“Demanded” that I return for a second appointment with my results after having my initial appointment in the morning. After I said it didn’t work with my schedule, they said I “had” to return in the morning. After explaining that I had work, they then said that they’d give me a sick note to give my boss. Due to that obvious dishonesty I said no and they then proceeded to lecture me on how I wouldn’t get any results if I didn’t take their system seriously. Seemed absurd and I won’t even bother returning for the second appointment. I’d recommend anywhere else for chiropractic help.

Came all the way from Burlington, ON for all the initial Diagnostic appointments. They were very accommodating. Dr Shirin fixed my bad shoulder along with staring repair on my neck on the first visit. Because of what she did, I now enjoy restful sleeps. I have no more pain, full range of motion and less neck stress. As far as costs go, my visits were cheaper than Burlington making it a great deal for me. Thank you Dr Shirin and staff for you assistance and giving my life back.

I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Shirin. It’s so easy to schedule appointments, she’s wonderful to work with, and ahhhhhhh… she’s also excellent with teens– like myself. Her adjustments were so gentle.

I have been going to Harmony Chiropractic for years now,and at first it was for migraine relief as they never went away. As the years have gone by and my migraines have pretty much disappeared Dr. Shirin and Dr.king now have taught and shown me all the benefits that chiropractic care can provide to have a fully functional and healthy life. Over the past year now with the stresses of the pandemic,my migraines have gotten worse. I forgot how bad they used to be. I do know with the continued help of the Harmony Chiropractic team that they will get better again. They not only help with physical health but with mental and nutritional health as well.

The X-rays, digital scans and re-evaluations help me monitor my progress and subjectively - after two months - my back and hip pains are less severe, my sleep more restful and my waist an inch less - without effort! :-)))

Ive had an amazing experience here, ive been struggling with neck and back pain for a very long time, now i am pain free. Dr. Shirin has been so great & helpful, all doctors here are very knowledgeable and they truely care for your health. This place is all about being healthy, what i love about this place is that they really educate you so you could prevent any unhealthy habit. Highly recommend it!

Ever since i started in October i have been a change person and i could not believe that my poor suffering body would be free from pain, i am so great full to meet Dr Sherine and the group of people there. I still have a long way to go but i can’t imagine after being there for 1 year . Very unprofessional staff. Would not recommend anybody to go here. Dr. Shirin Bonakdar was not only inattentive, but it was obvious she does not care about the patience well being. Do not ever sign a contract here as they will unlawfully charge your credit cards. They spend less than a minute per client for neck and spine adjustment, and you will not obtain results. All they care about is collecting money.

Good place to learn where your health status is and what you will need and what its going to take to bring back a healthy life. Its plus.

A few years back I was looking for a chiropractor that was in my hometown. I had been going to a chiropractor for fifteen years and when he retired I sought out Dr. Shirin, I met her at an event. Dr. Shirin is an awesome doctor who has helped me manage my Low back symptoms. I always looked forward to each visit every week.

My husband and I heard Dr. Shirin on 99.5 WDCX Radio and knew we had health issues that she mentioned, so we made an appointment to see her and she evaluated us and give us a plan gear to each of us needs and now we are having great results so far. No more knee, shoulder and back pain.and are feeling more energetic. If you are tired of pain, fatigue insomnia or whatever the ailment is that you are experiencing, give Dr. Shirin a call and you will not regret it. Dr Shirin is a big time scammer. she took the money (3000$) and she did not even treat us- she sent some randon guy eveytime to do the treatment at harmony wellness Frisco office, Texas, USA and when we complained about it, she denied and said you received the treatment. she is highly unprofessional and should be disbarred from any medical practice.
