage, they did an assessment for me and casting. After receiving and trying on the orthotics for my feet, I did not realize how badly I really needed it! Super comfortable and felt very relaxed walking with orthotics.
